Chez Vous in Wandsworth

Really enjoyed our meal here. I've been looking for a local Lebanese restaurant and think we've found it. All dishes were simple, not overly spiced nor too much salt, so you can taste the real produce. The portion size were good and tasted freshly made. We got the chicken liver for starters, minced meat aubergine and minced lamb kebabs. We really enjoyed this meal and glad we tried it.

Excellent all around. Particular highlights were the spinach pastry and the cheesecake desert (contains actual cheese, very different to any cheese cake I’ve had before. I had a wide variety of veg dishes which were all excellent. The wife spoke very highly of the chicken and the prawns.

Absolutely love everything about this family owned business. Definitely support them, they’re doing bits!

This is one of the best restaurants in Tooting and there are plenty of good ones. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is very pleasant and the price is excellent. Greta, the owner, is super nice, she always welcomes you with a nice smile.

had used this restaurant several times and had always found it fantastic. Unfortunately, this order was delivered more than two hours late and the Restaurant treated me like a piece of sht. they were rude and obstinate and absolutely refused to refund the money I spent on the order. I called them several times. eventually, a very grumpy delivery man Dell delivered the order. He delivered two versions of it, but both were completely cold and disgusting. He was unfriendly and hostile. I would absolutely not recommend this restaurant. They are unfriendly and difficult, and I think they are extremely difficult to deal with.

A very clean place to enjoy with family. Nice and helpful staff. Food is in a good portion and delicious.

Chez Vous serves delicious Lebanese food, the portions are more than ample, the price is good, the welcome is warm and the service excellent. We have eaten there often as it a restaurant local to us and we always enjoy it

I used to live in Tooting, so I discovered this magic place. I have since moved to West London, but still worth 80 mins journey, as I haven’t found a lebanese place in London which is even close to this gem. Try it yourself but beware, there is no way back!

Ran by a very friendly couple, brilliant food.

What a great find , really enjoyed our meal at Chez Vous , warm welcome on arrival , complimentary olives were a nice touch , shared a starter before both choosing the chicken skewers, one with rice , the other with chips , the food was excellent and the bottle of house rose wine was also a good choice , when the bill came it was very reasonable and overall we were both highly delighted with everything .

My girlfriend and I come here for date nights a lot. The food is always great and the staff are lovely. Strongly recommended!

Very good food if you like Lebanese food. ( had mixed grill, hummus, tabouleh). Don't expect Michelin even if I rated 5 stars, but the food is great. Red wine is great, White wine is so and so (seems heavy). Beirut beer was also ok.

An hour late and got a half portion of chicken and the wrong lamb kebabs

Consistently very good food, cocktails remain some of the cheapest around at £8.

Absolutely fantastic food! The Baba Ganoush is a must try - the best Lebanese food I’ve had in London.

The food is delicious and the staff are really friendly and all in all a happy, bright experience. An uplifting atmosphere and really clean restaurant. Deserves 7 stars.

It has definitely deteriorated and I've noticed this on the last several occasions. I was taking my cousin and I felt sure the similar Lebanese restaurant across the road, though rather plain in decor, would likely be better. However it doesn't do alcohol which wouldn't have bothered me but I felt he'd enjoy a drink with his meal: the Chez Vous does serve wine etc. He found his chicken not well cooked whilst I found that there was very little Lebanese about the food and I'd have done just as well going to a popular English restaurant for half the price. The restaurant used to do excellent great-value lunches until 4.00 pm which it no longer does.

Disgraceful disgusting and disgraceful again….

The food is OK, I was a little disappointed with the salad, given the price it lacked ingredients and the portion is too small. The baklava was probably bought from a local supermarket. The service was top-notch, and the staff was very polite and attentive.

Tickled me nicely in all the right places from my mouth right through the guttywutts. accordingly, I can vouch for this place. Most excellent!

Had a lovely early dinner on a Monday December evening. Super fresh food, hot mezze was delicious, mains very generous. Spices used for flavour as well as just for heat. Service was incredibly warm and friendly, we couldn't have asked for more. We're definitely going back. Amazing Lebanese food!

