Der Kunde kann sich nach eigenem Wunsch und Hungegefühl selbst bedienen , sich aber auch bedienen bzw, beraten lassen.Ich ziehe erste Möglichkeit vor/-da ich weiß was meinem Magen bekommt-. Keine Experimente auf Reisen !

Der Laden nennt sich nun BOKADO, was aber der Qualität des Essens keinen Abbruch tut. Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service, hier fängt der Tag gleich gut an. Ganz klare Empfehlung

Zu aller erst, Das Cafe heist nicht mehr Cafe Deli sondern BOKADO!Die Einrichtung ist sehr spartanisch aber das soll einen nicht abhalten dort zu frühstücken. Das Personal ist höflich nett und hilfsbereit. Alle Zutaten sind frisch und es schmeckt sehr lecker.

Randomly chose a place for breakfast. The breakfast itself was OK, nothing special. Some of the staff were friendly, others were not. You could not pay by card, which is always annoying...

The food here was really disappointing. I ordered meatballs and rice which was terrible and very pricy for such low quality food , it was like frozen meatballs cooked in the worst way possible.

Un lugar encantador con el tipo de desayuno que te dan por todas partes - buenos precios, super acogedor interior - las porciones son bastante grandes, pero cuando me preguntó si podía conseguir una de medio tamaño, estaban más que dispuestos a aceptar. El café me pareció muy buena. El desayuno se sirve hasta las 15:00 horas. Por alguna razón me dieron una actitud distante, cuando señaló que sólo habían dado a cambiar en un 10 libras no en vez de un 20.

Frygtelig dårligt Kom hele familien, fem personer og bestilte pizza eller lasagne. Det vi fik var købepizza og frossen optøet mad. Kors det var ringe, og vi havde desværre kigget på en masse lækre i sidegaderne, som vi valgte fra. Det gjorde kun skuffelsen større

Queríamos un desayuno, café agradable desde el frente nos atrajo. Una cantidad moderada de asientos disponibles y el lugar se llenó rápidamente. La comida detrás del mostrador parecía apetitosa. La comida era razonable. Buenas porciones de tamaño y los precios estaban bien. Otras personas tenía pancakes dulce con bananas que parecía muy bonito. Mi compañero tenía un sabroso panqueque con tocino y huevos también muy bonito y tuve huevos fritos sobre una tostada :)El motivo de la 2 en vez de 3 estrellas resultado:mala atención al cliente por un miembro del personal, y el ketchup era horrible (barato, sin duda necesita aguado) y cambiar, en mi opinión, ya que las ruinas de la buena comida que hacen.El tipo detrás del mostrador era muy amable, pero el otro era menos. (o tenía un sentido del humor) que prisa por ser muy alegre, a veces a algunas personas, entonces era muy seco y brusco en otras.Pedí café con hielo y luego dieron un café normal su respuesta casi me hizo sentir que estaba en el lado equivocado. :/Pedimos la factura pero la izquierda nuestra mesa para pagar en el mostrador que otros pudieran sentarse, y nos dijeron que el precio final por este mismo hombre sin ley escrita mostrado. Cuando le pedí que también la factura estaba correcta como me sorprendió que había llegado a la cifra que tenía él y los precios fuera de realed 10 por ciento de servicio de una manera seca y desagradable.

Sehr spartanisch eingerichtet und man würde eine gute Küche kaum vermuten. Aber..... es war super auf ganzer Linie! Der Service sehr zuvorkommend, der Cappuccino ein Gedicht und das Frühstück wie man es erwartet also nur zu empfehlen. Auch die Preise waren völlig ok. Wir waren um 10 Uhr da als der Laden noch leer war, er füllte sich dann aber in kürzester Zeit, also lieber etwas früher gehen oder mit Wartezeit rechnen.

Wir waren heute das erste Mal hier. Dieser kleine unscheinbare Laden am Earl's Court fiel durch die lecker aussehende Schaufensterauslage. Reingegangen - hingesetzt. Los ging es mit nem Cappuccino, gefolgt vom "Full Breakfast" und einem Orangensaft. Die Zeiten bis alles serviert wurde war völlig ok und das Frühstück wirklich sehr lecker. Die beiden Kellner waren sehr freundlich und schnell. Hier kommt man gerne nochmal hin!

