The best restaurants in Tower Hamlets London

We have enjoyed our visit. The food was overall good and we enjoyed our drinks however the service was a bit slow.

Well, I couldn’t believe it when a sugar craving hit and I thought I’d struggle to find a quiet place with unique/different sweet offerings (and not have to buy off a stall and eat in the throng of Spitalfields market) on a Saturday afternoon in the run up to Christmas but I struck it lucky with Butter believe it. It seems good things come in small packages (referring to the size of the shop rather than the portions!). Not “trendy” more emulating the quintessential English charming tea room their cakes, cake mush and cookies all looked incredible. You can even try the mush before you buy! Not being able to decide and getting their insider preferences I had a mush and a cookie so I could have half of each and take the rest away! The mush and the cake slices are well priced for the portions sizes but I think the cookie at £3.50 probably was a touch too much...but was worth it. The staff were lovely and despite it getting busier as I took my time over my goodies it still felt tranquil and nice place to escape the madness of the hoards outside!

He tenido estas un par de veces en el VCO, excelente comida. Desearía que hicieran cosas así donde vivimos. Esperando viajar a Londres pronto para probarlos de nuevo. El crepitar está tan bien hecho que está lleno de sabor. No puedo recomendar su comida lo suficiente.

Me encantan los bocadillos que tienen aquí. Es mi nuevo lugar favorito en Bethnal Green, manos abajo. Gran gusto y personal amable. Definitivamente recomiendo!

Beautiful building and attentive staff. Great to have a selection to choose from with the voucher. Food wonderfully presented and tasty. Will definitely come back

My husband booked dinner at Hawksmoor (one of our favourite branches) to celebrate something wonderful. We're never disappointed with the food at Hawksmoor, it's always delicious and cooked with love. I have to say though it was the staff who made the evening really special. They were so kind and so welcoming. Enriko in particular was an absolute darling when we told him what we were celebrating, he gave us such a kind gift to take home. It was so generous and really made us feel special - thank you so much! We cannot wait until we can come back - it really is such a lovely place.

Excellent food. Most importantly, I left my phone on the table when we left and when I had returned, the staff had kept it safe and sound- very trustworthy and nice people!! I was served by Muhit and Mahi who saved my phone and kept it safe- thanks guys!

Every time, a perfect coffee. And if that’s not your vibe, their seasonal homemade sodas are so refreshing. Food is also great. It’s hard to fault this place! Service is casual and friendly, and having no laptops at peak times ensures there’s always a spot to have your coffee, soda or lunch. Seeing other comments berating them for maintaining this seems weird. It’s a cafe, not wework.

A wonderful evening at a truly top-tier restaurant. I haven’t been to Kyiv, but I know Goodman is the gold standard for steaks and meat. We were served by a lovely lady named Rinata (if I’m not mistaken). The meat was exceptional, the glass of wine was perfect, and the truffle potatoes, asparagus, and sauces were just divine. I’ll definitely be back with my girlfriend — easily the best steak in London right now.

Popped in for a quick drink and had a raspberry sour which was excellent

Este es un gran restaurante con comida increíble. Siempre es tranquilo, presumiblemente porque está escondido. Pero honestamente, es una de las mejores comidas que he comido — muy recomendable.