It's a very welcoming place. The restaurant has a rating of 5 for food hygiene. We were greeted by a lovely lady with beautiful smile. She served us complimentary olives as soon as we sat down to look at the menu. The restaurant is well kept and even the toilet is clean. We opted for the main menu: mixed grill platter and lamb shawarma. These were excellent choices and the portions were quite generous. The mix meats on the mixed grill were all expertly grilled, spiced and so tender. The delicious spicy sauce heightened the taste. The shawarma came with either chips or rice. I opted for the latter one but to my surprise it also came with flat bread to soak up the juices. The lamb was tender and juicy. We enjoyed our meal and capped it with mint tea. The tea was freshly made and we were given another complimentary sweet pudding. What a lovely way to end the day! It's highly recommended and we'll go back there again.

got a mixed grill chicken shawarma and more ahh it was so good. Got the mint tea as well and the staff are so friendly. After we payed we were saying how good it was and the lady offered to give us more for free and when my dad didnt want to she said oh what about your girls ahh she was so nice and the guy that served us was so patient with us. Highlyy recommend

Saturday lunch - had a wide selection of mezze dishes, veggie, meat and fish. All delicious and there’s nothing there that I wouldn’t order again. Lebanese wine was a great accompaniment and reasonably priced at £19 for a bottle or £13 for a carafe. Lovely, very friendly and efficient service throughout. I understand that they offer a weekday menu too at a lower price. Very impressed overall and would definitely return and recommend to all.

Friendliest service I’ve ever had. Superb falafel. Piping hot chips. Sauce was too spicy so they happily bought me out a cooler version. Really fresh zingy salads. Super reasonable prices. Beers on tap I hadn’t tried before too. Very chill vibes. Shall be back for another low key dinner soon. And takeaways.

Was booked by our son who lives in tooting, great servcie food was nice .had a really good time. place was full , lucky we booked .

My starter was supposed to be something stuffed with minced meat, and it seemed to be bits of very thin flat bread and no meat at all and a little bit of very basic salad. My companion thought that yes there was some meat inside the flat bread, but I could taste nothing and could hardly see it - you'd almost need a microscope. The shawarma I had for main was bits of lamb tasting of nothing much and chips wheras I was sure I ordered rice with it, and the chips were ordinary soggy chips anyway, not fries. No nice sauces. It was just like very basic English food and you wouldn't think you were in a Lebanese restaurant. My companion found the meat dry, and didn't think the service was good, I was okay with the service. I've found this restaurant to be of variable quality and was let down badly before on service, but the last time I was there it was good. So I won't be visiting it again.

This restaurant has moved a couple of doors down the street since our last visit about 3 years ago, but the food is still very good. Restaurant a bit quieter than I might have expected for a Saturday evening, but the service was good and the food excellent. We don't have much in the way of Lebanese restaurants where we live (Somerset), so a visit here is a real treat. Recommended

Staff are very nice, welcoming. We Had vine leaves to start and also hummus with flat bread. Absolutely delicious. For the main the lamb cutlets are so tender, with the BEST flavour. I will definitely be coming back for them just wished I’d ordered them. The lamb shawarma was not the best I’ve had but still quite tasty. Will definitely be coming back and would recommend to anyone. Very friendly environment.

This is an amazing place. Firstly, you’re greeted with Olives, it’s rare that anything is free nowadays… and free olives? by god you’re in for a treat. Secondly the standard of food. It is EXCELLENT fantastic flavours and textures to tickle all your desires. The free pita bread. Please. That is incredible. The Mojito i had was truly the best Mojito i have ever had. The free cake at the end of the meal. We spent 18£ for A cocktail, MASSIVE meal, Olives, pita bread and cake. What the HELL that is daylight robbery. Finally, the lady at the front of the shop. She is incredible, so kind and attentive. I am here and I am in heaven.

My sister and I had a lovely lunch at Chez Vous. They didn’t seem to do the wraps and lunchtime options that I think they do on week days but lots of choice on the menu otherwise. The dishes were fresh and delicious - great falafel, hummus, cheese filo pastry and the standout for me was cubed potatoes. Just amazing, bursting with flavour! The flat bread with minced lamb was a bit burnt underneath didn’t really enjoy that one but otherwise great. Service was friendly and flawless. Prices about average. I would return for a week day lunch when the wraps are available.

Rice was cold meat was warm-ish - half the dish was empty, they could of added more rice as I felt like I had to ration it out over the course of the meal

Chicken excellent , fatoush salad very good and hummus beruity superb - batatta harra not Best and salad with grill disappointing just couple mouthfuls of ice berg and slices gerkin - but over all would say very good compared to other takeaway mezza , like said chicken was perfect and humus and fatoush excellent

I ordered Felafil and Lamb minced Kebab mehswia on Christmas day. And it was amazing. Felafil were crispy, fresh and Kebabs were tasty. Worth every penny.

I go to Chez Vous often for lunch. The food is delicious and the staff great, in particular the lady who is usually there during the day time - a very lovely and welcoming person. A great restaurant with fabulous food and staff.