O metrô de Earl's Court é cruzamento das linhas District, Circle e Piccadilly. Ou seja, super bem localizado pra quem vai transitar na cidade de metrô e, consequentemente, uma excelente região pra se hospedar. Na redondeza do metrô tem várias opções de restaurantes e lanchonetes e o Gusto é uma delas. É na mesma rua do metrô, bem perto (uns 2 minutos) e uma boa opção de café da manhã rápido e despretensioso. A decoração, atendimento e comida não são incríveis, mas também não fazem feio. O clima é descontraído e o preço é o normal pra esse tipo de restaurante (umas 10 libras por pessoa). Só achei a música muito alta e agitada pras 9h da manhã, mas nada que trocar de mesa não tenha resolvido. Não vai ser o melhor café da manhã da sua vida, mas pode ser uma opção. Lá também serve comida italiana no almoço e jantar, mas não experimentei.

My friend and I called in here at lunchtime Saturday 28 January (last weekend). The place was empty and the music was blasting through the roof. As it was a part business meeting we asked if the music could be turned down. The waiter refused and asked us to move up to the back of the cafe after the floor was dry. We decided to go somewhere else. Our intention of going in here was to contribute to local business because as locals we are concerned these big franchises are pricing our local business out of the marker. Obviously this is one place where management and staff are not really bothered. They can obviously afford to turn away custom when they are empty on a Saturday lunchtime. Needless to say our good intentions were in vain. We went to Costa and were treated to first class customer service. Now reading the reviews on this place I'm glad he refused to turn down the music it is in no way a place worth paying such a big service charge. I doubt this place will be open for long.

Extremely slow for a fry up and pancakes. Main dishes ok but Horrible ketchup and fake "maple" syrup. Actually spoiled the food. Poor service: get up to find your own milk, menus, condiments, etc. Cash only, no till receipt. You can do better

We loved this little gem. Yes it is not the most modern or sleek restaurant but the food we had was divine! It's like stepping into your grandmothers kitchen.

I went there for breakfast because it looked cosier than an English pub in the morning. The tomato was a fresh sauteed tomato, not a microwaved tin tomato! Ample bacon, which I love and a little onion with the mushrooms. The toast was from an italian style whitebread. That means it did not turn into a sticky gooey dough the moment it hit your pallet. The staff very friendly. When they realized that I enjoyed the background music they played more of it. What a great start into the day.

My wife had a personal errand to do at Earl's Court and we ended up wandering down the street afterwards. The food cabinet display at Gusto cafe caught our attention and we decided to have dinner there. We were very warmly received and led to a table for two. It wasn't busy that evening so we took our time choosing what to eat. We decided on the meat lovers pizza and the chicken breast. We were delighted with both the portions and the taste. The thin crust pizza was loaded with meat, and wasn't oily either. The chicken breast was nicely done, not dry with a generous portion of veggies on the side. To cap it off, we were served a nicely made tiramisu for dessert. Overall a memorable experience. As I settled the bill, I learned that their specialty is actually breakfast. We will certainly give it a try!

Gusto looked good so we dropped in for some lattes and a pain aux chocolate. The person serving seemed excited about making a latte. This was strange.We waited a long time for our food and drink. Meanwhile, we heard (as he talked on the phone) about how he had worked in Micheline star restaurants and just how good his coffee really was. It wasn’t hot or good.I always think that people of any profession, should be careful of what you say (about work or to employees) when there are customers around. You might end up here.In the end, I notice that they never respond to reviews on TA. I suppose that it is either that they do not read them or they just don’t care.

Some stuff was fantastic, some stuff was average. Breakfast sandwich was toasted way too much. Moussaka was great and the quiche was nice.Service was great though.

No, not me, the staff was obviously in meltdown mode 11 am Jan 1st. We and 5 other tables were seated at tables clutter with the last diner's food. Asked multiple times to wipe -- to no avail. Four tables seated after us served and long gone prior to our omelet. The pastries looked yummy but the service a zero.

