Greggs in Kensington and Chelsea

I have never been to this branch and bought an item which was meant to be hot (e.g. a pasty) which wasn't stone cold. Honestly, don't bother going there. I thought the recent refurbishment might improve matters but obviously not.

Absolutely delighted with my Greggs experience! Praises to Cheryl she was such a lovely girl who served me the Mrs and our kids. She cleaned our table for us and even brought over our food as we had to wait on one or two items (no one’s fault it was very busy which is what to expect in London.) The food was hot and fresh and full of flavour. I love the Christmas decorations they have put up, very festive. The security guard at the door was looking very dapper my Mrs was very pleased and we all felt safe. Would return. 👍

Gregg’s is a good spot for an unhealthy dose of breakfast food. They do have vegan sausages which are ok. Cheap food and service was friendly.

I recently visited Greggs and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their coffee. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Visited today. After a long trip to london with my son for a fun day out decided to stop for a drink. Needed the loo first oh my god I could never be prepared for what awaited me. There was god knows how many days worth of faeces not only on the seat but literally scattered all over the toilet up the wall and the floor. Could not get out of there quick enough no way would I have attempted to consume any products seriously needs inspecting

You just have to love Greggs for good, simple, well Priced food on the go My favorites are the bacon butty and sausage roll. For the price, both are unbeatable, and the bacon roll can stand side by side with the best. Coffee however is truly awful. Avoid it. And go to McDonalds for passable coffee for £1.

No gluten products I asked and the staff were very rude and just said no I would have thought that in this day and age you would have some products

I always visit any of Greggs’ branches to have the vegan sausage roll. The vegan festive bake is also nice. The vegetable bake wasn’t that good. Prices are convenient.

Popped in here late one afternoon before Christmas. Picked up a Christmas turkey bake but it wasn’t very nice and was served cold. Chucked most of it away

Popped in here one morning on way to a museum and had a bacon and sausage sandwich and a hot drink, cheap and tasty.

Went in about 4 pm one evening never had anything on shelves got dounuts surprised as don’t shut for another hour at least as right cross r from underground except to have more

Went to this place twice on my way to and from the tube station, so one time for coffee and croissant on the way out in the morning, the other for dessert treats on the way back at night. Tasty stuff. Just across the street...

Very reasonable food and drinks. This site was sit-down dining area. The bacon butty was fantastic! Staff were busy and tried their best to keep it clean and running well.

Staff did not engage and took an eternity to make a coffee and cook two toasties. Avoid on a Saturday morning - the staff couldn’t care less about providing even basic customer service.

When I feel peckish, I pop into Gregg's for vegan sausage roll.It's perfect for a vegan on the go. I can't comment on Gregg's other offerings because I've never ordered them.

Greggs are scattered all around town so when you see the blue sign know that there are some warm sausage rolls and steak bakes ready for less than $1. Fantastic snacks on the go.

We had tea and a snack here each morning of our trip. It's not fancy but when you just want something really quick before catching a train it's perfect. And the staff were really friendly in this branch too.

Just had a delicious croissant, which went very well with our Americano coffee... even better was the bacon roll. Soft roll stuffed with great crispy bacon. Absolutely hit the mark & set us up for the day. Great price at under a fiver too!

They need to spend some time keeping this little place cleaner. We popped in to grab some hot sandwiches, were told they had no eggs. Grabbed premade sandwiches which we decent. However, all the tables were dirty. Chairs were everywhere, floor was sticky and messy.

Greggs is Greggs. It's fast food. They offer some healthy options. Really good coffee. What makes this one special is the staff. I patronized them several times over a 12 day stay in Earl's Court and the counter staff were always pleasant and helpful. Kudos!
