Tasty menu, no complaints. I had the steak the first night and the feathered beef the following evening. The poached pear was fabulous!

Cheap drinks, run down, awful toilets, DJ plays same playlist in the same order week in week out. Fortunately plays some good club classics.

Incredibly bad service and management. Ordered a waffle, chocolate and concrete cake. Waited an hour for it to turn up after chasing the order(arrived within ten minutes of the phone call) The waffle stone cold. Phoned back to discuss with the staff to be told the food is made and kept under a heater (clearly wasn’t) and they can not be accountable if it gets cold on delivery (which is understandable) however this had been sat in the shop and was not just cold from delivery. Spoke to management who told me ‘if I wanted it warm I should have gone into store myself and collected it’ and that it was my fault. Ask for a refund and for the ‘warm’ food to be returned with the driver, which was denied. Terrible service. 0 accountability.

One girl serving, she asked for help several times and was just ignored, whilst a team member stood this side of counter talking to ex- colleague, waited over 25 mins for egg on toast !

Absolutamente tostadas de mierda, tuvimos una cada una, apenas había relleno, insípido y tan seco y duro, como comer tostadas secas, lo peor que he tenido en cualquier lugar. El personal no está realmente interesado, wernt incluso ofreció salsa, etc

¡Si pudiera dar cero calificaciones lo haría! Espantoso miembro del personal, claramente no es una persona de la mañana. Muy grosero, abrupto y extremadamente hosco! Ella estaba limpiando cuando llegamos y tutted cuando nos sentamos en una mesa limpia! Dejamos caer nuestras maletas y leímos el menú desde la distancia - “TIENES QUE PEDIR EN EL MOSTRADOR” dijo en un tono que hizo que la salchicha y el tocino en el microondas muy poco apetitosos se encogieran. El tocino creo que estaba cocinado, no intentó comerlo... .. ¡mira las fotos! Tal vez su elección de carrera sería mejor para el catering en la prisión local.