After a disappointing breakfast at the hotel we were staying at, we took a walk along Earls Court Road. Ignoring the "usual" coffee outlets we found this little gem. Good coffee and pancakes to die for at a good price. Check it out....

Called for breakfast, and came the following day. I always look for small local businesses, and Gusto was a good choice. The veggie breakfast was huge and well cooked. Popped in for breakfast on our last day in London. Coffee was really poor. My breakfast was a bit burned, I did mention it but the waiter just laughed. Big portions but overpriced. Cafe doesn't feel clean.

Das Café ist nur einige Minuten von der Underground Station Earls Court entfernt und sieht von außen schon sehr gemütlich aus. Der Scheint trügt nicht, denn drinnen kann man in einer schönen Atmosphäre sehr lecker und für Londoner Verhältnisse relativ günstig frühstücken. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Came here with my sister for a light lunch. We chose a random cafe on this street - ended up here in Gusto, and we were pleasantly surprised! We were attracted by the wide variety of hot foods visible from the clear shop front. Hassan was very friendly and quick to make my sister and I feel welcome. Vegetable soup was awesome - steaming hot , simple, full of vegetables and accompanied with warm toasted crusty baguette pieces. Would come again if I lived in London!

Spiste frokost to ganger og like begeistret hver gang. "Best Musli ever"! Nydelig frokost og kaffe. Flere av gjestene deri blandt meg fikk overraskende et vakkert budskap skrevet i Cafe Latten. Kommer gjerne igjen! :-)

We were looking for a place to have a full English breakfast on a street where many places aren't open for breakfast during the week until 10am or later. Gusto has a nice shop front displaying tempting baked goods, with a small seating area for patrons toward the back of the store. We had a lovely breakfast, but the restaurant itself is a little dingy, the tables are wobbly and there's little décor to speak of. The food and the coffee was good, but have some lower expectations about the atmosphere. I would certainly return.

We only wanted a cafe for coffee and a cake. The lattes were nice and the cheesecake and tiramasu were decent portions. Order came to £14.90 which i thought was expensive, but paid it anyway. only learnt from reading these reviews that a service charge was added.The customer service from the guy was ok, friendly and chatty. He made general touristy conversation at the till, how long are you visiting, have you been to London before, etc. Which I was fine with. It wasn't until the owner then asked if he could meet us for coffee sometime while we were on our trip. I politely declined by saying we had a lot planned and he replied with saying he didn't want to go for coffee with both of us, he wanted to meet me in the hotel we were staying in and spend time in my room when my friend, who is actually my partner would be out. I then declined again and he asked for my phone number. I said no and he insisted we exchanged numbers, so instead wrote his down for me. He then asked for my name to add me on Facebook and I said no. Some more customers had approached the till by this point so he told me to wait while he served them. As you can imagine, we grabbed our cases and literally ran out of the cafe! We shall not be returning.

We visited Gusto for breakfast twice in the span of a few days with a group of friends. Gusto offers a wide variety of breakfast foods for reasonable prices. The first time we were pleasantly surprised by the food and the friendliness of the staff. The second visit, however, everything felt unpolished. We had a different server who was rather absent-minded (we had to ask for a missing part of the order three times) and food that had been great the day before was now average at best. Bacon and sausages were greasy this time and the pancakes were a little too dry. Gusto is definitely not a bad place to have breakfast, but due to the second visit I wouldn't go out of my way to visit it again.

Looks like most small pizza restaurants from the street so we decided to try it one night. What a mistake. To start with it has an extremely limited menu. The choice in wine is Red or White (that's it). Only by the glass.The presentation was horrible. The only redeeming feature was the food was somewhat tasty. The establishment accepts cash only and the final sting in the tail 10% service charge is automatically added. What service?

We both thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast in this very friendly and welcoming cafe. It is extremely handy to so many hotels in this area and is almost adjacent to Earls Court station. The staff were accommodating and made suggestions, and catered to our requests with a friendly smile. The food was tasty, varied, well priced, good sized portions, and a pleasant change from 'hotel breakfasts.' We would recommend this without hesitation!

