Used this Costa several times during May as was stopping in London for work and it's close to West Brompton tube. Great team and nice coffee and food. They had to keep dealing with a troublesome character who was messing the cafe in and outside and police were required on one occasion. Team dealt firmly and politely with him, well done as that's never an easy situation to resolve with a homeless person.

It's just a popular coffee chain in the UK. Both the taste and the atmosphere were okay!

OK. But they always forget to put the milk in the coffee! ☕

Disgusting service. I order an eat in English breakfast tea. I am carrying a tray with my order and I am unable to open the door. The servers were just standing there having a conversation didn’t have the decency to assist me. I politely ask if they can please open the door and the server says “you know you can push or pull” in a rude way. I say that I am unable to because of what I am holding so she pushes the door to a point where my order spills. Costa, please re-evaluate who works in your stores. I am disgusted and appalled and my day has been ruined.

One of the better Costa Coffee's. Excellent coffee and 'toasties'. Service was quick, staff pleasant and generally the place had a very nice vibe.

The place is so cosy and the staff are really friendly ! It’s an amazing place to work and Shabnam who took my order was extremely helpful and kind! I would definitely return back for the hot drinks !

We stopped at Costa Coffe to have coffees, and the service was bad. I had to wait for about half an hour to get service, and I wouldn't go there again.

A confy place to have a coffee, the staff was also very nice and we could stay there sitted for quite some time.

Coffee tasted diluted, not strong like rest of Costa places. It came out lukewarm. Also ordered a white hot chocolate, that was cold and tasted like lukewarm milk. Homeless man in and out of the store bothering people and charging his phone. Another homeless man outside bothering customers. Seen many customers move tables to get away from the hassle. Would not recommend at all . Very disappointed, especially after walking 16 mins to locate a Costa place . Sheer disappointment 😞

Decent Costa Coffee. We ended up here after attempting to try an independent coffee café which was super busy. The food and drinks were good, service was questionable though... I thought they had a newbie at the till as the two staff members started to panic when the queue became longer as they were concentrating too much on Deliveroo orders.

I hope manager might consider being able to further improve the quality of the lids and straws, only 5 minutes, I can't use it anymore, this is annoying

Coffee and Frappe were good, BUT, service was strange. My partner asked for a Mango and Passionfruit Cooler on my behalf while I went to use the facilities. The server started to make me a Frappe, and when my partner said he ordered a cooler, she said "No, you ordered a Mango Frappe". I said I didn't care, Frappe was fine, as I could take either. Then she proceeded to say she could make me a cooler instead, and asked me twice. I said no, Frappe is fine. The issue is that she would not admit that she had heard wrong. As it happens, there was NO Mango Frappe on the menu, so not sure how we could have ordered that. So it was as if she was trying to correct her mistake without admitting she got it wrong. Irritating for me and ungracious of her. We are tourists so not going back anyway, but others should know. Otherwise the place was cute and clean.

Surprisingly quiet and peaceful on a Wednesday morning when I popped by for my chai. Less of a hustle and bustle in other London coffee shops, and a good place to sit and relax.

I always fan of costa coffee and a excellent beans collector as well. As in every branch their customer service should be appreciate. Thank you costa for fabulous experience.

Service is slow but well located for a quick drink

The food / drink is what it is however the service was probably the slowest I’ve ever experienced in a place like this. Never seen staff so slow and relaxed making a small amount of orders. Felt like we waiting 10 minutes just to have order taken with only 1 customer in front of us. Would hate to see what this place is like with lots of customers at once. Can see other reviews complain about the speed of the staff too.

Been here three days in a row because of convenient location. Servers were perfectly polite but all seemed to be either newly or poorly trained. V slow service. All three mornings there has been no stock on various basics including oat milk, porridge, zero pastries left, and on the last day I got a plain dry scone as there was no cream, butter or jam left. The toilets were also not well kept.

I have been coming here everyday for quite some time now. The staff are always friendly, the service is always excellent & they always keep the place spotless!

