A cute and tasteful little deli with a personal touch on everything. We were welcomed in by the manager and served with delicious breakfast baguettes while we sipped on some strong French coffeee looking out over the streets of Wandsworth. Lovely little spot

Good food, very unfriendly moody owner that makes me not want to go back again. It’s a shame cause the food is actually good. I wish the owner treated his customers nicely. Even reading his replies here makes me reconfirm that his attitude is hurting his business.

Food was very nice and reasonable staff were lovely but one man was very rude and previously have heard him shouting at staff.

Wouldn’t recommend bringing your family to eat here. Owner is a rude, malicious narcissist who mistreats the younger workers and uses a sarcastic tone to belittle customers. Overall food is decent but the place is very unwelcoming and disingenuous.

A lovely find!, in a sea of chain restaurants this is a welcome distraction worthy of a visit, a simple cafe on the outside but well cooked and tasty food with charming service.

This is by far the worst place I have ever set a foot on. Treated disrespectfully by the owners and saw how the employees were treated awfully too! To make things for the worse I am aware how they "hire" personal for a week and then fire them without paying them for their work...

Went on Friday for a delayed Valentine’s day dinner, and had such a nice experience. Great service and great food! £35 for three courses. The only small thing is that I wish that the blini starter would have had more than one blini.

Lovely lunches: the home-made quiches are beautifully presented with cream and pesto sauce. Generous baguette sandwiches with bacon. Very helpful staff.

We have eaten here several times in the evening in the Bistrot, we are regulars in the coffee shop and we also just had the Tartiflette which was on sale and which we heated at home. It was absolutely stunning. This is a fab little place with a real local feel. Highly recommended either for coffee, for very authentic French cuisine and ad hoc seasonal meals to take away.

Have been here many times & usually have the Breakfast Baguette, coffee & sometimes fresh orange juice, which is not only delicious but extremely good value. There is a a wide selection of food on the menu, even snails or onion soup for breakfast if you fancy it, delicious cakes & pastries, croques etc of all sorts. This is run by a French family with mostly French staff so they know what they are doing. Often very busy so service is sometimes similar to Gordon Ramsay's kitchen, who coincidentally lives round the corner. Monsieur, who doesn't suffer fools gladly, is sometimes quite 'French' in his humour which some customers interpret as rudeness though I find very amusing & quite refreshing! An unpretentious, entertaining & down to earth menu of French food in Battersea.

Amazing food but the young guy front of house is inept and ill suited to serving. Bring back the older french dude!

LOVE the deli boutique (we just call it the French), we’ve been going there for years for brunch and have tried the dinner a couple of times and wow it’s just so so good. Prices for brunch are wayyyy under the local area’s prices which is refreshing and allows us to come pretty much every weekend

Wonderful French cafe that serves incredible freshly baked baguettes with tasty fillings for breakfast and lunch sandwiches among much more. Really lovely owners and they also do dinner Friday nights which was wonderful. Highly recommend all Wandsworth locals check it out!

Great little local cafe in Wandsworth the coffees nice and the pastries are even better! I certainly recommend you try the sausage rolls wrapped in puff pastry they are one of the nicest things I’ve ever eaten!

Brilliant food and lovely atmosphere!

If you are looking for somewhere to have an intimate dinner with friends or a celebration- I cannot recommend the Del Boutique more highly. I have just left from having a birthday party with 20 friends and I needed to write this review straight away. We had the most wonderful time at Deli Boutique. Erwan made our evening so personal and special. The restaurant looked beautiful and the atmosphere was perfect. The food was delicious and extremely well priced. Erwan went out of his way to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted. Thank you so much for having us, we will definitely be back!

We had the best dinner with a group of eight friends last Friday evening. The food was outstanding, service was really friendly and we all felt hugely welcome in this lovely family-run restaurant. I can’t recommend it enough and can’t wait to go again; we’re really lucky to have such a great place to eat so close by.

Went for the Friday set menu dinner and had a great meal in this lovely little place. ✅Service is very friendly and attentive. ✅Dishes well presented and delicious French cuisine. ✅ Nice ambience and not loud at all so you can hear each other talk. Amazing pain au chocolat, croissant, baguette etc. The sandwiches are so fresh. Very authentic French bakery. Today was my first time visiting and I’ll definitely be back. Highly, highly recommend!

A great little cafe with wonderful secret garden out the back.

Came for the lovely French evening menu and loved it. Really nicely home cooked selection if great French dishes, wine by the glass was great and a really reasonable price for 3 courses.

Down visiting my daughter and her partner from Glasgow and they booked the Deli for Friday night dinner - it was the new summer menu which did not disappoint. Food, service and wine was on point and terrific value for money - will definately be back and the crème brûlée was one of the best I’ve ever tasted - 5 stars all round 🥂

Unfortunately one thing which really put me off is the cleaning of the coffee handle … every 10 seconds it is a massive banging in the whole coffee shop while the owner bangs the handle against the bin. Impossible to have some quiet time or talk or work. Would be such a nice place.. no music though … and the owner is quite loud …

Tasty coffee and amazing freshly baked Pastry

My som brought me here for brunch. He had a breakfast baguette 🥖 and I had a baguette with bacon,brie and cranberry sauce. It was a substantial sandwich with very tasty bacon and brie. My son’s partner had Croque Madame which she really enjoyed. My husband enjoyed his coffee.

