Not only could the driver not find my address despite being given specific instructions, the order, when it finally arrived (after 2 phone calls to the store), was cold and wrong! I made the driver take the order back and phoned the store for a refund .. only to be told they can't refund! Apparently you have to go to the feedback website to organise this. On top of this, either the driver or the store lied to me. The store said the driver had tried to phone me, then when I quizzed him he said he cannot phone (really??), but he had phoned the store! Needless to say they have lost my custom after this.

Rubbish customer service waited two hours for a pizza.. nothing offered as an apology other then, we will send it out in the next 15 minutes. Great. 2 hours and 30 minutes wait for one pizza and you can't even offer a 10% off next order to retain customers. Won't be ordering again and we will warn other off too. Rubbish service.

I had a great experience at this fine establishment. As I was greeted by a young handsome man named Josh W. He had a great eye for food as he instantly chose a great pizza when I was wondering what to choose. I would give him a pay rise for doing such a great job since according to domino's wages he gets paid less than the NHS which is despicable. It was just a shame the food tasted like the time I smelt this ginger person's breath which I used to know.

No parking. Service slow and menu very minimal. Stingy with toppings at this franchise. Bring back tandoori hot!

Spent a fortune for half cooked chips, pizza was hot round the edges stone cold in the middle, chicken wings were fine, never again first and last time ordering from me.

We ordered the pizza combo. 2 medium size pizza and 2 sides. We ordered pizza to buzz off tiredness and stress instead end up in more stress. The pizza didnt taste as the brand emphasize. I felt tomato sause only on each bite of pizza. Spent just £26 on pizza to bin the remaining slices. You really stressed me out dominos.

Delivery driver was super nice everything arrived hot but ordered double garlic on a cheese pizza and we could barely taste it at all. Toppings a bit sparse. Chocolate dough balls are disgustingggg. Unless you like the cheapest chocolate to ever grace your palate. £6 for them is absolutely ridiculous.

Lots of staff, causes lots of error.. Not their fault really. They dont take Cash, so that's annoying at times. (*BankHols', with no phone battery for transfer, and the pizza is 5ft away and no way of purchase with my CASH. I had £20note/the Bill was £20.. Just weird. The Pizzas were binned as i left.) It's Dominos, so always know what you get. Usualy Good stuff if you get a deal. Seem a hygienic branch. Canny bunch, and they definitely follow the company rules. Fare play. When they get it right and on time it's alway a treat. Good polite service around.

Was told could not deliver despite being 8 minute drive, then suddenly they could... Great! Not! I asked for Vat receipt that was not sent, when called to request one I was told to go collect it!!? I asked for email. Was told could not email then guess what? Suddenly they could! Gave email address.. Not recieved! Have called again and told "will get her to send it!"... Nobody wants to help! Guess I will take drive after all to collect it!

order pizza from here as it is the best pizza for the lowest price in darlo despite the sauce being a little tart. The service is speedy but occasionally staff fail to respond to requests. BUT complaints are swiftly followed up and the response is great! The only reason the atmosphere is poor is it's not a restaurant - it is a takeaway, so there is no interaction with staff and it is cramped in the entrance/waiting area so if you are with a big party, wait outside.

Picked up the pizzas, all 8 were on time and they went down well with the kids.

ordered a 21 quid pizza and it had no sauce on it and they said they couldn’t refund or replace it i’m so heartbroken

Ordered food at 21:50 On the 15/3/23. Attempted to contact the store multiple times only to find they closed at 11pm. Never received my food and the next day I attempted to contact the store via telephone to have a manager state that she couldn’t do anything as she wasn’t working last night. Horrible customer service won’t be ordering again

I have used this Dominos for years and have had a mixed bag of experiences…some good and some not so good. On the whole it’s usually decent enough and I keep returning to it.

