Eleana's Bistro in Richmond upon Thames

What a great idea, have an area downstairs for young children to play & eat. Great for families. The coffee, food & service were top notch too.

We went for breakfast after staying at the Foresters Arms and were delighted by the excellent eggs (scrambled for me and poached for my wife). The service was welcoming and friendly - an excellent place to visit.

Lovely atmosphere, friendly, efficient staff and a really great breakfast. Kids loved it too. Would highly recommend.

That's the second time we've visited after having a walk along Thames. This time we decided to try the French toast, and it was absolutely fantastic. Just the right amount of moistness and sweetness. Highly recommended.

10/10. Superb food, delightful staff and fabulous hospitality! We have been visiting family in Kingston for years now and so sorry we only just discovered this place. I cannot recommend enough. Fresh ingredients, Mediterranean food, gorgeous flat white. Please avoid all the chains and touristy nightmares and eat here,

Delicious lunch! Homemade, fresh and very nicely presented. Took an amazing carrot cake to go, fantastic - good coffee too! We will be back!

We stopped to get breakfast at Eleana's Bistro and the atmosphere was great, very cozy. The Egg's Benedict and French Toast was absolutely amazing and the service was great. Overall a great values, without a doubt worth it. We stopped for a to-go (ice) coffee the next day before heading into the city. Great gem just outside the city centre!

Every Saturday or Sunday we walk for miles and then stop for brunch at new places. This sweet little bistro is by far the best restaurant my husband and I have encountered so far. I ordered a veg breakfast and he had the full breakfast. The food looked great but it tasted even more delicious than I imagined. It was truly a taste explosion. We will definitely be back and I can’t wait to try different things on the menu. The staff were lovely and the decor is cute too.

Eleana’s Bistro is our favorite local restaurant - we always feel welcomed, comfortable and enjoy delicious wholesome food. We love to take friends here. A true local gem!

Breakfast ..Had a couple of Bacon sandwiches and coffees which were OK ..They however took forever to come despite the cafe being completely empty .Overly high prices ..plus 12.% service added to boot..

Eleana’s Bistro is an exceptional restaurant serving modern European food. The decor transfers perfectly from day to night, making it fantastic for a leisurely brunch or evening dining. It’s the one of best restaurants in the Richmond borough area, easily competing with other local fine dining options. The menu is a combination of mains and small plates, all of which have been delicious. My favourites are the tuna carpaccio and the sea bass ceviche. The cocktails are also fantastic. It’s an original list with creative takes on some classics. What makes Eleana’s so special is the people behind it. Kate and George make this independent restaurant the place it is and keep people coming back as soon as they discover it.

An amazing environment, a beautifully decorated restaurant that welcomes you together with friendly Katerina who introduced herself to us in this family run restaurant. The food was incredible, took extra portions away to eat at home! Very excited that this is in the neighbourhood, they've surely won me over as a regular!

Having walked around Kingston upon Thames and found multiple chain restaurants, I crossed the bridge and explored this restaurant having seen it on TripAdvisor. Highlights Include: - The service was friendly and with a genuine smile. - Smoothies are wonderful and varied. Having taken the recommendation of the waitress, it was the perfect suggestion. - The spinach parcel starter was very nice and clearly homemade, as opposed to some places where starters are ordered in. - The aubergine main was lovely and would be suitable for vegetarians, though I am not one! Thank you for your hospitality and attention to detail!

Had a fab breakfast here today, beautifully cooked and presented. Something for everyone and service with a smile. What more could you want?

Fresh, very tasty food - lovely friendly service - fab pastry and coffee. A local treat for us here in Hampton Wick - we’ll be back and well worth a visit.

A Hampton Wick gem, well worth the short hop across the bridge from Kingston. Serving delicious Greek/Mediterranean food, whatever you’re in the mood for: breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, snacks, tasting boards, or just a coffee (I haven’t tried the sandwiches, cakes or juices yet, but bet they’re also delicious). Great coffee and wine too. Fresh, quality ingredients, and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Just by the entrances to Home and Bushy Parks, so great for a pre or post-walk treat (and it’s dog-friendly). Love it!

At the last minute we found this little gem for an impromptu dinner. How wonderful! Kate gave us a very warm welcome, made great recommendations and help me with a great vegan option. My husband enjoyed calamari to start and steak tartare to follow, all...

We've had a couple of meals at Eleana’s recently - dinner and brunch - and both were excellent. Everything we ordered was delicious, nothing was too much trouble and great value too for the quality. A fabulous place, can’t recommend highly enough!

Great food and service. We have consistently had great coffee and brunch here but then popped in for dinner on Friday night and the food was amazing . Highly recommend. Dog friendly too!

After an early morning walk Easter Sunday,with the family, through Bushy Park we found Eleanor’s Bistro open & welcoming. The breakfasts we ordered were all fantastic. Eggs Florentine on sour dough, full English( with amazing baked beans) etc….Orange,Carrot & ginger smoothie aka Phoebe’s was amazing....

Visited a few times now for breakfast which is fantastic. Staff very friendly and George’s homemade beans are delicious.

Nice, cosy, friendly and family style restaurant. Kate and George are serving such an amazing food, as well as a nice choice of wines and cocktails. Pop in for brunch or Sunday roast during weekend, and you won't be disappointed!

We had heard about this new restaurant opening recently, and decided to try it out. We were welcomed warmly by Kate, who owns the restaurant with her husband and chef George. We had the duck main with kumquat, and the sea bass and squid starters....

We had a great meal at Eleana’s. Great choice on the menu, superb food and attentive service. We will certainly visit again.
