My favourite for last few weeks, I love it

This is my regular Chinese spot not only is the food scrummy but I will never forget the day I turned up to pick up my food and had a bit of a cold, the sweet lady serving went out the back and bought me an orange to take home to eat to help me get my vitamins up. So sweet!

Best Chinese in London. Delicious food and extremely friendly staff!

Food is very delicious and always fresh here. The people working there is very kind and polite. Excellent Delivery service, never got my food delayed.

Lemon chicken wats just poorly made. Why was my lemon chicken doused with lemon like a soup? It should’ve been crispy, no it was just wet and soggy. Should’ve been put with normal lemon, not a thick gooey sour sauce.

This food isn’t even 1 star. It’s disgusting inedible food. Me and my family ordered £50+ food and none of us could eat it. There was so much colouring in the food. It was disgusting the pork tasted like it had been reheated multiple times. We then called up and explained the food was inedible and the Resturant were so rude and basically said we can’t help you. They didn’t even offer to give us a discount or refund or even apologise. We threw the food away that’s how bad it was. Honestly it was awful. DO NOT GET FOOD FROM HERE. If you do you might aswell throw your money away.

I love this food, has so lovely taste. It’s always fresh and taste recently cooked! The people who work there are very kind and I moved away but still I drive miles to get this food and service! Thank you for being so professional and kind for over 6 years that I know you.

Ordered for the first time online. Only 10 minutes late with my order but the food was hot and very nice.

Best crispy noodles that we ever had, good portion of meal, amazing foods selection and a very friendly owner. We take away/delivery from Phoenix averagely once a week, our favourite local Chinese take away for many years!

Bit disappointing, quite small portion of duck, all the sauces were extremely watery and the prawn crackers were stale:(

I found this Chinese restaurant by accident today, but the food surprised me. It is the best Chinese food I have ever had, and I will order again next time I pass there.

Ordered noodles - ended up with BURNT ones with sea creatures in it that was not what I ordered. Noodles ended up a congealed mass that went in bin cos the grey sloppy ?mussels? were off putting to pull out and the noodles tasted gross burnt Not returning . Was nice 2 years ago.

Ordered the seafood chow mein when it arrived it had 1 prawn 2 mussels and a piece of rubber squid this cost £7 its a joke never recommend or use again

Have been getting my Chinese takeaway here for some years now. Love the food and I’m more than happy with the portions and delivery times. I felt compelled to write this review as I noticed a couple of negative reviews which I cannot agree with whatsoever. Try them for yourself, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed

I am soooo glad that they have reopened. I have missed them. I have been using Phoenix for quite some time now and I won’t ever go to any other Chinese place. Food is very scrumptious. Each to their own, but I love the Chinese from Phoenix

Nice food order a lot from this place , gone downhill, staff rude and shout at you if you complain about their service. No longer nice food.

Absolutely disappointed with the food today. Ordered my food waited for delivery over an hour when I called them they said another 30mins before I could have my food. I asked if I collect how long would it be then collected my food to be disappointed again to cold and awful burnt over cooked food...and to think is is the local... When we rung them they tried to say it was our fault...Will be looking for a new Chinese takeaway and wouldn't recommend anyone to go to them..

I have been using Phoenix for quite some time. Honestly is he best Chinese food that I have had. Lovely staff and very good quality food. They also use Just Eat so you can have your food delivered to your door and you can monitor your delivery via the app. Recommended!

Absolutely shocking service. Over 2 and a half hours wait for food and still waiting! Was offered a 10% discount on next order, do you really think I will be using again?! One star is too good a rating for this restaurant, if I could have put lower I would. Avoid!!!! Should be closed down!!!

I placed an order they told me it will be 45mins, an hour and a half later food wasn't here. They forgot to place the order and told me I could only get my money back after 11pm or in 3-5 days as I paid by card. Would not recommend.
