A decent pizza place. I love there deep dish pepperoni as it's the best around locally. Definitely beats the others on the high street.

Verona Pizza was beyond awful—easily one of the worst pizza places I’ve been to in South London. The customer service? Absolute garbage. It was like talking to a tree—cold, robotic, and utterly useless. The pizza was shockingly bad, one of the lowest qualities you could imagine—barely any toppings, stale base, and zero flavor. And what was this? Garlic sauce was treated like some rare luxury, and they had the nerve to charge extra for it. They seemed to cater nicely to their regular Pakistani Uber customers, but for everyone else? It’s a disaster. They don’t even give you change and are constantly trying to push cash payments. The whole place was filthy too, with dirty tables and zero care. Honestly, what a horrible experience—avoid this place at all costs!

The pizza I order I 8 pm o'clock .. should arrive at at 8:50 pm ! It arrived at 9:20 pm totally cold ! That a shame ! I never will order again in this shop!

Ordered pizza s it was not the same Quality so i went to shop to see the owner that i knew but one guy there asked me what seems to be the problem so i explained that i been a loyal customer for 7 yrs and the quality is not the same hardly any toppings and this was his answer this is the quality now am the new owner well ? good on you stuff your pizzas up your ... and hope you close soon with such rude and arrogant attitude

I had a very disappointing experiences with this place. I ordered a pizza, which was delayed by an hour. They mixed up the ingredients and the Pizza tasted off. I decided to give them another chance, due to the decent review but it was another disaster. The delivery was delayed again, so I requested a cancellation, which they accepted and did not deliver. However, the next day, they rejected my refund request... I will never order from them again!

Staff were very nice to us when we were drunk and they were very patient, pizza was delicious and the price was very fair. Thanks

Went here with a friend for lunch and we both had chicken ceaser. Requested more dressing as it was very dry. We were brought a watered down awful dressing. When we asked what this was, the waitress advised, the chef didn’t have any so had to water it down. She was then extremely rude and the service was awful. Would not recommend this restaurant, service, food does not deserve 1 star.

28 Abbotsbury Rd, Morden SM4 5LQ. There's many restaurants under just eat that have the same address. I ordered from "Out fry by taster" at 9:32. Came to 23:00 and the status of it was "finding a delivery driver", which it had been at for the last hour and a half. No contact details, nothing. My dad phoned up here, and it turns out it's this place operating under different businesses. The worker on the end of the phone was really defiant, saying that we have to cancel our order (if we did, it will end up with us not getting our money back). Wanted to speak to a manager, but apparently there wasn't one there (however the worker spoke to one during the phone call) ???? Really poor managing/organisation skills and customer service. We're £30 down now, and my mum and I have gone hungry. Would have given this a zero, but I can't. I'm really disappointed!! DON"T ORDER FROM HERE

The Manager was diligent and had a profound sense of dealing with the customers. Pizza as usual tasted well, unlike Dominos having boiled chicken given the name of tandoori chicken. Much appreciated 👍

We have ordered pizza twice now from here, and both times it has been delicious. Our orders were exactly right, delivery was really fast, and it was steaming hot. There were plenty of toppings and the tomato sauce was yummy. We will be coming back for more - beats the well known local competitor.

I ordered pizza today on their website but, my address is not coming because, of a fault on their website.I spoke to a lady and told her my correct address. I received a phone call from another person who is working there was incredibly arrogant. He spoke rudely saying, next time I should check my address before I placed my order. I explained to him saying that I spoke to the lady and gave my correct address but, he wasn't listening to me and spoke very rudely. I told him to cancel my order but, he didn't care about it. I used to order always from this place despite having average tasting pizza. Poor customer service and rude people.

Worst customer experience. Ordered a pizza online, clearly mentioned not to ring the bell as it was very late evening and kids ware sleeping 😴...driver was late 15min and RANG the bell.... of course I made a fuss about..the driver start shouting at me as it was my fault..my daughter wake up.......

Their customer service was absolutely terrible, they go my pizza so wrong I asked for mushroom and bell pepper and they gave me PLAIN CHEESE AND PEPPERONI ! I specifically said no meat because I am VEGETARIAN. They added so much meat just to annoy me .They said that if I am not gonna be grateful they will beat me up, I said “okay? And I’ll call the police” and they said “we are from Afganistan, we know how to kill u”. I was genuinely petrified and I was ringing the police and they SMASHED MY PHONE. They also made fun of my disabled brother. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Cheap but very tasty food, great value for money!

Ordered a pizza meal deal for 20 quid. I got a large pizza, garlic bread, chicken wings and a bottle of drink. The food was great, really tasty. They forgot my drink on delivery said I can pay £3 less or they would send someone back out with it. I said I would prefer the drink..... Turns up less than 5mins later with an ice cold bottle of 7up!! 10/10

Ordered a milkshake. Was full of bits of ice and not creamy at all. Every mouthful was just crunchy.