I came to Earl's Court on a trip with my young brother. We found the place walking around and were positively surprised.The cakes are really good and if you are lucky you might get hearts shaped in your latte. The staff was very welcoming and nice. We had a great time.As an added bonus, I would say that I appreciated the willingness of the waiter not to stop until I was satisfied. It made the charm of the place, that much pleasurable.I would totally recommend it.

Agree with most reviews very friendly service but it stops there. It's very run down and if you use the toilet you will see the disgusting kitchen conditions. The food is watery and swimming in grease with grubby old crockery. Worst of all is when your then hit with the bill!! You could eat out at a decent restaurant for the price. This is a budget cafe not a restaurant dining experience. Wouldn't go back again ever!!!!

Wanted something filling so popped in here for Mousaka and Lasagne. Home made food served by two nice people . No pretension and no fuss.

My dog plomped himself down in front of this restaurant on a hot 31 degree day and wouldn't move. The staff came out and showered him with love and even gave him a water bowl. I'll surely be dining here soon! How lovely they all are! Many thanks from me and Dunder x

Always come here when visiting London. We usually stay at Premier Inn round the corner.Always a warm welcome. Delicious fresh food. Good selection on the menu. Perfect breakfast/brunch before a days sight seeing. Would recommend it to all my friends.

We had breakfast here, lovely friendly staff, great food. The muesli with fruit was amazing - dates, yoghurt dried fruit and all sorts in it. My fry-up was great. interesting eclectic musical taste too. We breakfasted at a nearby pub the previous morning but wish we'd been here for both days instead.

Popped in here for breakfast after an overnight stay in London. Small but very friendly atmosphere. Had the bacon sausage and egg roll expecting a bread-bun with one of each in - actually got enough for 2 people in crusty bread. Very tasty and washed down with really good coffee. I know where to go for breakfast next time I'm in London.

After three wonderful days in London, myself and four others left our Earl's Court apartment to head for the airport. Beforehand, we thought we would stop off for some breakfast. We came across Gusto & decided to give it a go - what a big mistake. The inside is tired and grotty, which should have prompted us to leave. However, the waitress was extremely nice and showed us to our seats. We ordered a variety of different things from the menu. Full English, Eggs Benedict, pancakes & omelettes. When the food arrived, we honestly thought it was a joke. The full English was literally swimming in grease. The sausage was so hard it could literally knock a person out. The bacon was totally inedible. Eggs was also rock hard. The pancakes had green mould underneath which was truly stomach churning. However, the eggs benedict took the biscuit. Accompanying the eggs was a selection of - carrot, cucumber and spring onion? We couldn't believe it. When we called the waitress over, having not touched anything. She apologised, and spoke with the chef - the most ignorant man in London. He told HER to tell us that we would be charged in full for everything, however they could take off the service charge - basically leaving the poor waitress without a tip.Before leaving, I visited the bathroom. Wow. Down a dingy set of stairs, to the toilet. Which by the way was directly beside the kitchen - the chef and the kitchen was in full view. It looked disgusting. The toilets, unclean & smelly. This place is possibly the worst café I've ever eaten in. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

My daughter and I found this wonderful restaurant while staying in Earls Court. We were looking for a quick dinner before heading back into London for the theater after our first full day in England. The charming young man suggested a couple of take away options and we were on our way. It was fantastic! We headed there the next morning for an amazing breakfast and the delightful greeting of the owner. Our cappuccinos arrived at the table with a personal message on the froth in chocolate syrup drizzle. We went back every morning that we were in London and each day was a new delight and a new message in the coffee. On our last morning we were sad to leave. Our coffee arrived with "Good Bye" on it. We took pictures with the owner and said our good byes to the staff. By this time we had probably eaten 50% of our meals in this little restaurant. Try the lasagna and the Shakahuka! This is our favorite place to eat in our one month tour of Europe. Can't wait to go back. It will be like going home.

Nous étions loge à l'hôtel juste en face. Hotel pétri de qualités mais dépourvu de service de petit déjeuner. Nous avions donc petit déjeuné chaque matin au Gusto. Et chaque matin nous avons été super bien accueillis et régalés de pâtisseries anglaises, crêpes et autres croissants délicieux. J'ai tenté la version salée aussi: œufs brouillés mémorables!C'est simple, goûteux et bien servi!

