Hanworth Kebab in Hounslow

These guys package the food really well, which not only shows how much they care about what they do, but means it still turns up nicely hot. It’s fresh, good quality and tastes lovely. Their portion sizes are huge and they do the best wraps I’ve ever had from a kebab house. They’re now our go-to for a kebab 👌🏻

Staff are very rude, unhelpful. At least 3 times they have put chilli sauce in my wrap when the last two times I have spelled it out that I want SWEET CHILLI. I called to explain and tehy basically didn't care. Il never go back there again. Lots of kebab houses to choose from in the area, avoid this one.

I specified no tomato on my kebab, but I got it . I asked for extra chilli sauce and didn’t get it. Seriously what’s the point. It arrived as if I was straight out a freezer into the bargain

😋 Really enjoyed the kebabs from this place had a chicken shish in a pita and one chicken doner in a wrap, the salad was fresh and generous. The only reason it’s not five stars is that the salad had made the pita soggy by the time it arrived. Order arrrived on time.

The quantity of doner is less of what They charge is huge amount for a doner if its large then give it large They try fill your box with salad They have attitude issues bcoz there is no other compiteter

Food was good. But had to wait for long to get my order as they were prioritizing the online orders which isn't fair. Chicken sheesh was good.

the kebab was really bad. all the small bits that went into the pot and very greasy.the chips where reheated and soggy. the bread was like carboard we wont be eating here again. it was disgusting.the worst i had

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at all. I received frozen rice with my meal, and when I pointed out that the rice was not fresh and questioned why frozen rice was served, I was told that they never claimed it wasn't frozen. I explained that everything on the menu should be fresh, as it's not healthy to serve frozen rice, especially when it's supposed to be a fresh component of the meal. The staff's response was rude and unhelpful. I was disappointed by both the quality of the food and the customer service.

I just ordered it from the delivery the chicken grill burger The brig of the badger was so hard and it looks like Expire and the chicken was uncooked. There was so much salad and sauce inside the burger and the bread was melted but the chicken it was absolutely absolutely absolutely absolutely awful.

Lamb shish ordered. Lamb shish slaughtered. Meat overdone. Salad dreary. Chilli sauce more water than sauce. Chillies were like plastic. Bread ok. I nearly ate the recyclable container.

For the 1st time me and my wife visited and I must say it will NOT be the last absolutely brilliant and the food ten out of ten

Just ordered at 12.30am I am surprised at how good the lamb doner was and how well it was packaged with fully recyclable containers. I would have a photo but it was so good that there's nothing left

If there was such a thing as “Kebab-Factor” I would press my golden buzzer for this place … my new favourite!! Food was lovely and well packaged and even complimentary cleansing towels …. Never seen anything quite so good !!!

Clean and delicious food, nice people ,I have been a long-time customer and have never had a bad experience with them. They are recommended....+++++

Table was dirty , they never cleaned after we sat down too . They gave me pitta bread , placed it on serviettes on the dirty table , preferred a plate or another container for my boiled rice . Accidentally left my coat the manager rushed of the phone after me calling just after 10.30pm. Luckily they held my coat I picked it up the following evening.

mixed review with this one, ordered a medium lamb donner and chips with salad £ 10.40 lamb meat and chilli sauce was nice, razor thin which i like, chips were very soggy, salad was small and the pitta was wrapped separately , so when i got it home it was a bit of DIY to put it together, prefer the meat to soak through to the pitta (maybe that is just my preference) and just like to open it up and eat it. to much packaging (over the top), you would of thought it was a bag for a family meal. won't be using this place again for one main reason, the man serving was unbelievable rude, when I ordered he turned his back to me without a response and i thought did he understand what i said, apparently he did as i got what i asked for, he was very abrupt and unfriendly. he shouldn't be front of house as he obviously has a attitude problem and its the worst service ever. the 2 stars is literally for the donner meat. used to be a great takeaway. disappointing!

The processed meat in the doner meat didn’t look okay. Staff didn’t look comfortable when I asked questions. They even misled me in my order and charged more. Terrible customer service, not recommended.

Would give 0 stars if possible, half of the kebabs were burnt and no pita breads. I called them to complain and they were very rude saying ‘well we can’t do nothing about it now’ and hung up the phone.

Food wasn’t very good, kebab was full of chicken skin and fat, we just throw away half of kebab. Portions are quite big, one large kebab is enough for two people. Never come back to that place.

Its a takeaway shop. Lovely food and generous portions. They seal wrap the food. You can see the automatic donor kebab cutters in action. They have a joint fish and chips shop which only serves halal food, so no issue with oil as is the case with normal fish and chips shops.

2nd time horrible experience at this place. When you order online, it gives you options to choose the salad. You think you have selected the salad with chips! But they don't even bother to tell you that they do not give the salad with chips. Just the chips! Atleast should have the decency to tell you that as order is online the salad is not included! Last time also in person it was a struggle to get salad with chips! Why is it that difficult? Surely salad is not just supposed to be with meat? If one is advised paying extra for salad isn't a pain. Its a pain to find out when you reach home to find out how you have been deceived! Pathetic service unfortunately.

Excellent portion size and meat was very tasty, the chips could’ve been slightly more cooked but overall was very good, ordered on deliveroo and even with rider delays food came very hot, will definitely order again.

One of the worst kebab house in the area, ordered food only to be told they didn’t have the order and I must have ordered somewhere else, asked if the number I called is there’s (staff replied back that he doesn’t know the f%#$ number) I called the number, it rang in front of them.. thank you very much I’ll take my money to somewhere else I’m not here to argue for food

We asked for a mix kebab the chicken wasn't kebabed was cooked over cooked. The lamb only 3 peaces of lamb. The worst kebab I ever ate.

Rude little Turkish man behind the counter, never had an issue with him before but completely messed up my order and after having to go back twice for his mistakes got all moody because I asked for a full refund... This is the best kebab shop in Feltham and hanworth..the portions are large and the taste is mouth watering. Highly recommend. Their prices are reasonable also.

I went with My Mother to buy Turkish doner kebab for dinner. The staff welcomed us nicely with a friendly smile. When we got home, the kebabs were nice and fresh and tasty. Also, the salad was decorated beautifully and the packaging was professional. The boys from Turkey are doing a wonderful job by serving the community with their "Turkish delights"- Well done!👍

Amazing burger and excellent customer services

My first time going here after reading so many positive reviews but had to be one of the worst kebabs I have ever tried! I got a donner kebab, the meat tasted rubbery and undercooked and had to be one of the worst quality kebabs I have tasted. I would personally avoid this place!

AVOID. I GOT A CHICKEN BURGER. IT WAS HORRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND AVOID.

Half our meal was missing and they were not helpful in solving this problem.

Had eaten here a couple of times now but the food today was poor. Too saly and the taste was bad, I think I have drunk 2 ltrs of water and the taste of the meat is still lingering. I don't think I will be eating here anymore.

Absolutely the best kebab i have ever tried, never fails to disappoint. Always fresh food and super clean. Top quality service and even creative with their packaging compared to your ordinary kebab shop. Definitely recommend.

Think this is s great kebab house. We are vegetarians and their veggie kebab and grilled Halloumi are excellent. Fast and pleasant service and very good value. Highly recommend.

Just gone through the reviews and I'm really wondering how do some people have these terrible experiences...For years we are getting food from this shop, at least once a month. Never had any problem...Nice, hot and tasty food, and FYI complainers, the staff there is not your friend to kiss you around...they are normal, never experienced anyone to be rude 🤔
