Always our favourite Chinese in Feltham

The food was great! - but quite small portions (not shareable). Staff was dismissive and was obsessed with answering the phone and not the in person customers. No soy sauce, and for reference this is a Chinese Take Out - very sad. On a lighter note, the food kept very warm and hot on the ride home (10 min).

I don’t eat other meats except fish/seafood and when I call I inform them and they never got my order wrong even once, it’s unfortunate that some customers have experienced issues with their orders, I have a feeling that the kitchen and staff were overwhelmed because I know that they get very busy sometimes or it’s just human error but If we cannot forgive or tolerate human error then robots will be doing everything and they’re already here taking our job and they’ll take over everything else that has to do with us and it will be of our own doing. I’ve known Fooks House for many years and always consider them 1st when ordering a takeaway or wanting a delivery because they’re friendly, tailor my order to my specific needs, affordable, speedy, healthy to some extent: vegetables are available and tasty too. 😋 Fooks House - keep up the good work of serving good food at an affordable price . I appreciate you 🙏

Was all nice until bitting into a chicken ball that was raw through the middle pink chicken!! After eating a couple without noticing I'm now hoping I don't get food poisoning as pregnant!! Very disappointed

Amazing food, great customer service. Girl behind the counter was very sweet and helped me with some confusion about different dishes. Can tell they use good quality meat and then banana fritters to end things off was just amazing. 11/10 would reccomend.

Normally really nice but burn this time

Worst place ever, bought £30 worth of food and also paid for delivery. One of the orders came with prawns which I’m allergic to and told the lady on the phone especially. When I call to let them know I was shouted at and was told that it was my fault for not reminding them a few more times as I was placing the order. Was told that I need to come back and give the food and told me if I have eaten the actual order I will get nothing. I reminded the woman that I am allergic to the prawns I have not touched it. She kept on yelling telling me it’s my fault and told me that she will send me the order and keep the old food ready for collection again reminding me that I will not get the new order if I have eaten it. Kept screaming and it went on for about 5 min. The guy came and gave me my new order and took the old one away. To be honest I did not eat it and went straight to the bin as I was scared that they might have done something with the food. The woman is a miserable, unhelpful, and a disgusting business owner as you don’t treat customers this way. If I’m not wrong she is Malaysian, and Malaysian’s are the best and most hospitable people you can meet but this woman and her establishment is the worst place you can get food from. Malaysian’s have the slogan we follow which is Malaysia Boleh( Malaysia can) but this woman completely went the opposite route of that. I have to say again I have never met a business owner who is so rude and argumentative over a blunder they have made. Never ever ever ever again I will order from this place and I advise people the same.

Fantastic meal, made with real ingredients, I mean no artificial tasters, what is hot and spicy that is a real chili, the noodles made from real eggs and flour, the chicken is from the best part of chicken properly made! The best!

I've not even tasted the food yet but I've just spent £29 on a takeaway which left me £1 change, I asked how much it was for a can of coke, the lady behind the counter told me it was £1.10 (extortionate for 1 can) I showed her the £1 coin and she simply said 'have you got another 10p?' I told her I didn't and she just shrugged her shoulders !! QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Definitely NOT ordering from here in the future.

Best Chinese takeaway for miles

Half my order was wrong and when I phoned to say to them to come change it they said that was what I ordered the main thing is that I ordered was pancakes and they give me spring rolls when I’m allergic to them no apology nothing

Food at Fooks house is good but we didn't get any cutlery or chop sticks.reasonable prices.

I mean the food preety good and not too expensive but when I ask them to deliver, every single time they argue saying 'ahh you come collect, ten minute if you collect but 2 hour delivery' and when I say no no its fine I'll wait they say 'ahh but you only round corner, much quicker if you collect' and it just goes on and on like that every single time and they don't want to do you any favours if you want to replace something that comes with a dish with something that costs the same price they will charge you full price and not give you thing you wanted to swap it for, I've had the trouble with things like a few times, but I do still go there fairly often, hence the 4 stars, apart from the duck dishes(crispy duck I've never tried cause duck in plum sauce was inedible) all the food is really nice, as long as you done mind collecting or waiting hours for delivery, and don't want them to let you change the way the food comes without paying extra :p

Great food! Not the cheapest, but it is great value as the food is good quality. Currently 5* food hygiene rated. What more could you want? Will definitely be back.

Do your self a favour and dont go to this resturant ive had a couple of bad experiences in the past but my order there was £22 worth of food i ask if they would let of 9p until next time for a bag of prawn crackers (most resturants are free) to which they replied no and laughed They will not be seeing me again

Great food, friendly service, good value for money.

I've been a customer for a few years and rate the quality of the food they offer as excellent! A wide menu to choose from that if requested will cater for allergies or medical conditions! I highly recommend a visit!!

The chips from here are awful. They are very dry and very over cooked, I believe that they are frozen chips and they definitely are not proper chip shop chips. The Chinese food is good from here but the (English) food (as they put it) is not good at all. Chicken is very dry and again very over cooked. Will be going elsewhere in future for proper chip shop chips.

This place is my favourite I love everything on the menu here, plus it's halal, EVERYTHING HERE TASTES LIKE HEVAN!

Me and my friends we ordered the rice and noodles. They delivered the wrong food. When we called & informed them about wrong food delivery. Lady to whom we spoke was soooooo rude, first she said they did not delivered the wrong food & then she was like if you think we delivered the wrong food come & get another packet of noodles we are not coming to deliver as we did not give wrong food... very very rude people who doesn't want to accept their mistake... will never ever order again they spoil my b'day evening
