Excellent tasty food. They are one of the best in my opinion!

I have ordered my pizza at 8:07pm on their website and it said it should arrive at 8:52pm which was not the case i had to call them and ask them what happened to my order and my pizza the guy that picked up said that they will be here in 5/6 min which was fine with me. After waiting more tine i had called again and asked for the second time and i said that they should not advertise 45 min delivery when is not the case and the guy on the phone said that the driver had to do another deli very and that it depends on trafic as well. Know very well that at 6pm when is the most traffic it take roughly 20 min by bus to get to Sutton from Morden. So at 8/9 pm there is no traffic or not as much. I said that i do not what a cold pizza and they assured me that the pizza won’t to cold. When the pizza finally arrived at 9:27pm (1h 20 min later) It was called!!!! When i called to complain they said that they will call me back once the boss arrives!

When I went here with my friends the lady who took our order forgot to send it to the kitchen. So my friends and I were sitting like lemons waiting for our food for nearly half an hour before this came to light.

It's a shame because I've been ordering from here for 12 years and today they totally screwed up! I called to order and they didn't even know what I was talking about. Then they offered a callback which was pointless. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes for my food to turn up and they charged me £3.30 on top of the actual menu price. Appalling service. 12 years of loyalty down the drain! They didn't even offer a discount. Money grabbers! Do not order any food from here!

Pepe's is the regular go to for me. Met a friend here for dinner as we often do. Upgraded my fries to wedges, and it was great. Lovely mango and lime flavour half chicken with a drink. You do have to wait for your order but that is how you know it is cooked there and then. The sauce included, garlic mayo based, is lovely. Highly recommend this place.

Rude customer service and lied about my order never ordering from here again disgusting food aswell

I order from uber. Test very bad . So dry not cheese at all. I hate it.

Staff are lovely and place seemed great but not sure how a business such as KFC refuses Amex in 2024.. staff are lovely but could not get a meal with my only card.
