McDonald's in Hounslow

They need security to remove anti-social people quickly and those who are aggressive towards their staff. Plus, they lock the toilets and even the disabled toilet. It's a restaurant with eat in facility and hence by law needs to provide toilets and handwashing. They put notice to say - Out of order when really its to restrict access. I do empathise with them because people do abuse the facilities- like those living on the streets. But perhaps they need to adopt a receipt with a code ,so only those who have purchased can use the toilets. I also think the council should provide - pay for toilets in the city centre as was the case many years ago. Similarly in other shopping areas etc for the public. As you see so many men peeing around. It makes it as bad as a 3rd world country in terms of sanitation. Wake up Birmingham city Council.

Staff on till, was rude to a prior customer who was making a complaint. Slow in dealing with my order and didn't ask whether l wanted a toy or a book with the happy meal ordered. Staff stood around talking and held my order in their hand, whilst doing so. Even though l said l was taking my order to go. I had to request it to be put in a bag which was unusual for McDonald's. When l asked about the book l had requested a happy meal. The server asked the manager if they had added inside the box. To which the manager simply handed over a book to give to me. Both of the giving side looks and rolling there. The annoying thing was it clearly said box on my receipt. In terms of the food the burgers were dry. There was hardly any sauce and the toppings and and sauce on the happy meal was virtually nonexistent. I dread to think what would happen at a busier time as this was 11.15am. They seemed nonchalant at points and other times they didn't appear to be coping or enjoying their jobs at all. Not a great experience. Word to the wise McDonald's there are far too many other eateries to be accepting or poor customer service, or lack lustre food.

It's a quick fix at the end of the night out. Food hot and what you would expect from McDonald's.

Worst service! Ordered the so called McCrispy got a chicken with mayo on bread and tasteless fries. Where is the bacon and the cheese? Ordered the same 2 burgers and waited for half na hour for one of them only to receive a sad version of what I had actually ordered!!!

The cruel staff at Birmingham's McD's on Cherry St have upset me so much by harassing me every time I ask them for my favourite range of sauces, which I really enjoy with my non McD's meal. Every time I politely ask them for a sauce, I get a return flying question "Have you brought a meal?"!! Does it matter? It's a free sauce... well at the moment it is. And I'm sure the menu doesn't specify that you get a choice of a sauce that comes with your meal... so BooHooYoo 😜 💔 😭

It's very crowded place during weekend but still they process the order very fast. overall a good experience.

Wanted to buy a quick snack to make my bike journey, and the security expected me to leave my bicycle unattended outside of the store in the middle of the city centre. Thumbs down for a franchise that does not support cyclists and people that doesn’t want to pollute.

The wrong dring arrived. The delivery driver wasted time going to.tje car entrance instead of the residential entrance.

Ordered table service. after an age i had to get up chase, was given cold coffee & food. Had to ask for fresh. The server didn't even acknowledge me let alone offer an apology.

On the whole not that good at all. Atmosphere in the restaurant made me feel uncomfortable. Staff I found to be very rude. Food was presented and put together very poorly. Drinks were only half filled.

When it comes to McDonald's you can rely that the food is going to be ok. Which is good when traveling as a safe option pretty much anywhere you are in the world. The floor staff when visited was Rita. She has been phenomenal and such a positive person. Making sure everyone was happy and everything was in order. The atmosphere was terrible. People were behaving worse than animals, people's children literally mopping the floor and screaming. Honestly Rita was the only ray of sunshine in that miserable hell hole. Most patient and positive person ever encountered in McDonald's. Promotion or a raise should be given.

Fast service but very busy and badly laid out waiting area at tills. September 24, little has changed but the restaurant was much quieter and service was fast.

Milk was off, fridge was shameful,,cleaners too involved with cleaning around diners whilst eating (before or after diner eats never during) Could do with a hands-on manager to take control. Didn't see 1.

Food lovely and hot nuce staff. Only thing that spoils it is the gangs of uber eats or delivery eople hanging around the doors. Feels very un inviting.

