Lovely, smiley friendly staff for a change. Helpful and patient and had a bit chat. Lovely food as usual. Call in and treat yourself.

The new all day breakfast baguette and orange hot chocolate have to be some of the best additions yet, great quality food as always

Disappointed it wasn’t hot enough

Worse Greggs in County Durham!!! This must be the only Greggs I know that has soup, advertisers soup in the window but never serves it. I was told by staff that they don't bother putting it on because it warms the shop up. It's 15 degrees and black clouds filling the sky. Why do yous advertise soup if you not willing to sell it to anyone?

This shop is a absolute joke and the staff need to go on a lesson for customer care If you want to order breakfast off just eat don’t get it from here unless you want it for dinner

I didn’t even get my food and they marked it as delivered! So I’m now out of pocket and no food rang the shop and the customer service is disgusting honestly this isn’t the 1st time I’ve had really bad customer service from this shop absolutely disgusting!

Bacon and sausage sandwich was missing

Sometimes you just have the need for a sausage roll. Unfortunately, the woman who served me made me feel that I was doing her a disservice simply by entering the shop

The most miserable and ignorant Gregg's staff.

I bought some buns for friends they loved them.

It's a Greggs cheap and cheerful hot food, a taste of the northeast no matter where you are in the country.

Ordered bacon butty in and out within a coue of minutes

Friendliest staff around. Small shop with all your favourite Gregg's treats. Really well managed considering how busy it gets at peak times. They work really hard.

If you want to go for breakfast, best to arrive before 08:00 as it usually gets busy by then. Staff are always positive and happy.

Can't get reusable cups in the breakfast meal deal

Festive bake back in shops from today I just had to have one 😋

Value for money.Not everyone coming in wears masks so I felt a bit anxious about that but I realise that not everyone is bothered about possible covid infection.

Great selection of pastries, can sometimes be met with a large queue but staff try to get through the orders as quickly as possible.

Corned Beef Pasties haven't been available for months now 👎👎👎

Unfortunately they didn't have a great selection of things that I like and didn't even have bread. They haven't had corned beef pasties for ages now.

Never anything left its disgusting asked for a carry bag yesterday at the brandon greggs oh we haven't got any howay greggs u going downhill big style !!!!!!!!!

I allways like Gregg's as if Doe's quit a good range of food,drinks,snacks etc you can get a meal deal £2.25or£3 if you want a baguette and drink you can eat in a sandwich and a drink about £2.50 same if you want a pie,pasty,or cake staff is normally friendly it has wheel chair access toilets not bad if you want a quick bite to eat or a fast breakfast

Typical Greggs. Friendly staff, food is usually warm and baked well. They have a variety of breakfast foods in the morning. I wish they had a larger sandwich selection though.
