Cheaters on the till, charged extra money to pay, when asked and mentioned it made very bad extra salty pizza. Bad pizza and extremely rude person on till.

Nothing wrong with the food itself but the justeat delivery driver was extremely lazy and rude. He asked me to come outside from my fifth floor flat, which I refused. He said that I was rude. I said that if he didn't want to deliver my order to my flat, I would simply cancel it. Eventually he did deliver my food, but I said that I wouldn't tip him as the service didn't warrant it. Time to get back their own drivers rather than use the likes of justeat.

Great food, great service but every time i want to order at reasonable advertised times they turn off the delivery tablet so i can not order. Thats so direspectful to loyal customets they do not care about. I know you are open before 1am its midnight but you can not order. I work in fast food 24 hours store. You should never turn off your delivery. I am happy to wait if you are advertised as open I think i can order. If you close i am never going to order again. You should not either. Its such a shame they treat us like this because when i can order i can get good service If you need to verify my order its always create your own peperoni, bacon, ham, mushroom and a garlic bread sharer

I’ve been today at 14:30 at this brunch in Kingston, the man at the counter I asked him kindly to make my pizza half with peperoni and the other half with ham to add it at the end he rudely answered me that he won’t do that even so I had it many times in that brunch. Please manager do something with your staff! Customer service is a MUST

Pizza toppings missing, pizza super greasy and oily. Quality has dropped significantly. This place is a joke. Customer service is awful and the owner / workers don't understand customer loyalty. Shame as this was a good pizza place when it first opened.

Disappointing do not order delivery took an hour and 15 minutes! The pizza is stone cold and the chicken wings are soggy and cold.

Friendly staff, can walk in, order a pizza easily and either wait inside or stand outside, never takes more than 15 minutes depending on how busy they are Only a tenner for a large pickup order

Watery pizza & at the back of the pizza there was a lot black things like metal pizza pan chip they need to change the pan of the pizza, it might cause serious illness,

It's the first and last time I order food from this company. I was waiting almost 1 hour for my food, I called just to see how my order was. I was received very rudely by the attendant, ignoring me and not knowing what he was talking about. He said that my order was on its way, then I was going to say how long the delivery took and he hung up on me It happened: 17/10/2022 at 16:45

Ordered a pizza at 15.50 and it turned up at 18.04 and was stone cold and had a hair on it ... when I phoned the shop to complain the staff was incredibly rude and in not so many words said nothing I can do about it and get on with it. I will never use this pizza company again. Furthermore, i emailed customer support 3 times and not even got a reply . They've just ignored it.

The food/ pizza was very bad cooked and to much oil , the oil was dripping from the pizza and it tasted very bad. really disappointed!

I’ve frequently visited and had delivered pizza from this venue for years. I have found the staff professional and proactive in delivering the pizza I’ve ordered on time. When I look at the kitchen, it provides me with reassurance that there will not be any hygiene issues as other restaurants that look worse for wear. Which is why I have no problem with them delivering to me. The pizza itself is clear cut, tidy and tasty. When I observe the layout. After all these years I appear to get the same distinct look of their pizza with every order. I do not ever see a mistake or any cheese or topping out of place. So they are very consistent. My preferential view is they are the best when it comes to the cheese and tomato order in the local area. This is complimented well with fresh tomato, mushrooms and their hotdog. Although for me I would like it if their other toppings had a bit more flavour and spice. Their side orders like wedges are nice and you get plenty in the box. Far more than other pizza places in the area. The curly fries say they use seasonal coating, but I would like for them to have a more peri peri kick. Nonetheless, it’s my go to pizza place at the moment. And I have no problem recommending this place to others.

Horrible rude customer service! On way back home I kept trying the number several times around 12:15am but no body answered, still tried to order in person as I reached the shop anyway around 12:45am and the big guy with the tiny pony tail rudely said CLOOOOOSED. So why’d you advertise your closing times as 1am in a Wednesday night.. RIDICULOUS SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!

