Such delicious, well made cakes and even better that they’re vegan and all natural. Also plenty of options for gluten free folk! I’ll be ordering my birthday cake from here in a few months and sending them as postal gifts to all my friends. Thank you!!

Red Koyla offers a dining experience that captures the essence of Indian cuisine with a unique twist. Nestled in the heart of town, its inviting atmosphere greets you with a delightful blend of modern design and traditional Indian decor. Soft, ambient lighting and intricate tapestries create a welcoming environment perfect for intimate dinners or casual gatherings with friends. The menu at Red Koyla is an adventurous journey through India's diverse culinary landscape. Featuring a wide range of dishes, the emphasis is clearly on flavorful, authentic recipes. The classic Chicken Tikka was a highlight, perfectly marinated and grilled to succulent perfection, ensuring each bite was a symphony of spices. Pairing it with their garlic naan creates a harmony that's hard to resist. Vegetarian options abound, with the Paneer Makhani standing out. The creamy sauce complemented the paneer beautifully, providing a rich and satisfying experience even for non-vegetarian palates. Another delightful surprise was the range of street food-inspired starters. The Pani Puri was a refreshing, tangy delight, bursting with flavors that prepared the palate for the main courses. Red Koyla’s attention to detail doesn't go unnoticed, especially in its beverage selection. The Mango Lassi was thick and luscious, a refreshing counterpart to the spices of the meal. Their creative cocktail menu, featuring a Masala Mojito, was both innovative and refreshing. Service is a top priority at Red Koyla, with attentive staff who are both knowledgeable and eager to offer recommendations. The balance struck between being attentive yet unobtrusive enhances the dining experience significantly. One area for improvement could be the dessert menu, which, while offering traditional treats like Gulab Jamun, could benefit from a few more contemporary options to match the innovation seen in their main courses. Overall, Red Koyla manages to create a memorable dining experience with its fusion of tradition and modern flair. Whether you're a fan of Indian cuisine or new to its delights, this restaurant promises a rich tapestry of flavors that captivate your senses. An evening at Red Koyla is more than just a meal; it’s a charming experience that will leave you eager to return. Regard’s Rizwan Razik Crown Jewels London Ltd.

Stopped in for a cappuccino and a pastry. Friendly staff, great coffee, lovely fresh pastries and attractive, bright decor. What’s not to like? Tempted to return at some point to try the cocktails.

Lovely cosy coffee shop with the friendliest staff. There is a nice mix of traditional English and Mediterranean food. I like the large outdoor seating (when the English weather permits) but am equally happy indoors listening to the regulars chat to the staff. It is a sign of how good a place is by the attendance of so many regulars.

Made a booking online for Saturday evening with my family, received booking confirmation through my emails. We arrived at the restaurant only to find it was closed. Not sure why I was able to make a booking for somewhere that wasn't even open. I also wasn't going to leave a review until I got sent an email asking how my experience was 🤷♀️

We had a family roast for Easter Sunday and I can honestly say we all thought it was the best roast we’ve had in a pub/restaurant. The meat was cooked beautifully, particularly the lamb, any portions we felt were too small (roast potatoes) they topped up with no issues, the roast potatoes were done to absolute perfection! It is expensive, there’s no escaping it; £16 for a couple of portions of bread, £11 for an ice cream sundae, £4 to £5 for a soft drink and £27 for the roast lamb, but we felt it was worth it and the pub both inside and out is tastefully done, and you can’t beat the river views.

Had a great experience at Zaika. The food was flavourful and well-prepared, especially the biryani. The service was prompt and attentive, making the visit even more enjoyable. Definitely worth a visit for quality Indian food.

Always excellent cakes and coffee and other excellent comestibles. Great quality and affordable prices. And next to Bushy Park for a good walk too.
