Lovely brunch on Sunday with great service from kazi. Warm welcome, friendly and efficient. Lovely venue and will return.

Restaurant opens up as you move to the back into a really nicely decorated space. Food and drinks were good, but slightly overpriced. Service was friendly and attentive.

The decor is superb and the place has a premium and classy feel to it. Our waitress was amazing and had good recommendations. I ordered the open chicken kebab. It was way too filling. The choc brownie was delicious. Went here with a friend and definitely visiting again.

This is one of my favorite place to hang out with family and friends In balham. It’s very kids friendly and the menu keeps changing regularly. I love all savory food but the espresso and pastries are lovely too. Worth posting a visit! Nod to Aleena who served us last night, good job!

Fantastic brunch spot with incredible service! Dave is so attentive, kind, and genuinely cares about making your experience perfect, checking on everyone to ensure all is well. Very rare to find nowadays. The host at the door is lovely and welcoming, adding to the high standard of customer service. The food is outstanding—easily the best posh lamb kebab and pancakes I’ve ever had. A solid 10/10 for both service and food. Highly recommend!

Yunita at Megan’s is absolutely lovely and so professional! We’ve been coming here for a while, and every visit feels like catching up with friends. The atmosphere is warm, the coffee is excellent, and the smiles are contagious. Highly recommend this wonderful spot!

Karla was an amazing waitress really good service. Very polite and friendly and we were on a Christmas outing and she offered to take photos and videos during the night. The Sea bass as a meal was very small for the price. And sauce was flavourless.

Prices are outside of these world and is nothing special. Links overpriced, food overpriced, best on these site is the ambient, but sometimes it is field to dark.

A great experience at Megan’s, I ordered the Christmas kebab and halloumi fries the food was amazing! Karla was our waitress and she gave really good recommendations and her service was really good!

Thursday, November 14, 2024 at 11:14 AM “Megan’s" has long been one of my favorite restaurants, known for its delicious dishes and generally great service. My recent experience, while initially disappointing, was ultimately made much better due to the manager's excellent handling of the situation. I visited for breakfast and coffee, and after paying my bill, I was handed a card offering a free drink for my next visit, which I appreciated. However, when I returned to redeem the offer, I was surprised to find that the card was only valid for an alcoholic drink, which I cannot consume due to my religious beliefs. When I politely asked the waitress if the card could be applied to a coffee instead, she ignored my request and did not offer any apology or suitable alternative. I felt disappointed by her lack of consideration. Thankfully, when I spoke to the manager about the situation, they were incredibly understanding and professional. They apologized for the miscommunication, reassured me that the card would indeed apply to a coffee, and provided me with the coffee as promised. The manager's response was thoughtful, and it went a long way in restoring my faith in the restaurant's commitment to customer service. That said, I do feel that some of the morning staff, particularly the tall Eastern European waitress, may benefit from additional customer service training and sensitivity to the diverse needs of patrons. While my issue was resolved, I believe that attention to the staff's approach and attitude would improve the overall experience for all customers. Despite this, I continue to enjoy "Megan’s" for its wonderful food and the way the manager handled the situation. I’m confident the restaurant will continue to be a favorite of mine as long as they maintain their commitment to excellent service.

We came for bottomless a few Saturdays ago but were surprised to see the restaurant was pretty much empty. However, Kazi looked after us really well and made sure we were topped up at all times!

Met a friend for lunch and had the mezze feast which was delicious and so much food for the two of us! We drank pink vodka lemonade and rum ginger beer soda. We were served by Jordan who was so attentive and super knowledgeable about the menu and helpful with his recommendations. We loved the decor and the whole experience! Top marks for Jordan!

Charged me £3.90 for a side of spinach which equated to one small mouthful. Rest of the food was good but a side dish so small, that wasn’t even served in a separate side dish, is taking the mick.
