Best pub for in Bishop for Karaoke on Saturday nights!

Stopped here for a cuppa and a sandwich, tea was nice and hot. I like very strong tea and that's what I got. Sausage sandwich was lovely, fresh bread bun, nice sausages and plenty to fill the bun and a little more for good measure. Lots of local produce available to buy from sweets, biscuits, fresh eggs. I would recommend

Pre-reservado con un grupo de 12 para un viernes por la noche. Llegué a tiempo y se muestra rápidamente a nuestras acogedoras mesas de arriba. Precioso menú. Primer pedido, eglefino y patatas fritas por favor (no es inusual para un lugar así) y dijo que no quedaba eglefino, agotado! Oh. Pedido bacalao, había varias otras buenas opciones en el menú. Una oferta es ensalada, papas fritas, o mitad y mitad. Oh, cielos, ensalada agotada. No importa. Todas las comidas llegaron a tiempo, todo fue muy bueno. Salsa tártara casera excelente, pero podría haber sido más generosa.

Never had a bad meal from here, the staff are great, the Chef is superb.

Was going to meet friends for a Sunday lunch here but two of our party are vegetarian and the veggie option is just the meat option without the meat. Went somewhere else instead. Not great. Would be nice to have a Veggie Wellington or nut roast option available. Veggie options are often overlooked here in Barney which is sad in this day and age. Have started going further afield which is a shame if you are trying to support some lovely local businesses . Would love to visit on a Sunday in the future if a tweak could be made to welcome more vegetarians.

The food is absolutely amazing,, the service you receive is the best, staff so friendly ad welcoming and the delivery drivers are fantastic.

Food was unreal and very quick delivery. Think we may have found our new favourite takeaway! 10/10

Wow. Just wow. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a nice hello by a member of staff. We were seated and there was nice music playing in the background. 3 minutes later, the waiters were waiting on us to. We ordered our food and it didn’t take long. It came out to us hot and delicious. Presentation was amazing. Workers were so nice to us. I would like to come here again. I took pictures of the food and the seating area before they closed down for the night. Don’t worry. When we walked in, there was a good amount of happy people.

Second breakfast in here and the latest was every bit as good as the first. Came highly recommended and didn’t disappoint. Full English again, quality food and perfectly poached eggs. Not a trace of grease anywhere. Lovely thick proper toast and butter pats supplied. Tasty coffee and nice friendly staff. I have seriously tried every establishment in Chester that sell full English and this is the best imo. Will certainly try the rest of the home made food menu.

Is this the best kebab I’ve had? It certainly ranks up there. The quality of the meat is fantastic. The grilled vegetables delicious. I had the mixed kebab and it’s big enough for two. All in all, a very enjoyable experience.
