Really lovely community cafe, with very friendly staff and nice food options.

This place has seriously gone downhill. Most of all the staff are RUDE RUDE RUDE. There’s so much more options now. People of Hounslow take a walk along Stains Road new place Chaat & Go is good. Staff amazing and great service. It’s a small take-away only place but I prefer it head over heels over Thakkers.

Second time ordering from chicken cottage hounslow east, and I can only say I am impressed. One of the only food places in hounslow that makes sure the food arrives piping hot. Fresh and tasty, the grilled chicken wraps are amazing, perfectly cooked chicken super tasty. Will definately be ordering more often appreciate the effort put in!

Warning! Tonight I ordered a pizza for delivery, they appear to have taken my money and the pizza didn’t arrive. I tried calling but it went to voicemail.

Be warned when ordering donor meat and chips. They’ll fill the box with 70% salad and 30% Meat and chips. I complained and he said that’s the portion ratio they give. Eventually he felt by giving me a free bottle of Ayran I would just keep quiet. Will never visit again

Great change from hotel cuisine. Was suggested the Chicken Katsu Bento Box by the lady serving and what a dish, tasty and filling and came with miso soup , all washed down with refreshing Green tea. Give it a go and support local, you won’t be disappointed

Thursday September 26th, 2024 8pm The service we received was so good we’ll be going back every time my sisters visits from Dubai and we’ll definitely recommend going there. Parking: right outside and free at the time of our visit. It wasn’t busy in-house at the time but there was a steady stream of uber orders going out the door. We were so warmly welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. We ordered 3 dishes and they gave us the option to dull it down fearing it would be too spicy: We kept it spicy! We also fancied Chiya which was not on their menu. They went out of their way to get it sorted for us. The prices were very reasonable and the food was outstanding. It was as great as my grandmothers’ home cooking. This was high quality home cooked food very friendly service. We didn’t stop talking about how good it was for a couple of days. It really was the best restaurant experience the three of us have had in years. Thank you.

La comida tiene un sabor fantástico, auténtico y lleno de sabor, al igual que los platos que se encuentran en Asia. Cada bocado fue rico y satisfactorio, con un equilibrio perfecto de condimento y textura. Está claro que se necesita mucho cuidado en la preparación. Realmente disfrutamos de nuestra visita, el anfitrión explicó el menú y tuvo una velada encantadora. Teníamos el Baba Ghanouj, Arayes como el Mezze de arranque, y el Cordero Shawarma y el Cordero Kofta. Teníamos una botella de vino tinto Massaya Classic del Líbano. Gran valor y servicio realmente amable.

Very disappointed with my order, first time I’ve ordered here & don’t think I will be again. I ordered a set menu for £29.99, I ordered thin base, well I wasn’t expecting it to be so thin it was like eating cardboard, it wasn’t very nice at all, it ruined our family get together as it was actually inedible. So no I won’t be purchasing again

Before the food the quality and the quantity was great but now the quantity is small, please keep the Same when you started this restaurant. I am a regular customer here and I come here very often .
