Excellent service from this Chinese tonight. Collected on time and paid cash. Food was piping hot and every dish delicious. Friendly helpful staff.

Fantastic little place, very clean and service was excellent. Food was excellent and it was very quiet after 10pm so ideal when staying for business. 15 mins from Aycliffe business park. Beds comfortable and rooms spacious and clean. We had three rooms, all brilliant all guests had a great stay with a great night's sleep.

Very flexible prices at Molly's Tearoom and antiques. Today 16/9/23 I went in for a mannequin that I had seen priced at £250 a couple of week ago. No price tag today, so I asked how much, the guy said £495. Now, was that optimistic price because I had a southern accent, I reckon that he assumed I was on holiday. I actually live in Teesdale not that far away. Definitely think he was taking the micky.

A lovely place to stop for a light snack or tea and cake. Good value, charming staff and exceptionally clean. Plus some lovely characters for people watching 🙂.

We are travelling by car from London to the Shetland Islands. We booked to stay one night in two rooms single use. We arrived one hour before 3pm and although the rooms were ready we had to pay £15 each to check in one hour before!! By the time they prepared all the paper to sign we actually arrived in the rooms at 2:30pm!! Tomorrow we will leave at 9am although the room would be booked until 12!! To find the hotel it was difficult even with the GPS as there are a lot of road works and we had to go around twice to find the entrance!! I have been around 67 countries in the world for business and pleasure and I never experienced such a bad unnecessary behaviour from/in a hotel. I will certainly never use again Premier Inn hotels and will make a very negative publicity about the chain.

We have just discovered Broom Mill Farm Shop & Tea Room this morning (Fri 14 March) and what a find. Just five minutes along the road from the big supermarkets at West Auckland & new retail park, this is something different set in historic, peaceful farm land with plenty of parking. Browse the shop selling traceable, zero food miles meats, vegetables, drinks, cheese with puddings & cakes galore! The adjoining tea room / restaurant is not to be missed with super friendly staff serving a full menu from breakfast onwards with new cakes and treats I've never seen before which had to be tried. Their helpful, free booklet ends with "We hope you enjoy your visit to our Farm Shop." Give it a try because you certainly will.

Great friendly staff and always service with a smile. Coffees are made with care and taste lovely, especially the limited edition summer beans. Café itself clean and tidy and now a much more comfortable temperature.

We visited this Costa multiple times while we were on holiday in the area. The staff were so friendly and the coffee tasted amazing!

Had breakfast here. Was lovely. The black pudding was the best my husband has ever had! The veggie sausage was really nice. Coffee good and plenty of selection for the kids
