There is no elevator, but I stayed on the 2nd floor so it was okay... I was satisfied with the room as it was larger and cleaner than I expected. Terrible food greasy chips … the meat tasted off . Absolute a disgrace . Never again 😤

I ordered a takeaway. The food was really terrible.. I eat a lot of Lebanese food in London and had forgotten that i had already tried their food once before. This time the meat portions were mean and poorly cooked, the bread smelled of mildew and the houmos and mouhamara were super dry and claggy. My complaints fell on deaf ears. I looked up my account and realised that I had last eaten their food a year ago and had to call local authority health and safety, the mouhamara they served was actually mouldy. Really shockingly poor.

Awesome authentic Japanese vibe. Busy which is always a good sign. I’ll be back to try more.

Nice little family run place. Food was amazing and the people are very nice, not expensive. We ordered the garlic naan, samosa's and chicken and lamb curry. It was all good and authentic, the garlic naan was my favourite.

Two clerks helped me when the tramp recklessly pushed the door in and harassed me. They told me don't worry. My English is not very good，and I am very grateful, which makes me feel warm.

Great take out place. Warm and friendly staff. Delicious flavors, and ample servings. Thrilled to have stumbled upon it on my first night visiting London.

Good coffee served with a smile , staff are really nice and friendly especially Monan, clean and quiet place . Thank you guys

Last week I didn’t get a delivery that I had paid for on-line and couldn’t get through to the restaurant. It was really frustrating but a few days Masala zone management from Earl’s Court contacted me and said they had a major glitch with the bookings system and telephone. Tonight they delivered me a free meal, delivered by a waitress in an Uber. How is that for fantastic service? It was very much appreciated. Thank you to Pravesh, Andra and the lovely waitress who made the delivery.

This is now a vegan restaurant. They converted 18 months ago. So be prepared. mock beef, pork, fish and duck. I think I was just shocked my favorite, that I've been coming to in years, near a tube station restaurant converted. The food, I didn't know what to order, the familiar comfort food menu is gone, vegan beer, all fine, service as great as ever. It's akin to the shock of hearing one of your best mates is now beginning transitioning. Just, the relationship has somehow changed.

I have never been to this branch and bought an item which was meant to be hot (e.g. a pasty) which wasn't stone cold. Honestly, don't bother going there. I thought the recent refurbishment might improve matters but obviously not.

Enjoyed Indian afternoon tea at this hotel. From booking to the day they were very helpful. Thank you to Jeet for taking the booking and Vikash for serving us on the day. Very friendly and helpful.
