McDonald's in Hounslow

Really good for the family. Nice atmosphere. Can be a bit of a wait for the drinks service at busier times. Better to go the bar yourself.

Staff are super friendly. Especially Chaz and the other floor host with purple hair! I have to modify my burger due to requirements and they always get it right and sort my cutlery (as I have no bun lol).

Walked in and ordered, as I ordered a drink women came in started swearing and hassling a group of lads next to me. Where was security? Next the paper had run out and no receipt. Then when the girls handed me the food, no smile no "enjoy your meal or thank you". Seriously McDonalds do I have to pay extra for customer service? Train your team better. Terrible

Vile customer service from shift manager! I ordered breakfast meal with two hash browns asked for some ketchup she drops 1 in. I ask for another as I have 1 McMuffin and 2 hash browns the meal costing £8 she says “ 1 per meal” I reply well it isn’t enough for what I’ve ordered can I buy one” she huffs drops another ketchup in and says “ next time it’s one” I respond with “that’s not very good customer service” (referring to the attitude). She then she starts to loudly talk about me and the situation to a crew member when there are other customers in the lobby. I’m sorry this isn’t acceptable especially for a senior position. It’s an inexcusable amount of attitude towards a paying customer.

Not visited for a while. Me and my son had an early lunch. The food was good as it was hot! Last time I had visited, food was not too warm. We used the boards to place our order. We chose for a burger not to have mayo. Sadly it had mayo.... so that is the only criticism. Hence the 4 stars on service. We enjoyed our food and ate in.

It's McDonald's, it serves a purpose, food to standard. Service was a bit slower than I'd like but it was peak time. Atmosphere is a bit like the food, what you expect, plenty of Mum's shouting at kids that should have been in school and not the city center. If you want tasty authentic or high class food don't visit. If you need to get a cheeseburger for your nephew in Birmingham Children's as a treat and something to sustain you, you're fine

I go in every Tuesday and Wednesday after going to Let's Feed Brum.

Good place to eat but it always get people

Very busy, not many seats. Chicken nuggets were good and the fries were hot. Needed a good tidy, but the staff were run off their feet trying to keep up.

They need security to remove anti-social people quickly and those who are aggressive towards their staff. Plus, they lock the toilets and even the disabled toilet. It's a restaurant with eat in facility and hence by law needs to provide toilets and handwashing. They put notice to say - Out of order when really its to restrict access. I do empathise with them because people do abuse the facilities- like those living on the streets. But perhaps they need to adopt a receipt with a code ,so only those who have purchased can use the toilets. I also think the council should provide - pay for toilets in the city centre as was the case many years ago. Similarly in other shopping areas etc for the public. As you see so many men peeing around. It makes it as bad as a 3rd world country in terms of sanitation. Wake up Birmingham city Council.

Tasty food, quick, spacious + clean

Staff on till, was rude to a prior customer who was making a complaint. Slow in dealing with my order and didn't ask whether l wanted a toy or a book with the happy meal ordered. Staff stood around talking and held my order in their hand, whilst doing so. Even though l said l was taking my order to go. I had to request it to be put in a bag which was unusual for McDonald's. When l asked about the book l had requested a happy meal. The server asked the manager if they had added inside the box. To which the manager simply handed over a book to give to me. Both of the giving side looks and rolling there. The annoying thing was it clearly said box on my receipt. In terms of the food the burgers were dry. There was hardly any sauce and the toppings and and sauce on the happy meal was virtually nonexistent. I dread to think what would happen at a busier time as this was 11.15am. They seemed nonchalant at points and other times they didn't appear to be coping or enjoying their jobs at all. Not a great experience. Word to the wise McDonald's there are far too many other eateries to be accepting or poor customer service, or lack lustre food.

It's a quick fix at the end of the night out. Food hot and what you would expect from McDonald's.

Worst service! Ordered the so called McCrispy got a chicken with mayo on bread and tasteless fries. Where is the bacon and the cheese? Ordered the same 2 burgers and waited for half na hour for one of them only to receive a sad version of what I had actually ordered!!!

