Delivery driver very rude over the phone, failed to deliver the Pizza. Avoid. Very bad.

Do NOT order online from these clowns. My estimated delivery time was changed twice and then after 2hrs of waiting they cancelled with no warning or apology. Too late to order anything else. Shoddy.

I asked for the delivery to be as soon as possible... It stated the estate time would be 7.20 it actually arrived at 6.50...the delivery driver was polite... And the food was piping hot and fresh as always...

My pizza arrived looking like this (I took a slice before I quit on life). And they refuse to give me a refund.

Pizza was thin, soggy and tasteless.

Disappointed i have ordered multiple deliveries from this place as the food is good. This time however I was instructed by the rude delivery person that I must spend over £20 next time to get delivery bearing in mind it’s only 4.6 miles and I had already spend £18.30. Wont be ordering or recommending this place again.

Pizza greasy and overcooked Parma smelled fishy don’t recommend

Fantastic tasting pizza’s and Parmo - garlic sauce is the best we’ve had and get it every time we order. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for pizza. Always either early or on time and the food is always hot.

The pizzas didn't have much in words of toppings to the point I thought it was a margarita

This was my first time ordering from Top Taste and not a good experience. The pizza was dry and very salty, I ate a couple of slices and put the rest in the bin.

Chicken kebab mainly fat . Chill sauce gone sour, fermented. Pizzas very salty. Very disappointed.

Food was hot and very tasty, chicken kebab was nicely cooked and delicious, chicken shawarma pizza was outstanding and the Parmo was one of the best we’ve tasted. The chips were very good and the garlic sauce was top notch. The whole family will now be ordering from here in the future.

Chicken was pink, tried ringing to resolve with restaurant and got no answer so I have taken photos proof and have sent to just eat to resolve the matter. Didn’t want to risk eating the donnor meat or salad as it was in same box as the pink meat. Partner said pizza’s were nice but I couldn’t stomach eating anything after bitting into the pink chicken🤢

Delicious! Lovely thin cheesy mushroom garlic bread, delicious garlic sauce, quality charcoal chicken kebab, plenty of onion and cabbage. Will order again, thank you:) Not on cheeky Tuesdays Offer tho :(

really nice thin garlic bread and pizza. really good garlic sauce. polite delivery. no béchamel on the parmesan tho. meal deals could be cheaper. donner too thick and not cooked enough- we like crispy. thank you! will order again

Ordered 2 x kids parmos and both kids have been throwing up today.....rest of food was mediocre at best....will not be rushing back.

Food never showed up and when I rang the the shop they played dumb and joked about the situation would highly recommend to avoid.

1st and last order!! arrived hot and on time-ish, chicken shockingly thin and hardly any bech and not a lot of flavour. Kebab meat just tasted like chewing a rubber, absolutely no flavour whatsoever, went in the bin as it was completely inedible. I guess the chips were fine, standard frozen chips but at least they were cooked properly and the garlic was okay.

Great food and very quick delivery! Definitely my new go-to take away.

Food arrived quickly, but chips tasted reheated and like cardboard, and the wrap was filled with burnt crunchy scraps of chicken.

I paid £4.50 in extras on one pizza, I didn't actually get any of the extras I've paid for. I should have had a Neptune feast but sadly ended up with a Neptune failure. There's no way of getting my money back.

Pizza great , garlic bread great but the portion size of the chips and donner meat was too small. Plus i ordered extra donner meat wasnt worth the price. Not enough for 4 people

Firstly I've never written a review for any restaurant. The food was so good I've decided to break the habit. Since being pregnant I've never liked a Parmesan unless I make it myself because no one makes it right. I must of tried 15 different places for a bbq Parmesan and none got it right. But I gave instructions and you just hit the nail on the head. It's so good I can't even cope. Ordered from yous multiple times and food has always been great. But parmo has just hit a new high for me. Gonna be massive by the end of the year. Can already tell. Thanks for making me a happy gal. You have no idea how hard that is 🤣

Absolute terrible food never seen worse in my life, needs closing down garlic was like water, charged more than they should of all and all just a bad takeaway

Everything was fine and as expected.

