I've lived in London 25 years and grilled chicken, rice and salad is a staple in cafés. Went to Joseph's yesterday and had the best grilled chicken in living memory, as I said to the chef he couldn't have improved it if he tried. Love the feel of the place, not trying to be anything flash, and little touches like an ice cold glass of tap water really make the difference. I'd go out of my way to go here again, an absolute gem

not nice greasy, bones in the biriyani and the currys chicken was very overcooked overall not a good experience

Passed Charlotte's tonight but all closed up. Sign on the door says they are closed due to lack of gas but all the spirits have been cleared from the bar. Looks permanently closed.

The service at the restaurant was really slow and waiting time was quite long I think they need more staff to manage it all. Otherwise the food was great and was serviced pretty quick.

Never had a bad honest burger. Chiswick branch is always quick and good quality. Does not get as busy as central London ones - highly recommend