5/52022 -> Absolutely awful service. The lady making the coffee gives dirty look for no reasons. We asked if the toilet are close. My sister in law went to ask for chocolate for the babychino, and again she gives very bad look. It’s absolutely weird to feel stress going to get the drink you paid for. PLEASE TRAINE YOUR TEAM to be nice to customers. The coffee came after 10 mins even tho their was no one before us !!!!

Ordered a coffee and almond croissant. The almond croissant tasted stale and bitter. I managed to finish half, but returned it back. Told the servers, and the man in charge, said that the croissants were in fresh today. Told him that it didn't taste fresh and left it as that.

Horrible service this morning Friday 17th of September 21 at 10:15 am ….I hope the manager has a look on video I was wearing a black t shirt with a black hat … there was a lady being trained, she was all smiles and willing to learn but her trainer isn’t bothered … keeps shouting infront of customers !! … what bothered me more is the lady who is doing the coaching as she hasn’t acknowledged me … I waited for 2 long minutes … was the only one waiting then even though no one else was waiting She finished with a customer … again not acknowledging me … went on to prepare a delivery order again not acknowledging or even smiling at me … I would have waited … even though I needed to go to work had she told me I will be with you shortly … she truly lacks customer service ethics and needs to be trained herself … will not buy from this Costa again …. Plenty other coffee shops in the vicinity .

I stopped over for a tuna melt and the store had it in stock. Short queue and didn’t wait long to be served too. Plenty of seating spaces provided with social distance observed too. Clean restaurant with friendly staff too.

The 2 barista bullying a homeless man because he smelled bad was really not what I wanted to witness when I came in. Crass. I'd like to see what they look like when their minimum wage job drops them.

This is by far the worst Costa I’ve ever been to, I go there pretty much everyday for the love of the brand, but everytime there has to be some sort of disappointment! Just now, I was told that I can’t have cup holders because they are reserved for deliveries as if they pay real money and I pay monopoly one. I was told to be grateful that I have my coffees in cups and the cup holders aren’t included in the price, this was told to me in the lowest manners ever. There is Starbucks across the road and there is where I’ll be going. Btw: I never ever complain and this is my first time because it was indeed the lowest service I’ve ever had.

Order number: 58000242616 Awful experience today I made an online order at 17:25 I went to the shop to collect at 17:35 because the app suggests it takes 5-10 minutes for the order to be ready. Once I arrived at the shop and asked if my order was ready the ladies working there told me that they didn't prepare it in case I was late and the coffee lost its ''freshness" they told me to wait a second and they will start making it but that wasn't the case. They started making everyone else's coffees and only started making my coffee when there was no one else in the shop my coffee was ready at 17:50 25 minutes after the initial order and they made it wrong they forgot all the extras + they were rude when I corrected them! Edit: What's the point of ordering in advance if you're going to wait in the line like everyone else, aren't orders from the app supposed to be prioritized?

The staff were polite, but I did have to repeat a simple order twice more. The place was clean and tidy with comfortable chairs.

Not the biggest outlet, but has the usual selection and coffees and quite superior sweet snacks.

Really surprised to read so many good ratings of this place. Visited today and the staff were so soulless and rude. No name badges, no smile, no greeting, no ‘thank you’, no hospitality basic of any kind. Lots of dirty tables despite there being no queue and three staff behind the counter. They even called me over to collect my hot food despite, again, the fact they weren’t doing anything. Nice area, though.

Excellent coffee very fast service the staff are kind and friendly help with questions, seating available outside as well as inside, fresh sandwiches and cakes, nice ambience quite shop, open early everyday and open weekends, the only draw back is the toilet is one cubicle and it's mixed gender, that's the only issue with shop you que longer for the loo then purchasing the coffee

Went to have a coffee and listen with headphones to a live broadcast. Unfortunately the 'canned' background music in the venue was so loud I had to sit outside in the cold!!
