Been twice since lockdown & both times my Big Mac and fries were stone cold and was bad all night!!!id stay well clear

Visited with dad in wheelchair who can only eat soft things. The gentleman serving couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful suggesting things and offering to cut a smaller portion of cake for dad. We enjoyed a lovely cup of tea and some delicious lemon cake. Saw some other comments about toilets but when we visited we found them clean and ok, just appeared a bit bit shabby/untidy.

Como siempre Coelica lucho con la disponibilidad de alimentos som GF y los que están preempacados son yak! Para mi sorpresa estaba encantado de tener panqueques recién hechos GF no te puedo decir lo sangrientamente maravilloso que sabían muy servicial personal encantador será de vuelta!

normally this takeaway is fine, but today is no exception i cant let this go ive just got out of fight camp with cutting weight and i order this and it comes 2 hours late no sauce in the wrap and gave me plain pizza when i asked for bolognase

Fifteen minute wait for sausages, bacon and eggs. The Que of people waiting ment that by the time we got to the front again there were no bacon, eggs , sausages . The chef was cooking a dozen at a time. The potato hash was really undercooked. This was the worst Toby by far

He venido hoy. No estaban muy abiertos, pero nos dejaron entrar del frío. Personal muy amable. La comida era deliciosa y muy caliente y fresco. Tuve el enjambre mixto 👌 también tomó el té. Absolutamente spot on

Food was almost 30 minutes later than the time given for delivery. They were missing several items, we had called before we noticed one of the items were missing. But it took over an hour to get the missing items sent back out, at which point my wife didn't have time to eat as she had to go out so we had left the delivery address, but we had waited almost an hour from calling and informing them that items were missing. We used JustEat, but I wish I had checked on Google first because it's no wonder the rating is so low. Will not use again, and will be requesting a partial refund from JustEat for the missing items.

Very nice grilled burger nice and hot and served with a smile. Definitely recommend if you are collecting from shop as I did.

Ordered a bargain box the pizza an chicken parmo was missing they replaced it with a cut burger strips an two small pieces of chicken the rest of the order was fine

Precios interesantes, Pedí una comida para llevar y recibí un correo electrónico para decir que mi factura era de £ 41 (esto incluye un cargo por servicio claramente establecido) Sin embargo, cuando el conductor vino nos dijo que la factura era de 43 libras. Fui esta noche de postre con mi novio y mi hijo de 7 años. Al llegar, no sabía que tenías que esperar una mesa porque no había ningún cuerpo allí, y la mujer detrás del mostrador dijo que perdona que te conseguirá una mesa. No me gustó eso desde el principio. Entonces pedí un helado de sundae para mi hijo y pedí dos veces salsa de chocolate en él. Teniendo en cuenta que el helado cuesta casi £ 7 y tiene que pagar un extra de £ 1 por un pequeño chorro de salsa. Nos sentamos y esperamos por nuestra comida, todo vino menos el helado. Mi novio se acercó y dónde estaba y había estado sentado allí en el congelador todo el tiempo. Luego me preguntó dónde estaba la salsa, y ella dijo ‘no hay salsa es extra’. Grité y dije que sí pagué extra, a lo que ella luego me miró con la mirada más boba que he visto y dijo que imprimiré su recibo. Dije si está ahí o no, pregunté dos veces. Ella me miró de nuevo y dijo ‘lo haré esta vez’ como si fuera una especie de vagabunda que no podía permitirse un £ 1 extra después de ya gastar £ 30. La actitud era apestosa. No vas a volver no deberías estar trabajando en hostelería sin una sonrisa, parece que no soy el único que piensa que esto tampoco se sale de las críticas. El hombre del personal era encantador y quiere enseñarle algunas lecciones de su libro.

We got two double deluxe burger meals and a happy meal waited ten minutes at drive thru window when we got it home we had to use a knife and fork (yes I know rediculous) the topping and the cheese was all over the box was absolutely nothing like the picture you advertise Customer service is rubbish I know the staff are kids but some training wouldn’t go amiss
