We ordered samosas for a snack for the adults at a birthday party. Staff were super helpful and friendly on the phone, the samosas were so tasty - we even tried the pizza one - spicy but very good. Great service, reasonable prices and highly addictive food! Tip: over order as they’re going to go quickly!

This is a great place to satisfy your sweet and savory cravings. Everything on the menu is delicious, but I highly recommend trying their jalebi.

Nice food and service is very good. I ordered my diwali sweets and snack boxes ,it's on time thanks team Jay sweets.

I have pre-ordered dhokla yesterday for a party. When I went to collect them today, guess what. They said they sold them to the another customer. I confirmed that I am going to collect them at 4pm. I went earlier than 4pm and they still sold them. It spoil my party now and there was no apology, nothing. What kind of customer service is that. Please please be aware when order food, specifically for parties. I don't trust them anymore, these people can ruin your event. I have told my extened family and friends so they aware not to pre-order anything from here.

Disappointed that there was no Jalebi at Diwali time and and it's only 3:30 pm

The food is inconsistent. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. This is because it isn’t always fresh, even though when you ask they always say it is. I despise going here to buy anything because there is no such thing as service with smile. They treat you like they’re doing you a favour by selling you their food. Very unpleasant and moody staff. Particular who I believe is the owner (she is a lady who is often in front). I would highly recommend finding somewhere else to buy your snacks.

Purchased fafda jalebi and the fafda were stale. Definitely not cooked on the day but old. A couple of other people I know had the same experience. To add the purchase was a couple of weeks back on a Sunday.

Prices were reasonable. Quality of food was good.

I bought khandvi from your shop and when I reached home, I realised that it was spoilt and had a very very bad smell. I saw there were several other packets as well. I hope they were not sold. I expected you to take care of what you sell.

Tasty dhokla, had some daal vadas, and aloo vadas… jalebis etc. all good taste but stingy with the sauces…. Had to ask someone who just strolled in from the kitchen if he would serve… so he obliged!!

I stopped going to this shop because of their policy regarding Tamrind sauce. A year latter I piped in again earlier today bought 9 samosas, portion of mixed bajia and 6 pieces of dokra. Was given in their little plastic pots tamrind sauce filling barely a third of the little plastic pot. When I asked for more the server’s reply was “ what you are given is complimentary and if you want more, you have to buy” the prices are high enough for them to give out the sauce as part of the product sale. Also staff u trained as no idea of customer service. Will not be returning ever again Good bye.

I went into the shop a woman was serving probably in her late 40s she was miserable didn’t smile and did not even acknowledge me with any eye contact I wanted green chutney and a woman refuse to give me she said the chutney that was there is for a special order is this how you treat your customers when you buy gatia they should always be green chutney and sombharo, I have known the owner for some time and his customer service is deteriorating disgusting is my last point

My experiance was very is poor,let me remind you this not India !!here in the UK we treat our customers with respect as we are paying towards your success, i suggest you should consider this issue,

Cant go wrong with gujarati food. Only thing they need more variety of sauces. Always out of Green Chutney Otherwise they do so many varieties of Indian snacks and sweets.

We had a catering order of 65 plates of Punjabi Samosa, Dhokla, Milk cake and Jalebi to be collected in the morning at 7.30 am for a society day bus trip. All the items were very tasty, cooked perfectly and packed very well. I highly recommend the food items at Jay Sweet Mart. Thanks Shambhubhai Patel for the service.

I had bad experience there. Staff is very rud. They provide service good. Poor quality and no respect for customers. I would never go there anymore. Totally waste of money. Before buying anything think twice.

One the best Indian sweets & Savoury shop in Hounslow, I would recommend to everyone at least visit once you will visit you will definitely go again fresh snacks and delicious sweets.

Best Indian sweets store in London, Sweets are actually made in Ghee, always fresh & taste as you back home. It’s a small store run by a family & sweets made on site. Must try are Motichure Ladoo, Jalabi & mix vegetables samosas Negative’s are it’s located near traffic lights so have no parking, no delivery & avoid Khasta Kachori has almost no stuffing.

I would say one of the best sweet shop in Hounslow. We ordered Gujarati food (Undhiyu, Puri and sweets), I was surprised with the taste and feel as it is not that often you get to taste something similar to what we get back in India - It was Yummy! Also, other items from the shop we tried are genuinely authentic in taste. Special mention to the shop owner and staff as they are very welcoming and helpful.

I ordered samosas from here and whilst eating one I broke my tooth. This was because there was a metal staple in the samosa. Very disappointed and when I told them about it they said that there is no way that the staple was in there, even though I showed the guy and my whole family had witnessed and taken pictures of this. TS are looking in to this.

Great place for gujrati sweets and savoury

We go to this place quite often when we have guest around. Food is of a decent quality, plenty of variety and great great taste. Its not a restaurant ..... if you fancy Kachoris, Samosas, ghatias, bhajias.....then you wont be disappointed..... all veggie by the way. Pricing is very reasonable.

Food is always excellent as we normally get all our function food from Jays sweet mart. They do make sure that if we get them to cater for 100 people we always get more food left over thus allowing us to give doggy bags for people to take home. I understand that there might be kids running behind counter area but there that's commitment ensuring their family wont leave kids (home alone). This will be at weekends and school hols. And they are no trouble. Keep up the good work Jay Sweet Mart. They showed me the cooking area where they prepare the food and all the staff are hygene conscious, (wearing appropriate clothing for food preparation) and as per health and safety Your reputation is growing day by day, keep up the excellent work.
