London Kebabs (Free Delivery Fees) in Richmond upon Thames

If I could sum it up in one word… BLAND. Second time trying this place, this time a few more pints than the last but still absolutely bland. The chicken nuggets and chips last time tasted like cardboard. This time the chicken doner wrap was flavourless, salad not nice. The only bit of flavour was the exceptionally hot chilli sauce that’s has burnt my tongue for the last 20 minutes and still is. Unless you’ve had a ridiculous amount of pints and have no other choice because everywhere else is sis shut I’d avoid this place.

Nice local kebab, friendly service, tasty food.

Love this place for a quick lunch or a filling dinner. You can takeaway or sit and eat, and the kebabs are cooked fresh for order and are perfectly seasoned. With the salad and sauce, it’s a perfect meal for a great price!

Avoid on game days. Tried over charging a “drunk” customer. Food was leaking oil. Staff was really rude

Wasn’t exactly friendly, took 35 mins to get my food ( i ordered in shop ) even though it was empty. I asked for onions on my kebab and this is how i was served! .. also the food was freezing cold no idea how

I’ve visited this place several times, and it never disappoints! The food is incredibly delicious, the ambiance is welcoming, and the quality is exceptional. The portion sizes are also much better than most kebab shops. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu—Lamb Doner, Chicken Doner, Lamb and Chicken Shish, Lamb Kofta—and every dish has been fantastic. I noticed some negative reviews online, so I spoke to the owner about them. He explained that he took over the shop about a year ago, and many of the older reviews reflect the previous owner’s management and staff. Since then, the shop has undergone significant improvements—it’s now spotlessly clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend everyone visit this place at least once! You won’t regret it.

After reading quite a few of the negative reviews, I was apprehensive about trying london Kebabs but a friend convinced me otherwise (thankfully!) I was delighted by the quality of the different foods and especially impressed by the vegetarian options available. I had tried the falafel wrap and have the say it was one of the nicest wraps I have had to date (actually better than the ones I've had from turkey). To top it off, the staff are very polite and before even writing this review I've made 4 repeat trips back to this little gem.

It’s a small shop. It doesn’t have the flashy decor of GDK nearby but the ingredients are fresh and overall the food is excellent for a take away. This was one of the first kebab shops that I could eat at without having had a skinful first. I occasionally return for a treat to myself and the shish did not disappoint. The owner too is friendly and I reckon he should start selling merch 😁

Small little restaurant, with nice portions of meat (lamb and chicken shish) cooked fresh to order. Limited seating and reasonable prices.

Go here quite a lot but found a hair in my food and was once harassed and aggressively threatened by a group of men late at night and owners did nothing, just thought they could’ve at least kicked them out or stepped up as I felt very unsafe

The food here is amazing. I go here multiple times a week. Especially If I have had a bad day. The staff are very talkative if that's what you're looking for but can also read the room if you want to wait for your food in silence. Normally mayo is kinda boring but their house made mayo is great! There food also is actually spicy. If you have a low spice tolerance they also have non spicy options.

They dont even try to get the salad or sauce in the bread, very expensive for what it is, and meat isn't freshly sliced off kebab its sitting in a metal tray for who knows how long. Meat is stale and overly salty

Mate! Only had a fiver and was able to get a lunch time special, chicken, lamb donner with chips. Was so happy tasty and good size for a small you can get a large for £2 pounds More. Worth it coming again the guys are so nice.

Shut an hour earlier than they advertised

It is an absolute disgrace in there. The food was awful. The staff was dirty and there was flies everywhere. The shop should be shut down immediately.

I regret to write this review, but I feel it is my responsibility to inform others about my recent experience at London Kebabs (17 London Road, TW1 3SX). Last night, I had one of the worst nights of my life due to severe food poisoning after eating a lamb doner kebab from this establishment. I want to make sure no one else goes through the same ordeal. The lamb doner kebab I consumed was the cause of my misery. Within 10 hours of eating the meal, I began to experience nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, and debilitating stomach cramps. The severity of these symptoms left me incapacitated and in immense pain. Although the kebab shop's atmosphere seemed average, and the staff were polite, it is clear that there is a significant problem with food safety and hygiene. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is for London Kebabs to address these issues immediately. Food poisoning is a grave concern and can pose serious health risks. I strongly urge potential customers to consider dining elsewhere until London Kebabs takes the necessary steps to ensure the safety and well-being of their patrons. In the meantime, I have reported this incident to Food and Safety UK for further investigation. I hope that my experience serves as a warning to others, and that London Kebabs will take swift action to improve their food safety standards.

I regularly visit here and have tried multiple items on the menu and the food has always been superb, the doner (both chicken and lamb) is my favourite at the moment but everything tastes great and I can't fault the service either

Excellent decision, ***** fives stars What actually brought us here over our own regular shop was the selection of sauces to serve with our food choice.. other than the Super Speedy Service we got , The Smashing tasty food which was well packaged and food Temperature perfect , value for money was exceptional , An absolute must try!!! The only reason it gets 1 star is that I can't give it minus stars! Just had, allegedly, a mixed kebab and chips. To say it was dry is the biggest understatement ever! The only thing making it slightly moist was the grease. It was cold, the staff tried over charging then didn't even put the kebab on a pitta. I will eat almost anything but somethings are beyond edible and this is one of them. And nearly £10 for the privilege. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!

