Food was freezing cold. All packaging broken so the burger was all over the place. Awful won’t be ordering from this kfc again

I called restaurant about my order when its running late. Restaurant manager told me that rider already took your order but he didn’t start delivery.

Refused to come to the correct address after I explained the pin point location was wrong and was 1 minute away from my address that has been put down. Absolutely Furious and terrible communication.

Went to Bath road Heathrow KFC , where there was no electricity and neighter drive thru was operative, then i went to hounslow high street KFC where toilet were dirty and very junior age staff was there who didn’t had any expertise and prefer order through self check in.

We got two burgers with meals from kfc Hounslow one of are chicken burger was colder then are chips got a brand new one from the staff we saw them warming the chickens up in the microwave how disgusting won’t not eat there again someone need to look in to it

Pleasantly surprised. The new zinger ranch rice bowl is actually quite nice only downside is not much sauce (it’s only on the chicken) but otherwise it’s nice.

The chicken was half cooked with sticky batter and meat not cooked properly.

The chicken was dry cold and seemed as tough it should have been thrown in the bin, It was not fresh, it was like last night's leftovers had been reheated.

The staff has no sense of dealing with anyone, the staff has no good way of speaking to anyone and the staff remains in their attitude. An Uber driver asked the staff for a drink for himself, but the staff flatly refused because everyone can give the Uber driver a drink./I find the staff at KFC in Hayes End very nice.

delivery time kept changing then delivery took longer than normal and the food was cold.

This is approximately fiftieth time we ordered. All fine. No sweetcorn delivered, but we got coleslaw as substitute. That's ok .

I order from Just Eat all the time and have very few issues but todays order was stone cold when it arrived so as you can imagine I wasn’t happy, it was also around 20minutes later than it originally said it would be delivered when I ordered !!!

Delivery person was fantastic. Just Eat needs to let us tip drivers.

Driver was very polite and on time, no issues with him. However the actual food itself from the restaurant was luke warm at best…when your order 20 wings you’d atleast like them to be hot and not room temperature and soggy.

The food was supposed to arrive in maximum 25 minutes and it arrived 1 hour and 8 minutes after the order was placed, cold. The driver hadn’t checked the address, the instructions or how to get here properly, he was unapologetic about it on the chat

It's always the ones I give the tip to, when ordering, that mess up. I watched them on the map, going backwards and forwards on roads behind and then a few roads over to the right of me. Don't any of them have GPS? (sigh...)

The food was great. Only critique would be don’t put the drinks in the same bag as the food. The drinks are cold which made parts of the food cold.

The ambience at the restaurant is really very nice. Staff are friendly to the customers. Restaurant is always clean and hygiene

KFC remains true to itself with its chicken as effective and tasty as ever. However, I was a little disappointed with the fries, which lacked crispness and flavor, losing them a point. A good point for the toilets, which were quite clean, which is appreciated in this kind of place. Overall, a decent experience, but there are small details to improve.

I asked not give breast chicken but got more breast chicken pieces than thigh pieces. so did not have any breast pieces. what a waste!
