Absolutely love the pizza from here. Popped in by chance, and grabbed a wee peperoni pizza, melt in your mouth, so good.

Love the pizzas from here, won't go anywhere else.

Unreal food straight after a log day

So we always use this pizza shop but the last couple of times the food has not been as nice as usual and it is taking longer and longer to arrive tonight we got chicken tikka shwama I don't know what we got but it wasn't that it was all mushy and looked like dog food let's just say it went in the bin very disappointed in this takeaway tonight

Not happy recived a menu through the door ordered meal deal num 5 and was told that all the prices are wrong as we're printed wrong and charged extra 5 pounds more than what it said on the menu??? Got our food and was cold and half portions of chips and Donna meat was tiny pieces and half a carton won't be ordering from here again!!!

We needed to order more food for a family event and I'm so glad we decided to go with Pizza Box! The food was great, it was ready at the time we agreed for collection and the guy we spoke to was so friendly and helpful! We would definitely order again. Thank you!

It's a Takeaway not a sit down restaurant. Food is excellent. Cleanliness is 100%.in the shop and in the back preparation areas. I would fully recommend.

Absolutely disgraceful. Paid online when ordering. Order came, got asked to pay 2x the price of the order. 2 times!!! I had to prove that I had paid before they gave me the food. After phoning to complain, they did nothing to warrant "good customer service". Half the topping from one of the pizzas was stuck to the top of the box. Pizza quality has really gone downhill. Tubs of sauce were melted. The only positive was the chips! Shocking service, they've gone from being one the best pizzerias in town to one of the worst. Order at your own risk, and be prepared with 2x your order price when they deliver your food, even when you paid at ordering.

I found a fly in my pizza and it was not cooked right

Every time I want take out I come here i wont go anywhere else if can help it staff are great and will help you if your not sure as what to eat plus they have offers as well which is great if your that little bit more hungry.

Food got taken to the wrong address so rang up and they said its been taken back to the shop I had to pay a extra £3 to get it sent to the right address by the time it got delivered it was stone cold so rang up to complain and to ask for a refund I got refused a refund and the boss was shouting at me about it. Never going there again worst experience ever

This place is always amazing, never a day I order where everything isn’t great, fresh salad, great portion size, nice chicken and plenty of cheese on the Parmos

Got 2 parmos from hear and they were off sent them back got an exchange and the were the same driver give us our money back then owner rang and started screaming and shouting at me because the driver give me back the full amount for the coke and garlic I never sent back.customer service is disgusting I kept some chicken In a sealed container to go and get it tested 1st thing in the morning just hope I'm not ill.ive had to block there number because they are harassing me now.

Disappointingly soggy pepperoni pizza..pepperoni was under the cheese not on top so couldn’t judge how much we got. Won’t be back...

I have been using this take away quite frequently in the last couple of years. The food is nice. However, the last few times we have ordered something was always missing from the order. When I rang to complain the girl who answered the phone had an attitude problem and was so unhelpful. I asked to speak to the owner who was extremely rude. He wouldn't accept they'd done anything wrong and said so what is it you want. I explained nothing I just wanted them to be made aware of the situation. He offered me a free pizza for next time but there isn't going to be a next time. Please everyone use a different take away!

Visitamos aquí después de un viaje al cine. Ambos dieron un shawarma y enrollado de pollo son una fantástica relación calidad-precio a £2. 50 y estaba buenísimo. Nos vivimos a media hora buscando en más de £5 por uno. El servicio que recibimos fue amable y rápido. Así que obviamente no he probado ninguna de las pizzas o nada pero según el shawarma enrollado de pollo, les recomiendo este lugar.

food was good and delivery time was fast, only down fall was the food had either been placed on its side or fallen over as all the pizza toppings and cheese was piled to one side of the boxes and the paramo was the same.

no hassle service, food as it should be when you have had a busy day and just cannot be bothered to cook.

Best takeaway we have had in ages! We will be back! Even if the delivery driver was very miserable a smile wouldn't go a miss

Would of given 5 but the prawn cocktail was tipped in the carrier so half was wasted

Arrived before estimated delivery busy weekend evening but quality not great. Parmo was soggy too much bechamel. Cheesy chips barely had cheese and what little there was, didn't taste of anything and wasn't even melted on. Salad was actually just red and white cabbage. Not horrible but very disappointing won't be ordering from here again.

Really impressed with the food from this pizza shop - best we've had in ages. Just really disappointed that the delivery driver added another £2 onto our bill that wasn't included in the original order. He would've got that in a tip anyway!