Aussi bien britannique que continental, le meilleur petit-déjeuner pepuis longtemps, servi copieusement et avec bonne humeur.

Staying at the Premier Inn but found this place for breakfast this morning. Not much cheaper than the hotel but much nicer. Plenty to eat and friendly staff.

Wandering Earl's Court looking for a sweet treat. After sticking my head in the door of a place down the road (loud Vaping crowd) and promptly leaving I popped into Gusto. Nice tunes (cool jazz think Miles) and small but varied desert menu. Everything is made on site. I had the Carrot cake and an Americano with milk. Just the right size portions; satisfying without feeling overpowered.

This is an amazing cafeteria which serves brunch as well as the most delicious pastries and chocolate croissants! This is highly recommended and it is worth a visit if you are ever in the area. It is located right opposite Costa Coffee in Earls court. Wifi is free of charge!

Attratti dalla bella vetrina Ordiniamo 2 croissant e 2 tost con burro e marmellata, da bere 2 orange juice e 2 the... Ci servono dopo 20 min : cornetti che avevano solo il sapore del burro il tost non è altro che una mezza baguette ed arriva con 2 cubetti uno di marmellata l'altro di burro ... Il conto 20£ mi chiedo ancora cosa abbiamo mangiato? Siamo usciti alla panetteria vicino e abbiamo mangiato.

Una stella, perché meno non si può! Appena entrati, abbiamo guardato la lista. Finora tutto okay. Al momento dell'ordinazione più della metà dei piatti erano inesistenti (pensate nemmeno il pane avevano!!).A malavoglia abbiamo ordinato le poche cose rimaste. Sconvolti abbiamo scoperto che eravamo solo all'inizio di questo terribile incubo! Piatti presentati malissimo che a malavoglia riuscivi a mangiare, servizio pessimo e 10£ per una pizza surgelata! Sicuramente un posto dove non tornerò mai più!

My daughter and I were in London to attend a Garden Party at Buckingham Palace and ended our day here. It serves authentic food which is well cooked and served. The staff were attentive yet not overbearing. It is worthy of noting that they also provide a takeaway service which was being very well used by locals. Always a good indication of food quality. Would definitely recommend.

Having read some of the reviews on this site it is beyond me how some people have anything good to say. Let me start by saying the two waiteress are the only good thing about this hell hole I feel sorry for them having to work here as they are the ones to have to face dissatisfied customers. The photo's I put up says it all its like something the cat threw up. The photos are supposed to resemble eggs Benedict and other one is eggs Florentine complete with green beans and carrots The rest of our group attempted pancakes again disgusting and lastly my son ordered full English it was dripping in grease I reckon if he'd have ate it we would have needed a heart ambulance. Joking aside this place is filthy throughout I think it's safe to say the chief needs a lesson in both food hygiene and the kip in General .Our bill came to 50 pounds we didnt eat the food, when the waitress came to clear the table she asked us why we hadn't eaten anything we explained so she told the chief he told her the only thing he'd do was to take the service charge off the bill, what a ignorant bully needless to say we gave the girl a good tip as we felt so sorry for her having to work with such a horrible man .So if your looking for breakfast in or around Earls court ignore the nice reviews they have to be made up this is the worse place I have ever been in AVOID .

Wow! I have no words to describe this place because it was so superb!I didn't want to leave, I had a benadict for breakfast which was the best I've had in a long time, then I tried a piece of their rasberry cheese cake which was stunning and I had some work to do so I stayed a couple of hours to finish and led me to have lunch too! Meat lasagna: like my moms!The service amazing, home atmosphere and happy vibe.I'll definitely be seeing you again!