Been told my delivery had arrived and waited another 15 minutes before it actually arrived, when I rang someone they told me I hadn’t ordered 😂 then they put the manager on the phone to see it will be with me in 5 minutes. Won’t be going again anytime soon

Superb service from this branch. I ordered online to collect and everything was ready as and when it was meant to be. Parking at rear of building on an evening is plentiful and free. Service was great and there is even a viewing screen so you can see the pizzas getting made. My one and only issue is that the pepperoni pizza was a tiny bit too oily...I think this could be improved on...but the pizza base and pizza in general was gorgeous.

Disgusting customer service, sits in quality check for 25 minutes (when quality check means getting cold under a lamp waiting for a driver). Driver takes 20 minutes for a ten minute max journey. Food says it's delivered when it isn't for 10 minutes. Promised more food if food is cold. Then on ringing again can't do anything, or refund. Only pass it to some admin team. Pizza has a wafer thin topping and is enedible. All for the pleasure of 22 quid. This isn't the first time. No thanks.

Proper skimping on the Cheese these days. My pizza literally looked like Tomato sauce with Chicken and Mushrooms on it. For the money they charge it should have plenty of cheese on them.

Food is ok but the collection service is sometimes so hectic it takes staff a while to find orders.

Ordered a ham and pineapple pizza online to collect. It was perfect. The topping and the dough were well balanced. The dough was light and airy. Unlike some places where it’s thick and dense.

Ordered 3 pizzas 3 sides what got delivered is 2 pizzas and 2 sides the delivery driver wasn't bothered just said call the store Called the store to be told we didn't order 3 pizzas then once passed to manager was told the pizza and side which is missing will be delivered in 20 mins now 40 mins and still waiting avoid this place I won't be ordering again

They don’t sell as much as other Domino’s! Staff were mostly miserable in their collection customer service. Food though was excellent!

If you order 2 large pizza's online and go pick them up from the store you get 2 for the price of 1 at the moment, saving you £20, they've always got loads of different deals on at any one time and the pizza's and cookies aren't half bad either!!

Shocking service…took my money, still no delivery an hour and a half later, they had lost my order asked for a refund but wouldn’t refund me. Said they would send it out as a priority with extras, still nothing 50 mins later. Called again and they had only just taken it out of oven. Got the pizza at 11.30…over three hours after ordering it. Avoid

Absolutely brilliant, quick delivery piping hot and amazing food

Been waiting an hour now for a pizza rang up second time spoke to lad who said on its way said was told that 2110 and still not here 20 minutes later he was so rude and still waiting now at 2150 ordered over an hour ago! Shocking never going here again crikey knows what it is going to taste like when it gets here don't even want it now!

Still waiting been over 1 hr and the pizza is not even in the oven as per tracker . Called told would be half hr still not here . The worst experience ever from a dominos franchise don't order from here ever .. Poor management most likely . The team is as good as its manager.

Horrible experience ever! I was there yesterday, the girl that was serving me was so rude, she was the manager her name is Emma Wright, a blond girl, she was so rude and angry, I saw her even screaming at the staff inside when everybody was working and doing their job there, very negative attitude, I don’t know how this people can put in a position of a manager a person like this, a manager supposed to be a positive person but she’s not, Domino better change your shifts manager there because this person it’s not alright!

Absolutely shocking treatment of staff, some of the worst workplace bullying I have ever heard of. Singling out one person in particular to do the worst shifts all the time, constantly berating them for doing things "wrong" whilst other employees do the same or worse and are never reprimanded. Avoid doing business at this store! Go to another pizza shop, there are plenty in Darlington which are good and tasty and who do good food with honest treatment of employees which doesn't revolve around pure profit greed.

Beyond a joke order our meal at 19.00 rang up at 21.00 to find out it would be another two hours. Then to be told that they may give me vouchers instead of my money back as I refuse to wait 4 hours for a meal. Don't order from here.

