Ordered peri chips qauter pounder burger with chips and loads of chicken thighs and legs and order came over an hour late chicken was rubbery and cold and plain the burger tasted undercooked and chips where cold I am going to be making sure I get a refund as was very ill from this food ended up getting food poisoning never again will be going there if it is the last place ever I want my £30 pound I spent on that absolute nasty meal

i ordered chicken strip burger and the size of chicken strip was 1/3 of the whole size very small. fries was very thin and felt uncooked same for the spicy wings.Everything felt cold

Recently the quality of the food has improved tremendously and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who lives around west London / Hounslow area, the chicken is juicy and freshly made and the wings are spectacular. 10/10 from me!

Rotten worst food served to me as takeaway I ordered lamb doner wrap, chicken fillet burger, chicken strip burger I saw one old man opening a plastic box and putting lamb doner on grill and within few mins he used that to make wrap, chicken fillet was rotten, for chicken strip he cut a rotten fillet into two pieces and packed it My house was far away else would have gone back to the restaurant and showed them. Had to bin all the food Please don't waste your money at this place Worst worst worst, a big shame to restaurant owner

This is our regular take away. We have been coming here for many years. The food is freshly cooked as soon as you order. The staff are friendly and always give excellent service. We regularly order the peri peri spicy grilled chicken wrap meal. It is absolutely delicious.

Me and my 2 friends came here for the first time and I was amazed at the service and the tastiness of the food. Chips were perfectly cooked and the wings were juicy and succulent. This deserves more recognition will definitely recommend to everyone around the Hounslow area

I use to go in this store their food use to be really good, last night ordered 2 grill burger fillet in there was thinner then a4 paper and was not even covering half of they burger basically we had 95% bun burger, friend and chicken wings were so salty looks like they get salt free to use, spent our £20 but had to go to different store to buy dinner, I went this store after over an year but I will not go there ever again no recommend

Good late night food. But the service needs some work. We watched our burger and wrap waiting to be served just because they gave our fries out to people that ordered after us so our food wasn’t so warm. Big disappointment

I would rather starve than order from here. The customer service is disgusting and the staff are rude. Not only was my order taking forever to ‘arrive’ it never came! The driver claims he called my number but there is nothing in my call log. He did NOT ring the door bell ONCE and then when I proceeded to call and ask where my food was I was told to take it up with just eat. Horrible experience will never order again

I got the order 1:15 mins after I ordered and it was cold I should the driver that it was cold he just told me to call the shop,and the driver couldn’t use maps I had to walk all the way to him where he parks his car and calling me, when I call the shop for late delivery and Cole food they blamed the driver for picking multiple orders.such stupid people.

I have been eating from roosters for 8+ years and only recently they have become extremely lazy with their service and their food. The wings are soggy and not fresh, the chips are RAW and soggy. They are literally white no shade of brown on them and they are completely raw and soggy and oily. The only good thing is their sauce which gets the 1 star. I am super disappointed because they were my go to fast food restaurant and now they have become rubbish.

I recently had awkward experience with roosters chicken and shocked to witness their staff and owner's behaviour towards their customers. Really poor service !!!!

Food was awful. You could tell the chicken wings had been sitting there for a very long time. They didn't even make a fresh batch of chips. Instead, they just put them back into the fryer to warm them up. Only good thing about the place was you can help your self to sauces. Avoid!

Bad customer service waited 10 mins for my food rude staff

The food is good however when I've ordered food it's taken over an hour to get to my house. Tonight for example my food was meant to arrive "estimated arrival" at 3:15. It's currently 4:30 and guess what it's still not here.

I went in and ordered 2 pieces of chicken with chips.The chicken wasn't crispy at all, very soggy coating and the chicken meat old looking, dry and a disgusting grey colour.I complained to an indifferent and monostyllabic bloke behind the jump and he just shrugged his shoulders.The place doesn't look too clean either.I woukd give it zero stars if possible.

Definitely economical and love the fact that they let you use their sauces! Fast food is all about the sauce. The only problem is they never pre-prepare the food when i call to order. They start preparing it after I arrive and pay, thus no point ordering on call.

This is the best fried chicken of any fast food shop in Hounslow-Isleworth. The manager at this location is the friendliest person and always makes sure the customer is first. Plus, the place is immaculately clean always.

Sorry but I have to review this place as I feel seriously annoyed and cheated. I just bought food from this place for family, about £35 on chicken chips popcorn chicken etc, but I was throughly disappointed in the food as was everyone else, so much so we’ve thrown more than half of it away. Firstly the chicken - freshly cooked so can’t say it’s old or anything as some have said, but boy was the chicken a waste of money! As you can see on other pics in this review page the chicken is first beige with a weird coating with no seasoning - not crispy, not tasty just disappointing. What is used in this weird coating? Then it seems that whatever seasoning they didn’t use on the chicken they put it all over their chips. Maybe their hand slipped when putting the salt on the chips, but I suppose they tried to make up for the lack of seasoning on the chicken lol. Finally I waited almost half an hour for the privilege of this -but fair enough they were busy so someone must enjoy their food - sorry to the owners but won’t be risking that again

Its very clean and tasty however the price could be a little cheaper , they keep increasing price since we are in corona times they abusing that increasing prices by almost double, to top it up before the sauce were free with food now you have to pay 0.40p for a tiny sauce..

What happened to the chicken burger! More bread than meat : ( The chaps behind the counter are polite and have good banter. Nice spicy wings and a good price. Wings meal deal is good. See menu photo. BUT what happened to the chicken burger? There's so little meat more bread and batter that it's just not worth the bucks. Free 30 minutes parking from the pay and display machine, hold down the green button for ticket.