I can agree with previous comments when I say how is this cafe open! I also was on my way to the airport after a weekend trip to London and I seen this little place. Very cute inside with the nicest people working there. The waitresses are so pleasant. But on the other hand, the food was atrocious. I ordered pancakes with maple syrup but then when it came out it was covered in apple and banana which was not what I ordered. It was like they just made up the food as they went along. I got two pancakes on my plate but I could only eat half of one as they weren't cooked through. What kind of "chef" can't make a pancake. Downstairs to the toilets are just vile. The hygiene level has to be very low as the unisex toilet is beside the kitchen and that to me just made me feel sick. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as it is filthy and the prices are just not reasonable at all. Never ever again.

How this cafe is open is beyond me. Having spent 4 days in London with family, we came across this cafe on our way back to the airport. The lady working there was very pleasant and welcoming, and showed us to our seats. We all ordered various things from the menu - Eggs Benedict, Full English, Eggs Florentine, Pancakes and Bacon. Once the food arrived, we were literally astonished. I ordered a Full English. The mushrooms were swimming in grease and soggy onion. The hash brown had been deep friend and could have been used as a weapon it was so hard. The sausage was raw, the bacon microwaved and solid.The Eggs Benedict were like rubber with a watery, disgusting sauce. Pancakes had green mould and looked like they had been prepared weeks before.The Eggs Florentine took the biscuit. It had carrots, cucumber, APPLE - It was unbelievable. None of us ate a thing. When the waitress came to take our plates, she obviously asked what was wrong. When we explained she told us she would speak with the chef.She returned moments later to say the chef said he wasn't doing anything, except remove the service charge - the only good thing about the dirty, dingy cafe. The chef wanted to take away the service charge which benefited his staff. Before leaving, I went down the dirtiest set of stairs I've ever seen to the toilet, which looks directly onto the kitchen.A kitchen covered in grime and grease. This place is filthy, with a rude, obnoxious horrible chef. Avoid at all costs,. It's vile!

Ωραίο μαγαζάκι αν μένετε σε ξενοδοχείο εκεί κοντά και θέλετε ένα χορταστικό,ζεστό πρωινό. Οι τιμές του είναι νορμάλ προς το τσιμπημένο οπότε δεν το προτιμήσαμε όλες τις ημέρες της διαμονής μας. Φάγαμε πολύ ωραία πανκεικς και κρουασαν γεμιστό με τυρί ζαμπόν, όπως επίσης και καλή πίτσα. Όχι καλά scones! Αξίζει μια δοκιμή.

Gusto have an excellent range of cakes and also delicious breakfasts when I have visited in the past.Nice place to go for a quick stop which isn't too expensive!

We went in because their pastries looked awesome but their breakfast was out of this world. They were friendly and food was tasty. If you get a chance to go you should .

My mom and I spent four days in London...we were looking for something quick to eat and this was near our hotel. After one trip, we came back every single day! The cappuccinos are wonderful as are the homemade desserts, lasagna, shakahuka...all amazing. And the staff and owner are wonderful! After a lot of travel, we felt so welcomed here. A relief!

We were lured in by the fresh pastries in the window - what a mistake! The bacon and eggs were precooked and microwaved for warmth, and the 'freshly baked' pancakes were cold and uncooked in the middle. Service was poor and food very overpriced. Next time try breakfast at one of the many cafes (or even fast food restaurants) along the strip. I can't comment on other meals though - maybe breakfast is just not their specialty.

Fica bem perto da estação de metrô Earls Court, no caso era bem em frente ao nosso hotel. Possui ótimas opções de sanduíches, pratos quentes, e café da manhã a preços convidativos. Uma boa opção.

We went for breakfast and the food was delicious. Honestly the best hot chocolate I have ever had too! The only thing stopping me from rating 5 stars is the prices. We thought they were reasonably priced until we compared it to other places. It is in no way overpriced however could be a little more competitive.

If you are looking for a nice breakfast good food at a reasonable price on earl's court this is it. Coffee surprisingly good, service and atmosphere welcoming.

Went after reading the reviews, 4 people all the choices full English, pancakes with bacon, egg benedict etc all lovely, workers in cafe all very pleasant will definitely use again

Busy lunch place-serving home made pasta and pizza,panninis and cakes.We had lunch here and both had pizza-which were ok.Coffee here however is VERY good.Simple fare done well-obviously the locals come here for lunch.

