OMG wish I'd visited the toilets before ordering, if that's what their customer areas are like I'd hate to see their kitchens. Gents was filthy with excrement on side of toilet the floor wet with a mixture of water & urine. No toilet paper, no soap & Hand dryer not working. Paper and rubbish on floor, tables were filthy & food returned because they got our order wrong. Left most of it as un edible & went elsewhere. I'm not sure how this place has not been closed down by EHO ! One question asked: 'what would I recommend'? I'd recommend avoiding this place like the plague, which i fairly sure you could catch here.

Took takeway zinger burger meals, the fries were stale probably seen an indian an thought it wouldn’t be an issue to give old fries though the girl at counter was Indian. Wasted 14 pounds!!

(updated: dec 24) the food is always perfectly prepared, added with top-notch customer acquisition. Defo one of the best KFCs in London. And my all-time favorite, the Aero ice creams from Sabrina. She knows the perfect way to sculpt it out. Btw, dont believe the negative reviews: most of the locals here are from working age group, hence majority tend to stress them a bit.

It's the best KFC in town. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The team leader Arham is the best person and face representing the store. Always ready on the front for helping us and treating us with full heart. Recommended and will visit again.

Wings are cold not really enjoyed because it's cold already. I am a patient so want to have some food in hospital but unlucky.

Ordered a bucket of fresh hot wings. Waited 20+ mins with no where to sit, and the customer (who ordered 10 mins after me) got theirs first with extra fries. What logic is that?! I’m grateful, but the customer wasn’t even appreciative at all. It was evident they know I ordered way before the other customer. Disappointed and frustrated on this experience. Sometimes when I go during daytime, they request you to use the kiosks, but did you know there is a system fault with the kiosks in the case where it won’t recognise the QR code so I can’t play the reward game? That is the reason why I have to go to the counter, but for some reason they’re “too busy” and they don’t take orders from there.

Dreadful experience. Without a doubt the worst Kentucky Fried Chicken meal I have ever had. I ordered a large boneless meal for one with four mini fillets and a large pot of gravy. When I got to the canteen at work to eat my food, I discovered I only had three mini fillets, my drink was a regular size and the chips were greasy, soggy and cold. As for the gravy it had been diluted that much it was utterly tasteless and resembled something quite unpleasant. The young woman who served me seemed more preoccupied with chatting about the rings on my fingers than getting my order right.

Chicken was overcooked and dry. I complained and was told that it was cooked to the standards of KFC and that I was just trying to get a refund for mo reason. Plus no gravy.

Sometimes I get drawn in by the bright red sign after leaving Morden station but I always regret it from the terrible customer service to the ensuing food poisoning symptoms 🫤

Bought 8 pieces of chicken hoping to be a variety of pieces. They gave me 4tiny breast, 4 side breast and one drumstick or leg. When I got home I was disappointed. Just because you don't open the bag to check in the store they abuse this a give you what they like. So upsetting won't be coming back to KFC London Road opposite Morden Station.

Food is always soo dry, especially the burgers. The chicken seems like it's been sitting out for a long time. Ayesha is the only person who provides a good service with a smile.

One of the best kfc experiences I’ve had. The staff were really friendly and the food was quick and delicious.

Extremely disappointed. I know it was 10:30 Tuesday and it closes at 11 but the staff gave us the food that was cold. They just served the chips and stuff that was left over trying to get rid of it. What’s the point of eating fried items that are cold? Better not to serve than giving cold burgers, wraps or chips.

The most of the time, the restaurant's seating area is unclean and the service is mediocre. The only halal KFC in my area is this one. The squad has to be more structured, in my opinion.

Very rude staff! I don’t know why most KFC chains are like this. Only leaving this bad review as this is the second time it has happened. They accepted my eating order only to tell me I could not eat inside. I had to eat outside and it was raining! In another occasion, they started pulling all the chairs while I was still eating with no warning. Not coming back! I’m sure the management knows about as there are many similar reviews. Regards.

Popped in and got chicken and chips. Nice and hot. Very quiet in there. Polite staff.

Most of the time cold and usually something missing. Today I did not get a snack box in my order, last time I get rice box without rice!!!

It was VERY UNHAPPY experience with what happened today. They accepted our order at 8:45!!! and tell us to leave at 9:00pm!! Then a lady started cleaning while we were eating there. I have no idea whether it was dirts from the floor or the food that I ate at that time. The lady put the dirty stuffs on the table while we were eating. We told her that we just ordered the food, and it was them who should’ve told us their hall closing time. We never heard them saying sorry. This is the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!

This shop does not open on time 1100am on Saturdays but they closes earlier than the closing time.Management to update your opening time posted in your door!waste of time to wait outside!
