Aroma Pizza Grill in County Durham

Great food, friendly staff and very clean inside. We live away from the area and always have to get an Aroma Pizza when we visit!

We order from here a lot and are usually really pleased with our food. However on the most recent occasion we were sent an incorrect item. I have tried to go through the help channels on just eat to request a refund for this but have been refused, despite providing photographic evidence. I don’t like to leave negative reviews but feel I’ve been left with no choice given I have not been refunded despite being sent the wrong item. Very disappointing way to treat a regular customer.

food looked good but I couldn't eat it has it had tomato sauce on the top and not belamel sauce I'm allergic to tomatoe lucky my brother come and he enjoyed it

They sent the wrong pizza, was supposed to be Nutella with cheese and we only received just cheese. The lamb kebab tasted more like beef steak than lamb and the whole order was cold. Very unhappy as the delivery guy was late and went to the wrong house only for I spotted him at the neighbours many doors away. Normally order from here and it’s normally superb but tonight was a huge let down

1 hour 45 minutes late No garlic sauce Or bottle of pop Lied to saying there had been a fire in the shop that’s why it’s so late however delivery driver laughed and told me it’s the new management are useless

Excellent service, thoroughly recommend the house special kebab, and the dirty fries are fantastic.

Took a while to be delivered but worth the wait.. very nice

Wasn’t very nice tbh. Dont know what type of garlic sauce it was but had a weird taste. Parmesan was ok but had better and chips didnt taste overly nice either. Won’t be ordering again which is shame cos it’s very local to me

Pizza was cold,sent it back had to ring about a replacement was told i was not getting 1 as they said the pizza was hot when it returned to the shop,i can asure you it was not when it arrived at my house,all i can think is the driver has a microwave in his car.Terrible service,very abrupt people to deal with.

The pizza was worth it and really nice..but 2.70 for a tiny portion of chips and 1.50 for a tiny tub of garlic sauce was ridiculous

Ordered about 2 hours before and came at the exact time I set it to be (recommend anybody to order before the time they want it). Great quality food and arrived perfectly on time hot still. Food is always lovely, staff are very friendly.

Food was very good and I would order again, it was a lot better than the last time I ordered. Only minor complaint is that there was no coleslaw but that probs just me being picky. Food was hit wh'e it got here.

Food was very prompt, about 20 minutes from order. However a chicken Parmesan in the north east of England should come with bechamel sauce on PLEASE!!! The parmigiana I had was nice, but I was really expecting a standard chicken parmo.

Came late and my vegetarian partners chip butty was actually a kebab butty. No point in ringing to resolve as the resteraunt has already ignored 4 calls whilst trying to find out were it was. Calzone was lovely though

The food is 5 star, which is why we keep ordering. However, twice now, the app says our food has been delivered when it hasn't. I then contact the shop, who then changes the app to delayed. I would rather they just said it would be late rather than saying it is delivered. But the food is lush!

Customer service was great! Driver was very apologetic for food being late. Quality of food was good and was warm too.

Prompt delivery. Best quality meat used in lamb shish kebab, lovely fresh salad. Chips not the best I’ve had but I am a chip snob. Husband enjoyed his bolognaise pizza and all of the chips minus one.

Delivery on time, food warm on arrival however the chicken kebab was very chewy and tough. Meat lovers pizza very bland, cheesy chips were awful! Absolutely gutted as it’s usually amazing.

We always use Aroma Grill. The staff are so lovely and the food is always spot on. Nice and hot and always fresh. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

We live just down the hill from this place and after a recommendation from a friend, decided to try it for the kebab. Since then we've mostly been getting their pizzas but everything we've ordered from Aroma so far has been great, including the cheesy/dirty fries and the wraps. They also offer a good selection of drinks. I've had some nice conversations with the three guys there. They're always welcoming customers with a smile and making a point to remember people who go often, and they're very willing to answer questions about the menu. Lovely little restaurant, we wholeheartedly recommend to anyone in the area.

Sell fake coke or cheap coke !! I have took photos the cans of coke clearly say not to be sold separately! Also the bottles of fake coke tastes horrible not even coke takes like water 3 pound a bottle getting robbed , when I rang up man very rude and hung up I will be contacting tradeing standards !

Fast service and a good price, however I don’t understand why the toppings are constantly under the cheese, makes the pizza very sloppy, and god knows what cheese they use for stuffed crust as it doesn’t taste very nice, just had a mushy texture to it

1st time we have ordered from here fast delivery and food hot.asked for garlic mushrooms but unfortunately they do not do them.perhaps giving a free 8inch margarita pizza or garlic bread after a 15pound order.food very tasty would order again.
