Brilliant pub 👏 Probably the only true pub left in peterlee Well done all the staff and regular customers But and a big but We need more new customers Everyone is welcome

Only problem with here is they don't take card payments otherwise nice place to visit

Went to a 70th birthday party had excellent service

Great staff and a good group of people. It's a great pub. I don't understand why they have music on over sports in the bar xx

Mostly for locals popping in for a quick pint and chat

The heart of oaks itself is a dive. Proper little down and out pub however the bar staff were lovely and welcoming. We only come for Kitchen 23 and that was unreal so thank you.

Normal street pub, been open for 40yrs+ that I know off.Average prices and good atmosphere.

Brilliant in the summer they do loads for kids bouncy castle hit dogs burgers in the beer garden and lovely birthday parties inside

ave not been in hearts of oak since sum 1 took it over back in september2017 but it seem busy on weekend now n they have different things on ie quiz night etc
