Harbour Pizza in County Durham

Both pizzas and garlic bread was swimming in grease and all 3 were burnt on the bottom. ordered a lot from you’s a while back but soon stopped as every pizza you’s sent out was burnt, changed location so I thought I’ll give it another go… only for it to be the exact same🙃wouldn’t recommend

Best place to go to for a lovely takeaway. Pizza and parmos are the best from there and they always keep the place clean. Would recommend this place to anyone and I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. Staff are friendly and the hygiene is perfect.

Delicious food, full of flavour. Not greasy like alot of places can be. Order in quick as they are very popular!

After a casual walk down church street i stopped off for a bite to eat in this pizza parlour takeaway. I gathered my things and walked home and what a taste sensation saliva was running down my face and tears of happiness down my face also. This pizza was so good I could not control my bodily fluids. Fantastic

I remember when this place originally opened as an Italian restaurant called Avellinos, back in the 80s. They've obviously passed down the pizza recipe to each new owner because they haven't changed. They're still the best pizzas I've ever tasted and I've had a lot of pizza from all over the country and further afield.

The best around...! UNTIL they changed the cheese now it average at best. THEY CHANGED IT BACK !!!! Back to being the Best 👌

Simple no frills no nonsense pizza. 1 size , limited toppings.. but saying that its all you need. Recommend the Bolognese Pizza portion of chip and a tub of garlic sauce.. winner..

I have been going to this Pizza shop for years. And glad to see that it's reopened with the same owner as there was a rumour it had been sold. But no same person and great pizzas, and garlic bread. 😊 welcome back we have missed you.

This place has been here before I was born and let me tell you the pizza has remained amazing. All the ingredients fresh, nothing processed or cheap. Actual bloke who runs it is italian and it shows in the food. Kiev pizza is amazing, pepperoni etc. I have tried pizza from all over and in all honest I am yet to find pizza that beats this place.

OMG , visited this place for the 1st time this weekend for a takeaway pizza. Best pizza in Seaham , tasted unreal !!! Many had recommended it in the gym so I thought I'd call down. Ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and they were amazing. Shame they don't deliver but worth collecting yourself so tasty. I'll definitely be back

Excellent takeaway. Order at least three times a month and order the spaghetti bolognaise and garlic bread. Always well cooked and very tasty. Telephone order and it is ready when I arrive at the shop. Would recommend.

I love a pizza now and then but hate the ones that use them roller grills soggy middle. Went last night to the harbour pizza shop just like they were years ago in a proper oven really enjoyed it I will definitely returning here for my pizzas from now on Shame they don’t deliver and only open Wednesday to Sunday otherwise I’d be there every night

The pizzas are delicious, exactly what you want for a takeaway pizza. The staff are friendly and the food is always ready quite quick. Been a regular customer for years now and can never fault Harbour pizza. Don't miss out!!

Amazing the best pizza I've ever had because you can tell it's real cheese and none of that cooking cheese others use that has no flavour

I find Harbour Pizza can be a bit hit and miss. It's got the start of great pizza as they use better dough and nicer cheese than you will find elsewhere but sometimes the pizza can be a bit sloppy or a bit hard. It seems when they are busy cooking times seem to go astray and it affects how well your pizza turns out. On top of this the chips are the worst chips I've tasted in any takeaway. Frozen chips cooked until they are like rocks. With Dominoes now across the road they may lose out to the competition even though they are better and a lot cheaper.

Never been disappointed in all the years I have been going. .No delivery service but they don't nèed to as food is well worth picking up.

Me and the wife past harbour pizza after late night shop never been for few year and or my god its just as i rember pizzas are out of this world all quality produce used and plenty of it might i add. My mam works here nd she has told me the kebab meat she won't buy has it is cooked during the day which is then stored in the fridge some gets frozen in bags then when people want kebab/kebab meat it gets put in microwave nd then they put it in a silver foil try I was going to pay 5.40 for this. Thanks mam for letting me know as this is so wrong

Just purchased a kebab and chips from here new to the area so trying to find the right takeaway that my family will enjoy as a buisness owner on church street i will never shop here again kebab meat was hard the chips were greasy and i found a hair in the kebab meat £5.40 for this is shocking....

Love this place and always go when I'm home visiting family. Only problem this time is it's not open!! Monday or Tuesday night. No hours for business on google so no idea what's going on. All other takeaway places open. Very disappointed

Like everyone else states , been going for years, resteraunt quality pizzas every time , doesn't deliver but they don't have to really as everyone knows it's worth going.

The food is of excellent quality and have now tried the spaghetti bolognaise, very tasty along with garlic bread with tomato. Highly recommend.

Been going to harbour pizza for years and never had a bad one yet. travelled all over and tried other pizzas even abroad and nothing tastes as nice as these. Chicken kiev with real chicken breast, not chicken cubes like the rest. Highly recommend going and you wont be disappointed. Tony the owner spot on. Do not deliver but when its the best you would go in all weathers.

As Sam's takeaway does the best Chinese takeaway, Harbour Pizza do the best pizzas. Since finding this shop many years ago again it might be 26 years, I find that the pizzas and other food that are on offer from this establishment are very good. The Bolognese pizza in my opinion needs a special mention, as I have not found a Bolognese pizza even from some Italian restaurants to be as good and tasty as they are from here. The plain garlic bread is also nice.

Every pizza totally perfect. Quality, plentiful ingredients make them the best pizzas I've ever tasted. Would go here every night if I didn't want to get fat(ter). Absolutely no competition from any other pizza place in Seaham as others just do not compare. Half kiev, half bolognese - heaven.

Best Lasagne anywhere take-away or in a restaurant. Great value for money and friendly welcome. Have been going for years.

I think it depends on who is making the pizza's, but this place can be very hit & miss, sometimes they are beautiful, but other times, really bad, so much as in the base is not even cooked and very stodgy, it's becoming a bit of a last resort place these days for us.On the plus side, when he says 20 minutes, he means 20 minutes, it's always ready on time

every time i visit we always get our pizzas from harbour pizza the pizzas can never get beaten. however i wasnt a great lover of their burgers and kebabs their salads are nice but pizzas fantastic.

this is the best pizza shop in seaham, the pizzas are to die for, they are so addictive, try them for yourself you wont be disappointed believe me!

Well since this is in the list of Seaham restaurants, why not give an opinion. This place is just round the corner from yo brothers house and sells amazingly tasty pizza. Very clean with nice friendly staff, we quite often take a pizza home when visiting family in the area.

We have been ordering pizzas at harbour pizza for many years and the quality and value can't be beaten by any pizza takeaway in the area. Keep up the good work.

Decided to go to this place. The frontage is a bit drubby, but it is clean and tidy inside the shop. This is the only takeaway in Seaham that does not do deliveries. Also there is not many seats for people to sit while waiting. It was my youngest son's birthday and we thought we would treat him. We each got a pizza and 2 garlic bread with cheese. They only do 9.5 pan pizza which is a shame, but there was loads of filling on the pizza. After finishing the pizza I felt full.