My husband, daughter and I have been going here for years - have always loved the pastries, French goods, especially the Cheese. Recently we started to go to in the evenings for their dinner menu and have been blown away by how good it is - the service is very warm and friendly, the menu has something for everyone (meat and veggie lovers) and all the wine on the wine menus so far have been excellent. We’d love to see them succeed as a restaurant as well as a cafe as the dinner experience is one of the best we’ve had around the area. Please do go and see for yourself!

Wonderful dinner on a Friday night (they have just opened for dinner and only serve on Fridays). We had a some amazing, traditional French food accompanied with some fantastic friendly service. An absolute hidden gem which I would recommend to anyone!

The person attending the counter, who might be the owner or the manager, is pretty rude. I had a negative experience similar to a few other reviewers here. I asked questions about the food, and the person gave a very demeaning, rude answer. The rudeness of the staff with customers will catch up someday and will be the downfall of this place. I ended up not getting any food and ordered a coffee out of courtesy which was disgusting.

I had a bad experience at this place some years ago when I was sold stale focaccia. When the owner asked me earlier in the year why I never came with my friends I explained why. Recently I went in to see my friends and he said 'get out'. Last time you were here I remember I had an issue with you (meaning when I had answered his question truthfully and he ad actually apologised for my experience), I don't want you here. I have never been treated in such a grossly discourteous way. Needless to say, I had no great desire to return anyway but certainly won't now. There is much better coffee to be had in the area anyway. I se from the reviews that I am not the first person to whom he has been rude.

Nice coffee and pastries, French bistro atmosphere, cool place

Had a quiche which are always good quality when taken away but I decided to eat in. Unbeknown to me they heat it in a microwave hence part soggy part chewy inedible pastry. That will be heartburn for me for the rest of the day! The quiches used to be served with salad , now they have no salad at all but pour salty oily dressing on the plate instead. The place was very busy with just one member of staff running around like a headless chicken trying to serve a long queue. Put me off for good and I used to visit every week !

There are many breakfast/brunch spots around Clapham Junction Station, I picked this French themed one on a whim and I'm glad I did. Other places can be very full and located on busy streets, but here we could enjoy a relaxing and peaceful brunch. Even the traffic was barely noticeable. We tried the full English breakfast and the croque madame. The food was decent, nothing was particularly noteworthy except that instead of the usual boring toast, they serve a good quality toasted baguette. There is a small deli inside, offering a selection of French bits, including the nice baguette served with the breakfast. We sat outside as it was a summery day and could have lingered there for some time as that street is not only quiet but the buildings are in good condition and there are lovely green trees all along. Would be happy to return next time I need a breakfast spot in Clapham Junction.

I’ve been coming here almost daily for the past 3 and a half years. I am leaving the UK next week and this place is the one place I will miss the most. A proper family run, independent cafe. Through lockdown they kept the street alive by selling vegetables and fruits, with other essentials, long before many of the other businesses thought to do so. By reading the reviews I can see the owner is misunderstood by many. He had always been kind, quick at serving and accommodating. His sense of humour is the best thing about the cafe and creates a family feel when you enter. We have never had an issue in the three and half years of living on this street. Thank you for everything and good luck. We will miss you! James and Ameena

Sadly this place has Gone down hill I Used to love coming here before lockdown , the previous people seemed to run the place alot better and the English breakfast was far better before and more reasonably priced. They now serve the breakfast in a frying pan which has lots of oil in the pan and the food is all piled up on top of eachother and you get less ...no mushrooms or tomatoes like on the previous breakfast. It set me back £12 for a breakfast and diet coke which is about £5/£6 more than any other London breakfast ,if the food was worth the price then so be it but the standards have dropped.

Visited last week with my mum. Baguette and filled croissant were very tasty and the coffee and tea were great too. We were not rushed at all and it was a lovely environment so we sat and chatted for ages. A friendly female served us very well. A lovely independent place!

I had an absolutely horrible experience at this cafe. As soon as I entered the moody owner was rude and I was told off for asking too many questions! Later on, on my way back from the loo I was reprimanded by this man for “asking where the loo was before finishing my food”. I have to wonder if he thought we were in school and he was the teacher? I’ve never experienced anything like this, it was extremely strange. On top of that the terrible coffee is served in a cardboard cup, as was the orange juice on my previous visit, which had been left out in the bowl for rather too long. Looking at other reviews, it looks like this is how they treat their customers in general!

Me and my boyfriend love this place, great to grab a baguette at lunch during work or a brunch on the weekend. Very hospitable owner who remembers a familiar face. Recommend all baguettes!!!

