The best restaurants in Delves Lane and Consett South County Durham North East

Found this cafe a couple of weeks ago and I have already been 3 times. Food quality is excellent and always great service.

Came here for breakfast with my son, the food was delicious and reasonably priced, very nice coffee and delicious milkshakes, the staff were very helpful and so welcoming, we will be back very soon! 😁

I love coming here. Always made to feel so welcome. I've decided they have the most delicious selection of cakes in all the North East! Not open all week is probably a good thing for the waistline as I'd happily visit daily!!!!!!

Worst Sunday lunch I've ever had me and the wife got the small dinner £8.95 and by god it was small next to no meat my son got the large £12.95 and his was not much better, never again!

We popped in after a walk for a coffee to go and seen the festive afternoon tea being advertised so booked for the following day. It was such a lovely experience. The staff were so accommodating and what was on offer was beyond our expectations. The sandwiches, Scones and cakes were delicious. It was so good and plentiful that we needed a doggy bag. It was a perfect afternoon to celebrate the festive season and there was a complimentary glass of bubbly 🍾 we have had afternoon tea in many places , three times the price of here but here was ten times better. Highly recommend

The best night out in Consett. Cheapest around. Safety is the key. Best clientele in the area.

Service was pretty Rubbish, Food was pretty Rubbish, Dining area was Cold, The wine was Awful, And the music was Shocking.

Don't particularly like it but it's open late and there's worse places

the ultimate bap and hash browns bites are fantastic to get you set up for the day ...

I think It is complete disaster : hygiene bad sitting places dirty Dust on the service area all over. Staff bad face.. Seats and table tops horrible Never go again. They have no imagination and need to have new glasses to see. I did not take pictures and did not know you would ask for it !!

great food, nice and fresh. arrived 5 minutes before the time slot.
