Incredible coffee would say the best in balham and always great customer service

Second trip to London and had to stop back here because I loved it so much the first trip. Staff is always lovely and the food and coffee are a must have to start your day. Worth a stop at least once or twice or five times.

Wow, this place is superb. The menu is a mix of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean flavours. We had the eggs benedict on zucchini fritters. Service was quick and very friendly. Lovely atmosphere with outside tables. Highly recommend.

I ordered two latte take away, one of them was half cup full of foam, asked nicely to get new one, the barista was very unfriendly and arrogant no apology or even eye contact made. She made new one, I thanked her and no response. Staff has to be trained, customers are paying you money not peanuts 🥜

Lo siento, pero estar sentado mirando tazas de café vacías durante una hora en un sótano ruidoso y ser completamente ignorado no es mi idea de diversión, especialmente cuando pagas £ 20 por el desayuno y un café. El personal de espera tiene una mala actitud y podría hacer con algo de capacitación sobre cómo manejar los retrasos, un registro de entrada y una sonrisa haría un largo camino. Cuando le pregunté cuánto tiempo más uno de ellos simplemente dijo “no sé, estamos ocupados arriba”, el camarero masculino con el que hablé incluso comenzó a discutir conmigo como si fuera normal tener que esperar una hora para desayunar en lugar de disculparse o hacer algo positivo. Es una pena ya que este lugar siempre ha sido genial, pero hay muchas mejores opciones en la zona a un precio similar.
