The best restaurants in Ravensbury Merton London

I gave this place a 2nd chance after they messed up my order and delivered the wrong items previously. I really love caribbean food and this food seemed OK but the owner rang me up shouting that I'd taken the wrong order and was quite rude - it was delivered by Deliveroo so I had no choice but to accept it and it was lunch time, so I was restricted for time. The 2nd time I ordered a few months later, the correct food arrived and seemed ok but that night I suffered the worst illness ever. Diarrhea, vomiting etc. I hadn't eaten anything else other than this food, so it could only have been down to the food from this establishment. The doctor told me it looked like food poisoning, possibly ecoli bacterial. I definitely do not recommend this restaurant!

Poor customer service. Even we ordered on call and reached on there given time for collection but pizazz were not ready and we wait long time.

When I went here with my friends the lady who took our order forgot to send it to the kitchen. So my friends and I were sitting like lemons waiting for our food for nearly half an hour before this came to light.

It's a shame because I've been ordering from here for 12 years and today they totally screwed up! I called to order and they didn't even know what I was talking about. Then they offered a callback which was pointless. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes for my food to turn up and they charged me £3.30 on top of the actual menu price. Appalling service. 12 years of loyalty down the drain! They didn't even offer a discount. Money grabbers! Do not order any food from here!

Pepe's is the regular go to for me. Met a friend here for dinner as we often do. Upgraded my fries to wedges, and it was great. Lovely mango and lime flavour half chicken with a drink. You do have to wait for your order but that is how you know it is cooked there and then. The sauce included, garlic mayo based, is lovely. Highly recommend this place.

Rude customer service and lied about my order never ordering from here again disgusting food aswell

I order from uber. Test very bad . So dry not cheese at all. I hate it.

Staff are lovely and place seemed great but not sure how a business such as KFC refuses Amex in 2024.. staff are lovely but could not get a meal with my only card.