Popped into this interesting looking restaurant for some breakfast at the weekend and ordered an omelette which was shown in the menu as £7.90 incl. salad and toasted baguette. My wife ordered poached eggs with bacon and pancakes (the Canadian)....so far so good, and things were going well until :Food arrived, fried eggs instead of poached (not a major problem) and omelette which looked and tasted nice but..... no sign of the toasted baguette or salad mentioned on the menu. I asked for these politely and got a "what, you want that as well ?" look in reply. Long story, but despite prompting the baguette never arrived and as we had finished eating (omelette was getting cold) we asked for the bill as we had to go.Well, customer service that followed was the worst I have experienced for some time and I was made to feel that I was in the wrong for asking for a discount on my incomplete meal !The root of the problem has been mentioned in other posts : untrained staff who seemed to be bickering with each other over screwed up orders and lack of organisation. I even witnessed one of the member of staff losing the plot with another when answering my question about the total bill.Shame, because they could make this a really good place to eat, if they get their act together and observe some basic customer service golden rules. Maybe take a look at the staffing arrangements for the future to improve the customer experience.

A super good place for breakfast, brunch etc... Very good location, just close to the Earl's Court Underground. Near to our hotel so every day we can enjoy a very good breakfast before went out. And food taste super good especially the full day breakfast and the Cheese and Ham panini. Definitely will come back again :-)

Went to Gusto for each day of our four day London stay. The staff were great, the coffee was sublime and the food really good. We even got the private Vegemite and peanut butter for our toast. The fave was the muesli with yoghurt, honey and fruit. A tiny place with great food and a welcoming atmosphere. We loved it.

What a perfect cafe. The coffee excellent and the pastries delicious. I was served by Joya and Mohammad who took very good care of me. I suggest that a small coffee and a little sit with some music in this quaint cafe is just the start you need for the day.Enjoy.

We come to Gusto a lot the food is very good and the service hit ad miss sometime. They make a really good breakfast and fantastic home made soup. It has a nice atmosphere but be careful were you sit as the music can get a little loud for conversation. The service can go from great if the lady is in charge to down right rude and off hand if she is not running the show. It also can be a little expensive worked out that the breakfast was the same as one of the up market places on High Street Kensington doing breakfast . But they do have a more original touch and make great omelettes and the warm bread basket ( if they remember ) is a nice touch.

Popped in this morning with the wife for breakfast, she had the florentine breakfast, and I had a bacon sausage and egg sandwich and everything on both plates was amazing and Kept us both going until mid afternoon. Everything was fresh, tasty and well presented and I will definitely be returning to try out more on the menu

I had a plainly insulting and ridiculous experience with the young tattooed waiter and waitress. I heard them bursting into hysterical laughters after i left. Upon arriving home, i could not find the spoon(despite them asking me wether i would need it)and i assume that was the reason for their laughters. Needless to say i am not intending to visit again. I just feel pity for the owner and the chef.

We visited for breakfast at around 10am on a weekday. It is clearly a popular place as we had to wait around 20 mins for a table. The menu is varied and prices are fairly reasonable. My fellow diners enjoyed bacon, scrambled eggs and toast while I had the pancakes. Served with banana and pineapple, dusted with icing sugar and topped with maple syrup; they were excellent. The coffee is very good and I would recommend the cappuccino.The only thing that left a slightly bitter taste in the mouth was the service charge. We received a bill with no breakdown of our order. After adding up what we had it seemed we had been overcharged, only to learn a 12.5% service charge had been added. I felt the average breakfast time service did not merit this charge. With a lot of hotels in the Earls Court not including breakfast as standard it is easy to see why this place does well and even with the service charge issue I will probably return in future.I feel that the trip advisor ratings scale lacks the option of a "good" rating. This was better than "average" but not "very good". I will lean to the lower score due to the bill.

I went there for breakfast and lunch. Each time the service was fabulous.The value for money outstanding.I loved the music, lots of old rock and roll, and the vintage decor gives the place such character!

Excellent freshly cooked food here. The surroundings are perhaps not the best and it's a little cramped but the service was good and the star was the food. If you're staying in this area and you want a cooked breakfast then you won't need to look elsewhere.