Fantastic experience! We were probably the first table of the night and our host was super attentive and gave us excellent service. The house wine (Lebanese blend of 9 grapes) was excellent. Food was superb, cooked to perfection and incredibly fresh. This was the best meal we had in a long time and we will be coming back again soon!

Really nice little gem in the heart of Tooting. Stumbled across this place when out with a friend. Was quiet for friday night but once inside we were made to feel very welcome. Staff and owner very attentive and friendly. Great selection of dishes to choose from. I had the Ayares for starters and chicken shish with chips. My friend had calamari which were huge and king prawns with rice. Generous portions and reasonable prices. Food was fresh and tasty. We really enjoyed our food. Would definitely recommend giving it a try.

Staying nearby, so caught the bus to the restaurant. The outside sign is a bit garish but inside all is calm with excellent service from people who actually come from the Lebanon. Typical Lebanese menu and excellent food and all reasonably priced. We booked and I guess you should - certainly at a weekend. Recommended

Un trato excelente por parte del personal del restaurante. Muy amable y atento en hacernos disfrutar de la comida típica del Líbano. La comida muy rica y platos muy abundantes. Comida excelente a un precio razonable. Incluso nos obsequió con postre típico de su país, un postre de mazapàn con coco rallado. Recomendable 100%. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

This is the best Lebanese in the area, a lovely family run restaurant with extremely tasty food and you get a mini cake for free after your mains. The prices are great and the mezzo options are full of choice. I have never been disappointed going here.

I'm a big fan of this restaurant, each time I've visited the food has been great and the staff are lovely. There is an excellent choice on the menu and you'll find it is real Lebanese food. I would definitely recommend and don't forget to bring cash.

Estábamos buscando un almuerzo en esta área y encontramos este encantador restaurante tradicional libanés. Nos saludaron con una gran sonrisa y las opciones de menú parecían buenas ya un precio razonable. Escogimos algunos platos de mezza (kibbeh, fatayer, arayes, versión halloumi de arayes) y una parrilla mixta para compartir. Para las bebidas, optamos por la limonada de menta. La comida llegó rápidamente y fresca. El kibbeh fue uno de los mejores que he probado, se puede saborear el calor de la canela y las especias, el fatayer estaba perfectamente limón y se llenó de espinacas, la carne de los arayes bellamente sazonada. La limonada menta estaba fría y no demasiado dulce (como suele ser el caso en otros lugares).El servicio fue brillante; agua constantemente rellenada, entrega puntual de alimentos y generosidad en todas las pequeñas cosas que te hacen sentir valorado (es decir, pan extra, aceitunas, etc.).¡Hemos viajado al Líbano y tenemos amigos libaneses y este es uno de los mejores! Nos sorprendió gratamente haber encontrado este restaurante y volveremos (con familiares y amigos) si queremos un éxito libanés en Londres.

We are visitors so it was a great find. Good menu, both pleased with our choices. My charcoal cooked lamb was superb and the Lebanese beer a welcome thirst quenched.

Loved the food but was irritated by the fact we were made to walk, in the rain, to cashpoint so we could pay in cash.....

Tuvimos un delicioso almuerzo de domingo, todo fresco, sabroso y saludable. Adoro la comida libanesa, siendo vegetariana estoy en el cielo con la opción que se ofrece. ¡Sabores sutiles sin chiles abrumadores que ocultan lo que hay debajo! Los jugos frescos de fruta o verdura fueron un buen toque, una decente carta de vinos y al final, con nuestra cuenta vinieron pequeños cuadrados de deliciosa tarta casera libanesa.

I went with a friend over the weekend and couldn’t fault it. The food was tasty, the service was excellent, we also got a free dessert. I would definitely recommend this place and will be visiting again next time I’m in the area.

Almuerzo tranquilo (por suerte para un sábado) con una gran selección de meze frío y caliente disponible. Entre dos de nosotros compartimos cinco platos diferentes y eso fue suficiente. El falafel era una textura encantadora con buen crujido, el hummus era fresco con pittas calientes, las habas y los paquetes de espinacas eran excelentes. Realmente lo disfruté todo y los precios eran razonables. Probé el café libanés con cardamomo, que fue el primero para mí, y fue delicioso. Bill tenía poco menos de 30 incl. El café y una cerveza. El servicio fue estupendo, tal vez porque estaba tranquilo pero era muy cálido y amable. La menor queja fue que solo era efectivo, por suerte no es un problema en el día. ¡Muy recomendable! !