London kebab is a great place 👌 the food was excellent and all I could ask for after a night out. Their portions are MASSIVE and when I asked them to cut the meat fresh from the rotating wheel they did so with no problems 😊... They made me feel very welcome and didn't charge me for requesting for my sauce and salad separately. In my experience other places charge you more for this request and they obliged with no problems... Also their chilli sauce was home made and not from a bottle. Welldone guys and I will definitely be back. thx again

An unassuming local kebab place tucked away in Twickenham, London Kebabs has all that you expect from your regular take out joint, from sliced Doner meat, to burgers and nuggets. I went there one night after having several drinks and having this overwhelming need for chips with burger sauce and was pleasantly surprised by the prices and selection. Ended up ordering the half pounder meal which has now become a weekly love affair. The owners are lovely, often swamped by drunken patrons who seemed to have forgotten their volume dial at home, they’re always fast and on point. If you’re getting those cravings for someone quick, tasty and gluttonous, don’t hesitate. I recommend the previously mentioned half(or quarter) pounder meal, the Chicken shish and the meat and chips. Also, it’s not advertised, but they have a “Special Burger” and it’s wild. They deliver on all platforms.

Avoid at all cost, save your body from getting ill... I had a kebab from this "establishment" many many years ago and felt wrong for a few days! Pre warning I am sure they cook meat from the floor

My friend Spent £4 on these, took on average 30 minutes, cheese wasn’t even melted. As a result we melted the cheese with a lighter in a local park. I understand that hospitality can be hard but do better. Chips were okay though. Update: Everyone who at these were sick a few hours later, disappointing honestly

Save up your money . !! We ordered meet Doner at the restaurant and it was a disaster . Hospitality and professionalism is very poor and not at all pleasing . Nothing much to say . !!

Food quality was good but, at £9 for a chicken shish with a very small salad and bread, was a rip off. First time I’ve been in there sober and, not surprisingly, it won’t be repeated!!

Amazing kebab ! I ordered lamb one and it was delicious 😋, is only 6,50£ and comes with salad , the small one is huge! , I ate half and could not eat the entire one is so big! And so much meat! I love it 😍

Don't know what was wrong with the place today, I've used them regularly..27th march 6pm. The place looked unclean and untidy. Eventually someone appeared from behind...ordered a large lamb doner...cold and unpleasant. Sadly probably the last time I'll use them.

Mediocre food. Chicken sharwarma is very chewy and bearly eatable. Shop deco is very old fashioned with ripped stools.

Food is absolutely terrible here! DONT GET A TAKEAWAY. CHICKEN WAS PINK AND UNCOOKED. Burger was smashed up, garlic bread was burnt. Stay away!!

First I will start with the price. £6.50 for a large (on the menu) but I was actually charged £7.00. When I queried this with the worker, they said they are charging extra for salad! But I didn’t even ask for it in the first place. Worker had bad attitude and was rude, I think they are just making an excuse for overcharging because I’ve seen other people complaining about this too. Now onto the food. I ordred doner meat and chips. Mix of lamb and chicken doner. Big portion served, generous amount of meat. But I noticed it was mostly lamb (maybe 70%) and 30% chicken. I was expecting 50/50. Also the meat was lukewarm which was disappointing. No salt or seasoning on the chips. Although the chips soaked up the juices of the kebab perfectly, which balanced the taste. Chilli and garlic sauce was tasty, and just the right amount. Not too much or too little. Good flavour to it. Overall I can give it 3/5 This place is just about average, definitely room for improvement. And most importantly THE PRICE LISTED SHOULD BE THE PRICE YOU PAY!

Got a small Donner wrap. £5.50. Very large, great portion size. Wonder what size a large would be! Staff friendly. Meat was quite nice, salad was poor. Not fresh. Overall better than other kebab shops in the area.

Sadly tonight our order was not very good, usually enjoy their food but tonight it was hard dry chicken for the shish and doner not good either.

Good option for late night food

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Food arrived freezing cold and inedible. Owner of the restaurant rings me to tell me that I’m a liar and that I just wanted free food. They also refused to give me a refund. They then decided to call me a C*** down the phone, and then hung up on me. Worst service I have ever experienced.

Until yesterday I'd recommend these guys - decent sized portions, tasty doner kebabs, and friendly, polite staff but I got delivered a lamb shish and some chips from them last night and it made me severely ill. I won't be going back.

Very nice food but a couple staff are very very rude, no manners at all. Im a regular customer and every time i come there is at least 1 member of staff that is rude. Tonight i came in with a friend and we got kebab meat and chips meal and he didnt give either of us a drink. This is the 3rd time its happend when we have ordered full meals (we dont usually order meals) and every time ive left i remembered i didnt get my drink. I would go back the next day and the staff would act like they dont remember, they would treat me like they have never seen me before. Ive had enough of this place and wont be returning ever

Waited over 2hrs the driver to arrive and when I called the branch they was not very helpful. When the order arrived it was the the wrong thing. Then they turned off there phone and was unable to contact them. Went to London kebabs and got a full refund.

Ordered on hungry house. Called multiple times waiting over 4 hours for food only for them to switch there phone off making it impossible to contact them. Absolute joke
