Food arrived cold the batter on the scampi was soggy and the chips looked like scraps hardly any potato in them .

the pizza was Cold and stuck to the lid of the box

Parmo was cold, chips seemed reheated, and gravy was just brown water with no flavour. Cake was eaten by kids whilst food was thrown away.

I want to leave this as a review to raise awareness of the effects of stupidity. I was so excited for my pizza and waiting patiently at home wondering where it is, checked the app and discovered I had it delivered to my besties house instead of mine because I forgot to change the address. Thankfully her Hubbie dropped it round, after sending me a selfie first of course, but I want to apologise to the driver and I will always double check in future!!! Pizza was beautiful though!!!!

Food really good but over 1 hour late

ordered at 9 and it’s now 11 and still nothing, told me an hour ago on way and absolutely nothing arrived, rang multiple times and rude on phone.

when the food got here it was cold we were waiting an hour and 25 minutes for the food and we tried to call up to ask when it will be here there was no answer

I requested the following. Order was late and none of my request was catered for. Very Very Poor Service. Special requirements: Extra lots of garlic on pizza and lots of different salad and lots of peppers with kebab please and a new menu. Salad in my past orders has been poor only lettuce.

Food is really good, but delivery is very slow.

Ordered online, Parmo was actually decent. Pizza was dry and flavourless, chips were all dry, sharp and meh. Salad warm and wilted. Tried it for something a bit different and wont be going again.

1 hour 40 min really. On a Tuesday night really? Then the food was cold. But must have been hot once over as I had melted chocolate cake and cheesecake that was left on the top . Then when I asked the driver he laughed in my face . Not my problem!!! . AVOID!! Never again.

Absolutely Disgusting! Batter is soggy, hardly any peas full of pea juice, gravy is watery & the fish bites even the cat turned it's nose up, chips are vile literally inedible no taste whatsoever on anything not even any salt & vinegar. The whole order will be going in the bin. Never Again will I be ordering from here!

It's concerning that usually I get a notification from the app to say the order is on its way, just as I'm nearly finished eating it. Tonight however the app is telling me to enjoy the food half an hour before it actually arrived. How about getting updates from the restaurant instead of just guessing based on no data at all where the order is? Just a suggestion. Order updates based on guesswork are utterly pointless.

Ordered a calzone with stuffed crust and double decker Parmesan. The stuffed crust was missing and donner meat missing. When I called to rectify the order they offered to send some donner meat out for delivery, then text asking for a £5 payment… terrible

Wrap burnt took away the nice taste of the food insides it, the chips always have trouble with the chips from here never ever hot even when i go in to collect always luke warm at best and the chips taste like theyve been sat there hours not impressed think this will be my last order here after coming for years

Ordered £12 house special kebab, and that’s the exciting part over! Chips obviously cooked days before ordered and recooked! Meat bland, Luke warm, but we have the salad!! Can’t mess up a salad? Well 1 slice cucumber, 1 cherry tomato and rest iceberg, not a pickle cabbage insights! Overall very disappointing, top tip take every order like that customer may come back.

I’ve ordered my food and it says it been delivered when I still hasn’t it said he was meant to be delivered between 6:20 and 6:40 but hasn’t came

My order was cold driver phone me 30 mins before he delivered it thrown in bin disputing service .

Order was wrong no chips on a London pizza so had to wait 30 mina for the chips and sauce pizza was stone cold by time the chips and sauce got delivered

My food was cold on arrival,portions are smaller for the amount of money paid, my fish was watery and tasteless.

Originally sent the wrong pizza ordered a margarita and got a hot shot this issue was resolved. parmo was cold chicken was very dry, wrap was basic

The kebab did not contain a pitta bread or wrap bread

After my last order I wasn’t going to order again but a friend recently complimented their food from here. However I was very disappointed. Chips were dark and stale as though been reheated many times, kebab meat was dry and hard. Chicken wrap really poor and tasteless. Overall really not good value for money despite their current discount on here. Would appreciate a refund.

Had a chicken special kebab and chips. The chicken was quite dry, the kebab meat dry and hard, and chips tasted like they had been re-heated, though all did need further reheating as arrived luke warm. Chilli sauce was nice.

Called to confirm order and it never turned up, the pure disrespect is unquestionable. They purposely set the estimated time near their closing time so I couldn't call them regarding the order (called at 21.21 wirting this review 23.15), and because of the time all other takeaways are now closed so no chance to get a replacement. Why bother to confirm the order if you never had the intention to follow through with the order. Level of disrespect for customer service is unforgivable.

Pizza spot on. Honestly it’s the best pizza around aycliffe. Chips used to be the best about as well. Last few times they’ve arrived in a styrofoam tub that’s melted to bits with half the amount of chips you used to get. Disappointing

Ah man we have a had a few takeaways from here lately off Just Eat and also ordering in the takeaway. Tonight's was really undercooked 😩, the curry sauce was lumpy, the garlic sauce was so warm it steaming and why have you changed your chilli sauce it used to be delicious but it is now inedible 😩... such a shame as it went few months of being ok...

Ordered the chicken wrap meal. Came with 17 chips. Minimal chips and cheese

The chicken Parmesan tasted sour and off. The chips had that same sour taste. The chips had the feel of being reheated. The donner meat was dry. Like it had been sliced hours before and not as if the shop had freshly opened. Used to be great ordering food. Not any more.

Ordered our pizza at 5.50 didn't recieve till 7.50 there was very little toppings on even though we ordered extras and it was cold it was like eating rubber very dissapointed this time .

Everything was burnt, literally got the scrap ends of the chips. Sent the wrong items. And to add insult to injury, it was cold. Absolutely vile!! Never again

Pizza burnt on edges, undercooked in the middle. Cold chips that tasted like they had been reheated. No garlic with the wrap.

HORRIBLE! Not a single redeeming feature… Food isn’t fresh, but cold and pulled from tubs! Staff pick up salad and fries with their HANDS!! If you say anything, they’ll joke about you in their foreign language! No menus on the walls, only paper, which they don’t stick to. After I’d already paid for my meal, the server told me I wouldn’t be getting certain items, and no refund! Because…. Errrr…. the menu in their heads had just changed?! Seems to be no difference between portion sizes. Everything is small, even large. The place is a mess. One window is shattered and covered poorly with tape. Sharp glass is still exposed! Pizza boxes are on the floor!! I know takeaways are supposed to be cheap, but this place is waaaay below even the expected low benchmark.

That’s the last time we order from here. Been our go to for years, but the wrap quality is now shocking, chips always taste reheated. Used to be really good.

Fish was not Cod, more like pollock. Batter was as thick as a doorstep one end hard on the other. Third bad meal from this takeaway, will not be ordering again, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING YOURSELF, WASTING YOUR MONEY. Bad.

Chicken was a bit undercooked however there was too much to eat! There’s was 3 adults and 2 kids and still couldn’t eat it all!! Parmos are HUGE and very thick!! Definitely recommend

Food turned up half an hour late and was average at best. Have had issues before and said we wouldn’t use again but went back because we liked the food - won’t be happening again though.

Order arrived one hour early, paid an extra £2.50 for stuffed crust with chilli beef but got no stuffed crust. Only wanted small portion of chips but was made to order a large as small was not available, questionable? Will think twice about ordering from them again, you don’t get what you ask and pay for. Poor