Doesn’t even deserve it one star Absolutely appalling ordered online said it was going to between 30minutes to 40 minutes was over an hour till I phoned the store and asked them how long my food was going to be they said it’s going to be at least another half an hour as the online app doesn’t calculate for orders in store staff and manager should be absolutely ashamed of how they communicate with customers was not helpful at all just said basically it’s going to be another half an hour or do with out Would not recommend anyone to Ward from this branch and I will deafly not be ordering any time in the future!!

Placed our order for two pizza 2 garlic beads with pop and a large garlic sauce. When we received our order we had two boxes of cookies instead of the 2 garlic breads we ordered. Domino sent out the garlic breads which was good. My complaint is the driver asked for the cookies BACK! This is not acceptable when covid is still very much around! also what happened to a goodwill jesture as Domino made the mistake! Not a happy customer

ordered food on the website last night no food was delivered as it never sent to them until ovens had been turned off apparently even though I got email saying they had getting it. Money came straight out my bank and the email I got told to email doesn't work! Still no refund!

Absolute let down just moved into Darlington and would expect quality from Dominoes. My pizza was delivered cold with barely any topping and when I called the manager to complain she seemed to find something else going on in the store funny. Won't be using this place again.

Ordered from here tonight for delivery for son and friends. App then said no delivery. Rang and told 3 hrs to deliver or cone collect. Requested speak to the manager and food was delivered in 40 minutes. Excellent service from the manager and food hot and tasty

Food was hot when I collected it. That's as good as it gets its the worst pizza I've had very little topping and salty. I won't be eating from there again and over priced.

Won't deliver to public houses so your pretty much screwed if you want a dominoes pizza and you live in a pub. If a driver can get out of the car to knock on a house door he can walk into a pub and deliver a pizza!! Disgraceful customer service.

NOT IMPRESSED ORDERED FOOD AT 11am WHEN THEY OPENED ASKED FOR A 12:13pm DELIVERY (WORKING LUNCH) DINNER TIME HERE 12:30-13:00. FOOD ARRIVED AT 13:15 DELIVERY PERSON SAT ON PHONE, THEN SHE POPPED HER HEAD IN AND ASKED IF WE HAD ORDERED! (hello can you not hear our stomachs rumbling) WE WERE THEN OVER-CHARGED. ONLY £1:30 BUT NOT THE POINT. ATTITUDE ON THE PHONE WHEN QUERYING PRICE STINKS, DOMINOS USED TO HAVE THE BEST SERVICE. WILL NO LONGER BE ORDERING AGAIN.

Excellent pizza, freshly made and a treat especially when you take advantage of the online offers or collection specials. (There used to be 8 chicken kickers to a portion now only 7 :-/ )

Very poor, the employees serving in the store were not helpful and dont really seem to know what is going on i.e how to work the tills or how to give the correct order to the correct customer. Somehow they managed to sell my pizza to another customer by mistake, he brought it back a few minutes later and they re-sold it to me so it was luke-warm by the time I got it home. I complained and received a belated apology but no offer of compensation to try to win back my custom so I will not try there again, there are plenty of other pizza places nearby. It is also annoying that there is no where to park to collect orders.

Ordered 6.30- harry couldn't find the address even though we had ordered before. Delivery sent 7.10pm by 8.00pm not arrived, phoned put on hold 10 mins. called again, told busy, time 8.30 still not arrived and ordered elsewhere. Lesson learnt, staff not interested, order not processed correctly...not going to consider ordering from them again. oh and it's nearly two and a half hours later and nothing has appeared....disgraceful

Used to be the best pizzas in town. Now run by a team of college kids. they need direction and manors.Last time we ordered a pizza to pick up they said it would be 40 minutes so I left in 40 minutes, when I got there my pizza hadn't even been started so they asked me to wait another 20mins, . It got to 25mins & I felt my anger boil so I had to leave shop & ask them to deliver it to my house. Guess what we waited another 45mins and when pizza came it was wrong and cold. it looks like theres to many chiefs not enough indians.