Very rude staff! Asked for a flat white and when I asked how much milk they normally put (they had two cup sizes both quite large) was told in a stropy tone there’s another coffee shop down the road that does all kinds of coffee. I was speachless and just turned and left never to return.

Lovely cafe/restaurant. Good food reasonably priced and the coffee is so much better than the usual chains. Lovely garden at the back. Bread is baked on the premises. Wish I could go more often as I am usually working and it closes around 6.

Was walking past at breakfast time on Sunday and popped in for breakfast, we ordered 2x full breakfasts, eggs on brioche and pain au chocolat. Hot drinks came in takeaway cups even though we were eating in. The drinks were very good though. The breakfast was served in a frying pan, the handle was extremely hot so we ate the food from the pan, I would have preferred to be able to put the food on the plate on which the pan came, but it was not possible. As other reviewers have said the quality of the food is very good, food was piping hot and very enjoyable. The only improvement would be to serve food on the plate and drinks in china cups or mugs. Staff were very friendly and extremely laid back. Will definitely visit again.

Update: The place has changed quite a bit in the last year, sadly not for the better. Service was only doing the bare minimum, not even asking how is our food, and the eggs benedict was almost completely hard. Just feels like with the staff changes the place has lost its touch which is really sad as we came here for years and really liked it in the past. Now it's an okay play to visit, but you will probably be able to find something more special easily. ---- The eggs benedict here is the best thing that ever happened to me. Amazing food, kind service.

Great place for an authentic french coffee and pain au chocolat.......cooked fresh on the premises

Was one of the best in the area, loved this place, we were a regular almost every weekend. Sadly nowadays lost it's vibe. Coffee is burnt, eggs benedict overcooked, careless service. Even had to ask to get cutlery and napkin after got served. Sad to see a place was once good before going down. Probably not coming back.

Authentically French, and although the Manager (or Owners?) nasal whining accent can be forgiven, his arrogance and rudeness can NOT! Will not frequent again.

Visited first thing for breakfast . The staff are warm and welcoming. This lovely little place caters for sit down and takeaway food. A good varied selection and very hearty and delicious. My only observation is that the full English breakfast is delivered to your table in the pan. Not that I want to eat out of a non stick pan but the pan is placed on the plate I’m assuming to keep it warm , this only makes the plate mucky. It would be better to warm the plate and put the food on . Just my observation not a complaint. Apart from that all good give it a visit .

Best English breakfast I have ever eaten! Truly! And mind you, I've tried many in my lifetime! The breakfast is hot, perfectly cooked and presented and utterly scrumptious. Highly recommend! The other items on the menu area equally delicious of course.

Amazing food! Great service! and lovely ambience with great french classics. I can highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I was there three times and tried it all. Every time it was an outstanding experience.

Wonderful al fresco dinner at Deli Boutique. The food is excellent French bistro style and the serve is impeccable. Our meal was perfectly prepared and the house wine was great. Really impressed with our evening and looking forward to returning!

This small independent french deli has remained open throughout the pandemic and has been wonderful. Erwan the owner has had the foresight to introduce fresh produce every day and takeaway food Friday and Saturday evenings. There is a patio at the rear ready for when this nightmare ends but this place is a great example of how to give your customers much more in this uniquely restrictive time. Vive la France

The best croque monsieur 👌 this place has been our lifeline during lockdown. Beautiful food all round.

Fabulous authentic French food and coffee. Even with the corona restrictions there is a lovely selection for take away or eat in. We ate in today on the bistro tables outside and was a lovely way to have lunch. The menu is a bit restricted compared to pre Covid but still highly recommended!

I love the French Deli! They have charming staff and delicious food - the freshly baked pain au chocolat is amazing as is the English Breakfast. Great value vs. other local eateries too, and the quality is certainly equal if not better. Lovely atmosphere inside and there's a garden at the back for sunnier days. I am happy here meeting friends or going alone to work.

One of my regulars when living in SW London, and definitely a place I miss having on my doorstep. The cafe feels like a genuine French cafe; amazing pastries and the homemade jam (highly recommend the jam). Excellent coffee. The sandwiches/baguettes for lunch are incredible too - homemade French bread. Highly recommend this cafe and will hopefully be back again soon!

Despite arriving clear their closing time, we still enjoyed very nice drinks and pastries. Nice and friendly atmosphere we look forward to going back to.

Great place to get breakfast or lunch from. Prices are more than reasonable and definitely in the budget for a workman in the area. However the quality is much higher than you'll expect. You won't be disappointed here!

Good, authentic french cafe, great for some hearty brunch. Recommend the breakfast baguette. Orange juice is normally good, but it has gone down hill as of late. I also preferred it when the food was on slates rather than plates (but that's just personal preference)

The place atmosphere is nice, it’s very cozy and the staff is nice. I had a full English breakfast and I loved it. In particular, I liked the bread (big plus to consider if you are French or Italian) and I can say that they used good ingredients to prepare the meal. I will definitely come back for more.