The cruel staff at Birmingham's McD's on Cherry St have upset me so much by harassing me every time I ask them for my favourite range of sauces, which I really enjoy with my non McD's meal. Every time I politely ask them for a sauce, I get a return flying question "Have you brought a meal?"!! Does it matter? It's a free sauce... well at the moment it is. And I'm sure the menu doesn't specify that you get a choice of a sauce that comes with your meal... so BooHooYoo 😜 💔 😭

Wanted to buy a quick snack to make my bike journey, and the security expected me to leave my bicycle unattended outside of the store in the middle of the city centre. Thumbs down for a franchise that does not support cyclists and people that doesn’t want to pollute.

Ordered table service. after an age i had to get up chase, was given cold coffee & food. Had to ask for fresh. The server didn't even acknowledge me let alone offer an apology.

On the whole not that good at all. Atmosphere in the restaurant made me feel uncomfortable. Staff I found to be very rude. Food was presented and put together very poorly. Drinks were only half filled.

When it comes to McDonald's you can rely that the food is going to be ok. Which is good when traveling as a safe option pretty much anywhere you are in the world. The floor staff when visited was Rita. She has been phenomenal and such a positive person. Making sure everyone was happy and everything was in order. The atmosphere was terrible. People were behaving worse than animals, people's children literally mopping the floor and screaming. Honestly Rita was the only ray of sunshine in that miserable hell hole. Most patient and positive person ever encountered in McDonald's. Promotion or a raise should be given.

Fast service but very busy and badly laid out waiting area at tills. September 24, little has changed but the restaurant was much quieter and service was fast.

Milk was off, fridge was shameful,,cleaners too involved with cleaning around diners whilst eating (before or after diner eats never during) Could do with a hands-on manager to take control. Didn't see 1.

The foremost service fault is non printing of receipts of self orderscreens. And lack of system that showing order to be collected but in real order doesn't arrived the staff says don't know. And the worst the staff said to tell your ordered things . How can person will remember each word of the ordered food . The error in printing is since from last week.

Much busiest place in grand central the Sitting area was okay but only on first floor. If you are lucky you definitely get the seat.

When assembling (putting together) an order which includes a milkshake should the McDonalds server A) carry on chatting crap to the person next to them? B) stare vacantly downwards checking their nails C) look at the order, engage brain for a split second and think… milkshake… straw? When all your job requires is for you to put some food in a bag, how can you possibly POSSIBLY get it wrong? If it’s too difficult to grasp, maybe consider cleaning jobs?

I got a call saying the driver was downstairs and when i arrived downstairs the driver was not there and it said my food was delivered which i didn’t receive it. My concierge also investigated it and it was delivered to me or the concierge. This is the first time this has happened and i am always complaining i think it is time i don’t use just eat again.

Loved my breakfast but it looked like I got short changed with my bread. Tried new ice creams, Skittles, Maltesers, Munches and Raspberry Ripple bought for the team, didn't last long so no pictures 😋

Good service despite being very busy

Nowhere to wash hands as the toilets were locked, and I was told the seating area was "closed" for some reason so I had to eat my food in the street. If I'd known this before ordering I'd have gone elsewhere.

Hi I ordered food cold and didn’t cook it how it should be

Awful. Didn't have food. Druggies in the toilets. Female toilets. Had the door kicked in whilst on the loo by a druggie who proceeded to scream and shout took my bag rummaged through it and threw it back. Obviously waited till I'd got on the loo to catch me in a vulnerable position. Can't comment on anything else but after that experience would not recommend. If I could give it a zero I would. Not a safe place.

I left a poster on a Friday night from the smashing pumpkins gig and returned the next day to see if it had been handed in and a blonde haired employee had kept it safe under the stairs in a janitor cupboard, I hope this gets back to her, THANK YOU!

The cafe makes a very pleasant impression: cleanliness, coziness, and a atmosphere create a comfortable environment for relaxation. The automated system provides receipts. On weekends there are more people here and the wait time for orders is a bit longer.

The ordering machines need replacing and the bins needed emptying more rapidly. Food was good but not the best McDonalds