Once again I got a pizza that did not match my order. The first time, after a short argument, I gave up, but the second time is too much. I lost £ 15 again and once again my pizza ended up in the trash can. I don't recommend this place, the service is terrible. If you order a pizza there, check the contents immediately after receiving it. But it won't do anything anyway because the staff never admits to being wrong.

The pizza came a bit cold i ignored it, when i started to eat the pizza there was onions inside so i called him up and told him how i mentioned clearly no onions whatsoever he asked me to bring it back so i travelled all the way back to give him the pizza.Once i got there i showed him the onions inside he was rude and disrespectful.He did not accept his mistakes and said , '' there is only a little bit of onions it doesnt matter'' . I then said to him that he is not accepting his mistake and that the quantity of onions is not the issue wether there is 1 or 10 i asked for 0 and i made it very clear. He then got extremely aggressive and swore at me. I highly suggest if you are looking for good quality pizza do not go to verona pizza as he will get your order wrong and not accept his mistakes. Extremely bad and disrespectful customer service ordered a pizza with a friend strictly mentioned no onions whatsoever, pizza arrived late , there was onions inside so i called up to say that he had made the wrong order as i made it clear no ONIONS he said to bring it back and he will replace it so i did. Once i got there he was extremely rude and did not accept his mistakes. The cheesy fries are awesome, not the average ones! They run them through the oven, they are crispy and delicious! The Mega Burger - I added an extra quarter pounder patty - is incredible! Way better and tastier than the pretentious and over priced burger houses in the area,! And the pizza, always pepperoni thin crust, always excellent! Keep the good job, guys!

If i could I would give 0 stars. Before ordering my pizza I saw someone come to the shop and complain about their pizza which he said I asked you to no put any onions and green chillies in the pizza. Instead of them been sorry they were very rude and willing to fight and swear at the customer.

Pizza arrived moldy with blue bottle fly eggs on it. Called the manager and he proceeded to say I was lieing, extremely bad customer service with bad hygiene. I will be calling environmental health to sort this out.

Absolutely shocking experience. I ordered a pizza and after eating half of it I noticed fly eggs on it. I picked them out to look closer and send images. The manager/owner Noori is extremely rude. Claims that flys lay black eggs and these are not fly eggs. The pizza was then collected and we recieved a rude condescending video back claiming we are lying and that we planted the eggs there (not sure why would do this?) And where we would I get the fly eggs from. He then says he is calling the police on us. I look forward to hearing from them! I am 7 months pregnant and now worried about getting sick from this. Absolutely appauled at the service.

I bought a pizza last night, driver did not delivered the pizza but marked as delivered even though I never received it. Went next day to the restaurant to talk to the manager , he start talking in Indian language with the others then start laughing and saying will sort it out, which they never. This way I lost £19.09 and when I contact just eat, they said to me “we cannot do anything, you have to go to the restaurant for a refund” How can you go somewhere where they laughing of you and speaking in other language? This will go further definitely, planning to go to make a court claim just not letting them getting away with this. God knows how many other were into my shoes

Ordered for collection. Was told would be ready by 6.45. Got there at 6.45 and had to wait extra 25 minutes before pizza was ready. Simple customer service - CALL YOUR CUSTOMER TO LET THEM KNOW YOU ARE BUSY SO THEY DONT WASTE THEIR TIME. When i questioned them they just smiled and said we're busy with no apology. PIZZA = AVERAGE. SERVICE = POOR. AVOID IF YOU CAN.

Sets up a 'No minimum order' and 'Free delivery' service on 'just eat' but doesnt want to follow through with it. Ordered a double bacon and cheese, slaps on a £2.49 delivery charge anyway for a total of £7.99 and they still declined it twice xD Only live a mile and a half away lol. Follow through with it or change your Just-Eat Criteria. Could not be easier.

The pizza arrived cold. Not warm. Actually *cold*. Don't know if it was cooked too early or there was an error regarding delivery method, but all my other food arrived warm. Nice bbq wings, but the pizza ruined the entire thing. First and last time ordering from here.

Ordered a pizza from here using uber, the pizza has arrived with the base covered in mould, i called the shop they said that the mould is not mould and its residue from a previous pizza that has been transferred onto my on....absolute rubbish.... i know mould when i see it! The mould is through the pizza base , under the cheese and on the base. They will not refund me...terrible customer services and disgusting hygiene

I been a regular customer the last 2 years and I've seen how the quality of the pizzas is going down. I've tried all pizzas and now they use less cheese and ingredients to do it. Not to mention the rude staff sometimes.
