KFC remains true to itself with its chicken as effective and tasty as ever. However, I was a little disappointed with the fries, which lacked crispness and flavor, losing them a point. A good point for the toilets, which were quite clean, which is appreciated in this kind of place. Overall, a decent experience, but there are small details to improve.

Even though it is self service staff will treat you with big smile and they are very helpful.The Outlet is nice spacious and big. The Zinger box i order was fresh and tasty Burger was amazing fried chicken was exactly as i wanted good place to visit with friends and family mostly recommended

I do not have an issue with the delivery time, however, the person who delivered my order never rang our door bell and left our order on the step outside (I also live on a very busy main road) by the time I got downstairs the delivery driver was already gone. Worst delivery service I have ever received.

the colesaw was awful vinger over powering slaw mashed shredded to a good had to bin it. the chicken tenders were a nice bite a bit too salty though. the beef burger taste was perfect but cabbGe or lettuce kept slipping out of the bun. needed fresh onions. overall nope to getting any of it again.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about an unfortunate experience I had at your KFC branch Hounslow high street During my visit, I encountered a staff member named Madhu at the front customer service desk who exhibited extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. This incident has left me very upset and dissatisfied with the service provided.i hope she would be suitable to work in veterinary clinic for animals. I believe such behavior is unacceptable and does not align with the customer service standards I expect from KFC. I would suggest that such staff might be better suited to roles that do not involve direct customer interaction. I hope you will address this matter promptly to prevent such incidents in the future. Please let me know the actions taken regarding this complaint.

Definitely this branch own by any selfish desi, you can't use toilet until you paid for food, £30 order and they will give you two sachets of ketchup, mostly food is not hot or fresh, staff is kid of ok but restrictions from selfish branch owner are rubbish, you eat fried chicken and they will say sorry no wipes every time, please avoid this Asian owned store.

Arguably the best KFC I've been too for a while, I went for lunch. The place had plenty of seating. The food was very nice but the prices have increased since the last time, not by a huge amount though. The food was very nice and didn't take too long to prepare even though I ordered a custom burger with less spice. The toilets were very clean and nice but you need to inform a member of staff and purchase something if you want to use the toilets.

You expect KFC to have a good basic service. With all the sops and checks in place yet they serve you fried chicken without tissues without vipes and without sauces. Tissue and wipes should be mandatory items when serving chicken peices. They had removed tissues from the self service desk. Spending £10 for 1 person meal, Expensive for fast food. It's not cheap so wondering why they'd need to be stingy with tissues and sauces. Secondly they always serve the smallest wing peices in the pack of original chicken. I would suggest to remove it if you'd not get bigger ones. As it's very unfair for the price. There is no choice in the system to select the peices so you'd definitely recieve them as no body wants those so they have to force it in everytime.

Dare I say it but there are signs that KFC are getting decent again. Everyone liked it.
