Got abused for being white when asking for a takeout box.

Ordered food which didn’t arrive after an hour of waiting. Went to ask… owner said “we didn’t want to accept the order”. Very rude lady, didn’t care, wasn’t interested on correcting the issue. Will not be back.

Just had lunch here today and was a bit shocked why it didn't already have a five star rating. Proper Thai food, done the right way (not fusion) with a top notch flavour and set in a convenient location in the town centre. I've been to Thailand over 12 times, have lots of Thai mates (in Australia where I now live - formerly a Co Durham folk a long time ago) and this was up there with any food I've had there or with my mates!

I am thai girl who comes to England with my British boyfriend. I went to eat thai food here. It is very good food ( If you are looking for authentic thai ) I would like to tell everyone who want to eat real thai food so i decided to write it down because a lot of fusion thai food in England that I don't like it.

Horrible negative women serving. Will ruin the business

Food was spot on and service we got was excellent

food was lovely even though they didn’t have dumplings however the woman serving was quite rude, no customer service and missed things off the order from having her back turned the whole time while i was trying to order. also had headphones in while serving customers so probably weren’t paying attention, overall experience just wasn’t very friendly or welcoming, as someone who’s worked in hospitality for 6 years now i know what is proper service and what isn’t and that wasn’t proper or friendly, also it took absolutely ages for our food to be cooked even tho it wasn’t busy at all. probably won’t come back to be honest

Probably the best Thai food we have ever had, we regularly order take away from here and it honestly challenges the quality of most dine in restaurants in the north Small but well curated menu and expertly cooked We have dined in a couple times (its a food pit/multi business restaurant) and not had any of the problems others have reported with rude staff but we haven't had any enquiries other than our basic order to make, regardless of their customer service issues others may have had the food is simply spectacular. And should not be missed if you love Thai Food!

Woman serving SO rude, I asked for a takeaway tub as after having stomach surgery couldn’t finish even half a portion. She laughed in my face and demanded 10 pence, I searched my pockets (& my friends) we didn’t have any cash but I offered to pay by card for a tub, again, she laughed at me - stated that would cost her more to let me pay via card. I explained how I’d previously taken away what was left, she told me it wasn’t her problem and she’s sick of losing money. Absolutely awful attitude, will never use again!

Small but good selection of Thai dishes, perfectly cooked. Get your drinks from the bar opposite.

Poor service, the lady with upset face go to work, she so impolite with all lady but she happy with the man when they take orders. Ridiculously with that lady , why she still running with that business for long time, is everyone can’t saw what happened

We visited this place today and bought a share platter , I can honestly say it was by far the worst food I’ve ever tasted we had to bin 90% of it ,(I’ve eaten a lot of Thai food in my lifetime, an this was the worst) the lady serving was totally full of negative attitude , I’ve never met a person with a “ I hate my job face” more than this lady…. Never attending this place again, total Waste of hard earned