The foremost service fault is non printing of receipts of self orderscreens. And lack of system that showing order to be collected but in real order doesn't arrived the staff says don't know. And the worst the staff said to tell your ordered things . How can person will remember each word of the ordered food . The error in printing is since from last week.

Much busiest place in grand central the Sitting area was okay but only on first floor. If you are lucky you definitely get the seat.

The food was good service for slow as there were so many people. system everyone's scattered around so when your number is called sometimes you can hear it if you miss it then your food is put on one side

When assembling (putting together) an order which includes a milkshake should the McDonalds server A) carry on chatting crap to the person next to them? B) stare vacantly downwards checking their nails C) look at the order, engage brain for a split second and think… milkshake… straw? When all your job requires is for you to put some food in a bag, how can you possibly POSSIBLY get it wrong? If it’s too difficult to grasp, maybe consider cleaning jobs?

I got a call saying the driver was downstairs and when i arrived downstairs the driver was not there and it said my food was delivered which i didn’t receive it. My concierge also investigated it and it was delivered to me or the concierge. This is the first time this has happened and i am always complaining i think it is time i don’t use just eat again.

Loved my breakfast but it looked like I got short changed with my bread. Tried new ice creams, Skittles, Maltesers, Munches and Raspberry Ripple bought for the team, didn't last long so no pictures 😋

Good service despite being very busy

Nowhere to wash hands as the toilets were locked, and I was told the seating area was "closed" for some reason so I had to eat my food in the street. If I'd known this before ordering I'd have gone elsewhere.

Awful. Didn't have food. Druggies in the toilets. Female toilets. Had the door kicked in whilst on the loo by a druggie who proceeded to scream and shout took my bag rummaged through it and threw it back. Obviously waited till I'd got on the loo to catch me in a vulnerable position. Can't comment on anything else but after that experience would not recommend. If I could give it a zero I would. Not a safe place.

I left a poster on a Friday night from the smashing pumpkins gig and returned the next day to see if it had been handed in and a blonde haired employee had kept it safe under the stairs in a janitor cupboard, I hope this gets back to her, THANK YOU!

The cafe makes a very pleasant impression: cleanliness, coziness, and a atmosphere create a comfortable environment for relaxation. The automated system provides receipts. On weekends there are more people here and the wait time for orders is a bit longer.

The ordering machines need replacing and the bins needed emptying more rapidly. Food was good but not the best McDonalds

I had a mc crispy meal missing. Sauces missing and a bottle of water missing. I would like to discuss with the restaurant a partial refund for some of the food that was missing. It was too late for me to contact last night.

Have used this place twice recently, First time the machine didn't print a receipt so anyone could have taken my order. Second time the machine took my order but told me to pay at the collection counter. Staff just ignored me and said I hadn't placed an order and after a long wait, agreed to take my order again.

Absolute rubbish. Ordered food through the app, chose "serve at the table" as delivery option. Sat at the table, waiting for my breakfast and security guy telling me that I can't sit there. I refuse to move. Manager rolled the sleeves up and came to sort things, demanded to move, saying I can't sit there🤦🏻‍♂️ Why are you offering option to be served at the table if I'm not allowed to sit there? That was the last time I had my breakfast there. Someone should get sacked, in my opinion.

It's just a maccys but it's constantly got homeless and occasional drug abusers around it making it really uncomfortable to go into. I walk past it every day to get to work.

I recently visited this McDonald’s outlet and was let down by the service. My order was incomplete, missing the Veggie Deluxe which I had ordered for a vegetarian friend. This oversight is particularly concerning as it indicates a lack of attention to customer preferences. The remaining items were satisfactory, but not exceptional. Furthermore, the absence of a direct line to address complaints compounds the issue. Overall, my experience with this brand, which I find to be overrated, was underwhelming.

Forget half my order I’m confused on why as it was a small order and Didn’t get what I ordered at all!! Honestly usually really good however was not worth my money.
