Galaxy Pizza in County Durham

Incorrect food order arrived 1.5 hours after order. Phoned up and was told that we were wrong and not them. So we tried what arrived to avoid starving, food was awful. Wont be back used to really enjoy it under RIO brand not sure if its same people.

This review is in relation to the disregard for flyer distribution laws. My property has had multiple flyers (in excess of four in one day) thrown into the garden with no attempt to make it to the letterbox.

Pizza Rio never disappoint, had the best food tonight as always, the flavour and presentation is always delicious, wouldn't go anywhere else, and would highly recommend 🙂🙂

First time I have tried Pizza Rio in a long time, but it was worth the wait. Staff are super friendly and welcoming, it is a wonderful reception when you visit. My order was cooked on time and was delicious and great value for money. For a small village to have 2 pizza shops that are both thriving is excellent, I hope that Pizza Rio goes from strength to strength.

First time going in year as thought I would give the new owners a try. Very average. We got the meal deal with 2x 10" pizza, large kebab, chips and a drink. Wrong pop sent first off. I got salami pizza and it was OK, I don't think it was baked long enough as cheese was crumbling and not stringy. Second pizza was a Chicken Kiev and it was not nice at all.... topping were OK but the base was soggy all over off the garlic butter... which needed more garlic so it was just a butter soaked base. Kebab was the best bit, mostly very nice but some bit could have had a bit longer..... I'd seen good things about the place and was left a little disappointed. Would have been 3 I order was correct.
