Absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff being refuse service and being told it’s because we are Scottish. Discrimination disgusting place

Worst meal I have had in years. Chose the carvery. Turkey was nice. Beef ..... think the cow died of old age ! Powdered mash is not good. Veg was raw. Roasties were a little overdone but ok. Gravy was nice though. Staff were great. Waste of money. Never again.

Went for a Sunday carvery and had to wait about 20 minutes for freshly cooked veg but it was definitely worth it. Vegetables were crunchy and tge meat was done perfectly cooked. Worth the wait.

We love Seasons. It can't match the atmosphere of the Richmond branch but does the same great food. Staff are amazingly friendly. Coffee is the best in Darlo, on Monday all I'm looking forward to is our Friday evening cappuccino in Seasons!

Overall it was good but the meat portion sizes just made me feel I’d been robbed, everybody in the restaurant were talking and complaining about them they really were disgusting, off each meat the were about 3-4 inches long and about 1 inch wide and cut wafer thin I upgraded to large after seeing the portion sizes but the only difference between them was you got 2 sausages on the large for an extra £2 that’s £1 a sausage, I won’t be returning to Toby Carvery Darlington much better value for money at a pub chain

OMG the takeaway food (Shawarma wrap) was amazing, both chicken and also the Lamb, salad & sauces were a perfect accompaniment to the freshly made wraps, as were the chips, the service was speedy and the place had an buzz about it, everyone was happy staff, customers and children, will definitely be back. Thank you 😍

We went to this shop after a night out. We arrived and paid around £24 for our order and didn’t even get it as one of the workers walked out while the other one was crying in the back room which was visible for all the customers. We waited about an hour for 2 donor wraps which we never received as they turned off the lights and said they were closed after many people had already paid for their orders. So please avoid this place at all costs. Also the worked seemed to be either high or drunk behind the counter as she seemed extremely distant from her work and even told my friend after waiting for an hour already that he would have to wait for longer because he was being “cocky” which is extremely unprofessional so would 100% not recommend this place for food at all.