Collected pizza twice times from this establishment, first time on a extra large pizza there was hardly any topping/s (I ordered a pizza with three toppings, pepperoni, peppers and sausage) as it was cheap I ordered again and told them on the phone regarding my issue before collection, upon collection, I believe it was the owner or leaser of the Gogo Hampton who I might add couldn’t even speak English properly asked my ethnicity and stated that I was lying due to my ethnicity, even though I showed him the pizza right there and then and even pictures and videos , (In conclusion pizza is below average, staff/manager (I’m not sure as he was wearing a old dirty gogo jumper). And very rich where someone who can barely speak English and has such a potent accent criticise someone’s enthnecity because they got caught cheating/stealing from the public!

So disappointing, ordered at 00:28 on Saturday 26/2/22 expecting a delivery within the hour. 1 hr 40 mins later no sign of my order. Tried to contact the restaurant several times for an update and no answer on the phone line and no other way of contacting. Last time I will be using you guys.

Seriously impressed. So many times when ordering on just eat the delivery time is ignored. However, when I accidently put an order in for after the restaurant closed they called me personally to double check and we were able to re arrange! Due to my own stupidity I would have missed out on a fantastic pizza! Never had this level of service from a just eat affiliated take away before. Food is great as well! Highly recommend!

Worst customer service ever. I asked for a large Pizza, the person charged me £16 something. I asked ok tell me minimum order for free delivery and then I have been handed to three different people and then last guy said, we are not taking your order and hung up the phone on me. Always had trouble with Hampton branch, difficult to talk to someone. Pizza go go Sheen branch is the best and specially specific request of making crispy. Pizza gogo focus on Hampton. Taking you down.

Amazing pizza and quick food. The food is cooked to an exemplary standard and there aren't any cuts done pertaining to hygiene and safety. As a regular customer and ex-employee I can guarantee that the foods found here are amazing value for price and that the hygiene of the kitchen is to a high standard. Would definitely recommend this pizzeria to everyone.

I called the restaurant to order and politely asked about what side orders do they have, they got mad and told me to go to their website if I do not know about their restaurant. I hang up so the call would not go ruder than this. Bad attitude from the staff.

We popped in for a quick lunch but were ignored by the staff as the manager seemed to be on his back the whole time. When we were eventually served, the manager kept taking the staff away from the order asking him to do other tasks. So, it took a long time for our pizza to go in the oven. Once it was done, it was a passable pizza, but we had to eat rushing down the road back to work. Not ideal.

Ordered a pizza for delivery that was supposed to include a desert but they had "run out" of deserts! I complained and was told I will get a free one next time....won't be using them again!

My whole flat was woken up at 11pm on a Sunday night to a hammering on my front door. I answered to be shouted at by one of the Pizza GoGo drivers saying I owed money for pizza. I told him he had the wrong door and to please stop shouting. He didn't so I closed the door and rang the branch up. They told me the same thing, that I owe them money. My father-in-law was staying who has dementia and alzheimer's, so it freaked him out bad. The next day I went and spoke to the manager who said that they had got their wires crossed - a neighbour close by had got drunk and didn't have any cash for his pizza, the driver had gone back to get the card machine and when he returned the dude had disappeared with the pizza. They thought he lived in my flat, and when I answered he thought it was me. There was not a single apology, just a shrug from the manager who said it was just one of those things. Awesome. An apology would have made me see the funny side. Instead you've earned yourselves a big fat 1* review. YES! Sticking it to the man! Absolute bunch of tubes. Pizza GoGo, just Gogo & get out of my face.

i ordered a large stuffed crust please with extra chicken pizza didn't have any chicken and hardly any cheese. don't ever order from here and i called to make a complain and he was really rude to me really really bad service !

I think the delivery drivers are the hard work people in the shop because they deliver in to my house 5 mile away from the shop respect the drivers thank you.

Once and only once will I make that mistake Greasy Cheese has little taste Next morning it came out faster it went in the oven. I wouldn't recommend Especially since Domino and papa John are open till late in town centre.
