The best restaurants in Holland Kensington and Chelsea London

Absolutely shocking service. I normally love five guys and I've been craving them for weeks and thought I'd treat myself. My mum ordered a few meals for the family. After ordering the food and getting the collection she asked the lady if that was the whole order to which she responded with yes. When my mum got home, all that was in the bags was only the milkshakes. Bearing in mind that we live in Ladbroke Grove. It isn't just around the corner! She then called the store due to the mistake and was asked to come back to the store to collect the food. So my mum went all the way back again which is about 40 minutes in itself. Got the food (which they cooked fresh after the mix up). She then brought it back. Even after getting it back home the food was still wrong. What an absolute joke!! We normally go to the one in Portobello, I wish we never tried this branch at all. I can't even explain how pissed off I am. Apparently a burger with all the black and jalapenos means just a burger and jalapenos? Like, what world to you live in? And they read the order too? In fact, all the burgers had the wrong stuff in it. It's a sorry sight! I'll attach the photos so you can see I kid you not. Just a dry jalapeno burger. I mean, who on earth just orders that? Shouldn't alarm bells have been ringing at that exact time. Also, if people ordered meals, how on earth do you just pack the drinks? Don't you read the receipts before stickers all the bags as people can't check what's inside once they are sealed? Was today training day or was all the staff high af? Either way, not impressed by the service, or the inconvenience!! You've got to do better!!

A good place for a quick lunch if you want a tasty meal without the pretensions of a restaurant. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant place.

La comida era excelente y el personal era muy amable y servicial sin reservas en un sábado por la noche. Faltaban algunas cosas en el menú, pero estaba bien. ¡La carbonara de raviolis iba a morir!

I found a long hair inside my muffin. I took a bite and found it in my mouth, so it was disgusting... The overall atmosphere of the store and the staff are friendly, but the hygiene doesn't seem to be that great 😭

Rude. I just popped by to see the menu due to my dietary requirements. I said I was looking, the guy stood in front of me, over me, right in my face. It's like he was trying to intimidate me. Not the place I want to stay in

The staff seem to have the same opinion of the owner. Fat shaming is their no. 1 occupation. I thought encouraging a better life style would be their priority but talking about customers loudly in front of other customers is obviously a way of amusing each other.

Recuerdo haber escrito una reseña cuando visité este lugar por primera vez para cenar, hace unos dos años. En ese entonces, era bastante bueno. Cuando estuve por última vez en la zona, hace aproximadamente un año, vine con la esperanza de conseguir algo de comer y me dijeron que no estaban sirviendo comida. Esta vez probé suerte de nuevo viniendo temprano un sábado por la noche y me encantó encontrar que esta vez estaban abiertos para la cena, así que la historia parece ser muy inconsistente. Me dijeron que el restaurante no abrió hasta las 6 pm, pero eso estaba bien, ya que pude conseguir una mesa y tomar una copa. Ahora a la comida. Pedí y no tuve que esperar demasiado, que fue tan bien como un gran grupo de ocho llegó bastante pronto después. Para empezar pedí lo que se describió en el menú como una 'tabla de tapas'. Me gustan las opciones donde hay una selección de cosas que ofrecer, sin embargo, no me pareció particularmente inspirado en español. Consistía en rollitos de primavera vegetal, aros de calamares, aros de cebolla, chorizo y alitas de pollo, con salsa de chile dulce y salsa tártara. Lo único que en realidad está relacionado con las tapas fue el chorizo, y que eran solo tres pequeñas rodajas que claramente se compran en la tienda. Las alitas de pollo eran bonitas, pero todo el asunto no funcionó realmente, y no lo describiría como "tapas" exactamente. Para agravar esto, también se sirve en un trozo de tabla, que se ve bien, pero es completamente impracticable. La presentación no fue particularmente inspiradora. El puré se empacó en el plato sin ninguna imaginación (ver fotos). No solo era poco inspirador en cuanto a apariencia, el puré era en realidad bastante soso - totalmente carente de condimento y supongo que sin leche o mantequilla. Era grueso y robusto y no podía describirse de ninguna manera como 'cremoso'. Supongo que esto fue preparado por un chef que carece de experiencia o finura. En el lado positivo, el bourguignon de carne en sí era rico y sabroso. La guarnición de las verduras parecía un poco redundante, pero eso es un poco menor. Es una pena, porque he tenido buena comida aquí en el pasado. Por el momento, los estándares son algo inconsistentes, y realmente no debería ser tanto de una lotería.

Coffee was delicious, staff very friendly and welcoming. The food, we had pancake stacks and they were so delicious it was bordering illegal. So well made, great flavour combinations. We came down to London from Edinburgh for work and meet friends, so we wanted somewhere to relax and enjoy a few hours in good company. Balans provide a wonderful warm atmosphere. Highly recommended.

La comida se cocina normal del Mediterráneo. El ambiente es más como una cafetería en una tienda High Street. El menú está bien, el chef conoce su comida, vinos está bien pero es como estar en un funeral. detalles podrían mejorarlo el lugar de muchachos. lo convierten en un ambiente inolvidable. poner velas en las mesas ... subir la música un poco. conseguir que el personal grave a participar. Incluso una sonrisa? precios por dejar el 10% ... puede ser una mina de oro ... arrastrar el lugar en 2012 y más allá ... tiene un futuro ...

Jeg kom tilfældigt forbi og skulle have noget morgenmad. Klokken var godt nok blevet 11, men jeg skulle have morgenmad. Til min glæde var der havregrød på menuen, dette serveres dog ikke så sent. Dette fremgik ikke af menuen. Jeg måtte jo så hurtigt vælge noget andet, da køen var lang bag mig. Jeg valgte surdejsbrød med marmelade og kaffe. Det smagte fint, men det var heller ikke billigt. Der var mange mennesker og ikke specielt hyggeligt. Toilettet var ikke lækkert.

Fresh sardines for starter and sword fish steak was delicious. The staff were very attentive and we would recommend this restaurant.
