Pizza Time in Darlington

There’s some poor reviews of this place. All I can say is that we returned back to Darlington (about 2330) and used this place as a late night snack. We got a 10” pizza, 10” garlic bread, a portion of kebab meat, 2 portions of chips a portion of salad and 2 garlic dips for £12. The pizza and garlic bread were hot and tasty, the chips were fine, my son enjoyed the kebab meat and the staff were friendly. So all in all I thought it was good value for money

Me and my in laws went here for tea as it’s Christmas Eve, the bill came to over £50 so clearly was a large order as there was 15 of us. We’ve been here before and it was amazing, so was tonight’s, I’m surprised at all the negative reviews, in my opinion they’re all wrong. Our meal was gorgeous, cheap and perfectly timed. Friendly stafff, everything you could want! Highly recommended, will definitely be returning!!

El peor para llevar literalmente que he tenido. Apareció 10 minutos tarde, lo cual está bien para un viernes noche. Lo que no está bien es la comida fría, el goteo de grasa que estaba en posición flexionada todo a un lado del envase/caja como si hubiera estado tirado en el coche de la entrega. Llamamos al restaurante y me ofrecieron una comida gratis la próxima vez. No ayuda el hecho de que tengo hambre ahora y no puedo comer la comida, he esperado más de una hora! Y como si voy a pedir de nuevo! Contacto comer solo y porque me gustaría ahora binned la comida, no llevar EVITAR A TODA COSTA

This used to be one of the best places in Darlington for take away kebab, today's offering is a joke, portion size is tiny, not even enough for a starter & I don't have a huge appetite, I hate leaving bad reviews but sadly this deserves one as well as lost custom from us.

Part of our order was missing and part of it was wrong. We asked for the money back from the bit of order that was missing and they said they would drop money of and they never did give us our money. So we paid for some food that we didn't get

Late delivery , 12 inch pizza ordered and paid for but 10 inch turned up. Hopefully just an off night as usually spot on

Delivery bloke sound as a pound! Food top notch and on time. Maybe a pound or two more than any other takeaway but definitely worth it.

Quite disappointed food gone massively downhill over last couple of months chips burnt dry burger and bread bun and garlic bread with tiniest bit of garlic bread!

Came really quickly so the food was still piping hot. The stuffed crust extra is absolute must. Chips are ok to be kind but everything else is so nice.

Dont get what you asked for then complain and get no where! Wont be using this shop again!

Sadly let down by 45 minute late delivery time (not advised) resulting in two calls to restaurant without sympathy. Worsened given the high delivery cost compared to competitors. Arrived cold. Hopefully a one off.

I ordered an extra tub of garlic sauce and never received it and our pizza was burnt round the edge. Not impressed at all!

They got the order completely wrong, even though it came on time I didn't get what I asked for.

That's got to be the worst kebab I've ever tasted !! Donna was nasty, chicken was dry as sticks and salad taste of vinegar, I think just eat should take a look at this takeaway !!

Ordered food at 8:20pm. Arrived at 10:15pm. After calling various times and kept getting told "it's around the corner" it became quite fustrating. I'd say that's quite a long time to wait for takeaway food!! Wouldn't use again.

This is the third time we've had slow, cold food. 1 1/2 hours to get to us. Chips were soggy and generally it was just too cold to be enjoyable. The give away was the limp pizza box it was delivered in. The steam from the previously hot food had time to affect it. Time to find a new Parmo Experience I think.

Took over an hour to arrive, food was cold, rang up to cancel the order and wouldn't let me cancel wouldn't recommend!!

First off in kids meals it said kids donner. On my order it says kids donner what was sent was a tray of chips with a small amount of donner meat on top total rip off not worth the money at all and Not what I was expecting. I was expecting a child's donner inc pitter and salad. I asked for garlic sauce on the kids donner and nothing was put on. The chips had a funny taste also as if they had been cooked then left and reheated or cooked in dirty oil. Won't be using again.

Disappointed. Ordered chicken and ham pizza, came with no ham on, ordered 2l coke got 1.5lt and pizza was cold.

Had a wrap and for the first time u missed out the chips in my meal, and kids didnt enjoy their meals but i will order again it was only one bad meal.

Use pizza time always, good takeaway and close to where i live.

Took nearly hour and half to get deliverd, and whn finally got in parmo was cold and did not put chips in with it, poor sevice and quality, deffo won't be ordering again.

Pizza arrived with a pile of dinner meat piled upon a margarita pizza . I have never seen a doner pizza this way usually the cheese is melted on top. Delivery took one hour 20 mins . Not impressed

They forgot to put chips on our London pizza and when the driver returned he only gave fresh chips so we were left with a cold pizza and warm chips

Ordered a pizza I've never had before, Meat bonanza. Was really lookin forward to it until it turned up with some sort of chilli sauce base, I hate chilli sauce and it didn't state that in the description, would have been gorgeous with a tomato base. So basically spent £11 on a portion of donner meat

We've eaten from here a few time and always excellent service. The delivery man and woman are an asset to the company

I ordered seafood special and it came with no prawns. The chips were stone cold and inedible and to add insult to injury I had to wait for my meal as it was late for the collection time. In the ten minutes I waited my chip were sat on top of the oven and the wasn't fresh when he packaged them. Back to marinos for me.

Food is top notch, defo order again, delivery drivers (male n female) r really friendly n always smiling, which helps coz cant stand ignorant, miserable ppl that deliver food but they are a credit 2 u as a takeaway establishment, cant fault anything, :-D

The delivery man was very polite, delivery time was great and the food tasted great.. My only problem is that my note asked for my kebab meat to be thin because I dont like thick pieces but I got it thick anyway .. Would still order from here again though.

Delivered after 45 minutes like they said they would. Yummy pizza, decent child's parmo and good size portions. Would recommend :)

ordered a box special kebab. this was mainly chips, so in the kebab donner meat there was not loads but enough, there was a burger in a bun this was ok, there was chicken this was ok, the next two were poor, missing from the kebab was kofta not one bit in the kebab, then shish kebab meat, small little scraps of meat and very little, if they dont have the meat to put in it then why try to sell it. wont be using again. only thing that was good was delivery. was fast and very friendly,

I ordered 2 really good quality pizzas last month and due to a technical error the pizzas arrived late. Today i ordered again and when the delivery man arrived he told us that the meal was on the house, due to the misunderstanding previously. As a whole (customer satisfaction/food quality) i am very impressed and will be ordering again.