I don't think the pizza was cooked properly. Couldn't pick a slice up without the topping sliding off.... I ate most of it anyway. Just hope I don't have the sh*ts tomorrow. Probably wouldn't order again from here as I'd try my luck with other places as there's about a 100 to pick from in fatty Darlo

Pizzas are abit greasy part from that it’s great

I ordered two pizzas (margherita and prosciutto fung) the boxes were not closed (the driver could take out a slice... ZERO HYGIENE) The mushrooms were missing from the prosciutto (not even a trace of mushroom) plus both pizzas were crumpled in the box. my first and last order from here.

We have used this place for a while, but portions have reduced. Food was late and cold when arrived. Pizza wasn't fully cooked and also was not 16 inches. Disappointed.

First time we ordered from here after a recomend. We will order from here from now on..super tasty hot and fast..really good quality..no complaints at all.

The food was not great all of the meat was very over cooked and dry, chips where soaked in grease still, the parmo was also very dry and they didn’t bring the garlic sauce definitely a waste of money will not be ordering again

Loved the pizza, galic bread and chips. Quick delivery and friendly over the phone. I couldn't pay online, which could be just me or a problem with the site, but overall would recommend!

Good pizza, good deals and one of the few places I can count on for a quick delivery. They forgot my bottle of coke last time and didn't replace it! But would still recommend!

Not consistent. Last parmo was disgusting. Shame.

Spoke to the guys in store and they are very friendly. We ordered just before closing time (1am) and he said that he was happy to stay open for us. Food was cooked to perfection. I wouldn't think twice from ordering here with the level of service I recieved.

First time customer. Late by 40 mins. Chicken Kebab like rubber. Chicken parmo would have been ok if chips were not stuck all over it. Food cool. Wrong sauces delivered. Expensive for quality off food. Not worth the wait. Poor poor poor.

My deaf disabled 8 year old brother didn't get his food and my dad just rang and they said no come pick it up very stubborn selfish people I'd never buy here again and my dad paid for it so I have very angry at this do something now before you get closed down and give the money back idiots

Decent food good quality but where has pretty delivery woman who used to come now have a fat guy who it takes 3 mins from car to door, used to be fast delivery but not now good food if not in a hurry

Disappointed that it took over 2 hours to deliver the food ordered and that we got different stories from the delivery driver and the shop about the reasons for said delay.

Burnt parmo burnt pizza shocking enough said wish i could send pics

Please don’t order from this place!!! Disgusting manger very very rude !! Food cold on delivery!! Pizza burnt!! Parmo cold and burnt !! Chips full of black bits!! Garlic bread cold and burnt!!! All food not eaten and left and when rang Magee at the shop he shouted his rude mouth of at me !!! Definitely stay clear and save your money !!

Your burger tastes horrid. Have you literally stripped it off a cow's back and served it? Your chips taste gross. I'm very unhappy with my food and won't be ordering from you again. It was thoroughly disgusting.

Ordered our food at 7.15 1 burger and 2 portions of chicken nuggets and chips, we got given an ETA of 8.30, it got to 8.40 so we decided to ring them, they said they have been busy and it will be another 20 minutes, we the called them at 9.10 he told me it would be 5-10 minutes then changed his story to 2-3 minutes then when I questioned him about the change he told me to cancel the order and hung up on me!! Absolutely disgusting! Not a way to run a business or speak to a customer very disappointed!

First time we ordered from Star Pizza, great timing and Piping hot food, and left my family saying this pizza is amazing, great fat chips too, parmo was crisp and tasty not greasy, after along time i will highly recommend this Star Pizza top quality food, Good luck for the future.

Look at this, it's pure disgracefull, this has been reported to health and hygiene, they didn't even care, didn't even say sorry to me, not a word, apart from, "it wasnt my fault" What sonic mine then yeah??? Absolutely disgusting 😷😷😷DO NOT EAT HERE
