I Had an amazing time with my friends today! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was fantastic. The way they treat customers is just so cute. The Indian spices were perfectly balanced, making everything super yummy and tasty. Highly recommend people come and visit this place. You won't be disappointed! 🍛🍴

Place looks good from outside. Went for dinner with my family.. on friday 7th Feb 2025. There were total of 2 Girls and 1 Boy serving. The boy was yawning while taking order. As it was almost 10pm, requested Plain Popoddums chicken tikka (Mild) and Plain Egg rice (No Spice at all) for my son who was hungry and sleepy..! Got it almost after 20min and repeated request. The Plain Egg rice received was with chilli flakes ..!(Picks attached) They replaced it but was too late and my son had to eat Popoddum and on plain dry naan before he fell asleep..! Also ordered Mild Gobi Manchurian but received extremely spicy dish..! Also ordered saag Paneer and received a dish with cheese mixed in it..! Saag Paneer with Grated cheese..? Not sure where is this from..? (Strings seen in Pic attached)..! Servers also confirmed that grated cheese was added by Cheif..! Extremely disappointed and angry as my son and family could not have even half of what was ordered - first due to extreme delay.., second extremely spicy.. and strange food preparation..! Hope they keep a manager at all times to keep an eye on the fresh fully awake staff and specially on the Cheif who has obsession of making dishes with extreme spice/chilli/chilli flakes and cheese in Saag Paneer dish..!

Went there for a dinner with my wife. Khalid the young guy suggested us Ponugullu and Kodi vepudu which was mouth watering and a must try dish of this restaurant. He was very helpful and we overall enjoyed our dinner. Thank you and will come again.

The mini breakfast is excellent. It includes a delicious spread of chutneys, sambar, their in house podi, Mysore Bonda, xdosa, vada, idle, poori alu and a cup of tea. Excellent service by staff and all in all a totally satisfactory dine in experience.

Food was awesome and tasty, got real taste of Hyderabad. Never had food like this in London before. Ask chef to make some special snacks he made Crispy Corn which was amazing taste 10/10 for that. Special recommendation if you go there.

Came here for my birthday and the staff were very nice. Hari/Harry was extremely helpful and so were the other staff. The food was delicious as well - definitely recommend the butter chicken

I recently visited the restaurant and had the pleasure of trying the authentic Natukodi Curry. The flavors were absolutely exceptional, and it was a true delight to experience traditional Indian cuisine again after a long time. Additionally, the service provided by Hari was outstanding, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Good food, great prices good location easy parking and cheap as well. Great tasty dosa's and nice and desert. Worm place as well, its zero degree outside. Polite and professional professional staff. 100% recommend.

Ordered combo breakfast, Idly Poori Bonda Vada all of them were delicious but the chutneys are served directly from fridge and not tasty. Poori is not served with aloo stuff, Sambar looks like water and Dosa batter is not good enough. Need improvement on sides Ambience is attractive and staff was friendly..

We went here for a family lunch, food wasn’t great, flavours in everything including North Indian dishes such as chicken tikka, seekh kebab and chicken biryani is actually cooked South Indian bases/tadka - additionally service is actually quite poor, food took too long to arrive and naans arrived 10 minutes after our actual food so it had gone cold

Chicken biriyani is over priced compared to other restaurants in Hounslow and London. Chicken curry is recommended dish

The Quantity of the Spl Chicken Biryani provided is Very Very low, Dam Low, A small take away box was provided that contains Chicken 8 to 9 chicken pieces, Boiled egg and remaining small quantity of biryani rice. The biryani rice is not at all sufficient even for the 8 year kid. imagine how it will suffice for an Adult, Please modify the take away box you are providing and increase the size to add more biryani rice or else no one wants to buy spl chicken biryani from your shop with this quantity you are providing and the charges you are taking 12.99 pounds for 1 Spl chicken biryani. I'm from BZA Vijayawada, I ordered 3 SPL Chicken Biryani's yesterday and spent 38.97. Taste is very good but the quantity is way far less for the worth of the price you are charging. I know this is uk and not BZA :-) , This is my genuine feedback.

This restaurant has a high rating, even by Indians. But let me honestly say, by judging this restaurant based on food I've had in India, this restaurant's food is mediocre at best. - kadhai paneer tasted like rubber, and its gravy was not at all delicious - dosa was not big enough - the sambhar with the dosa was way too pulpy - the other chutney with the dosa was just inedible - the prices for all of the above were way too high I would absolutely give this restaurant a miss unless I'm super hungry.

We two people visited for lunch, tried boti fry, beja fry and 2 butter naans, natukodi and gare and white rice, and bill is around £39. Food is not worth for the money at all. Boti (goat intestine) fry is disgusting which they didn’t clean properly, bitter taste,over cooked and too salty. Bheja (goat brain) fry is good and creamy, which is only item worth the money. Naatu kodi (country chicken) and gare , feels like that chicken is about to go off, but gravy is ok. Service is not that great, they don’t know what food is available in the kitchen, some of the items are not available as mentioned on the menu. waiting time for food is so long each item taking 20-30 minutes and it is not that busy. Overall something wrong with the food , we both had diarrhoea, and our stomach got upset badly. Sorry ,over all not worth it, not recommended!

Nice and cozy restaurant. Parking 100 meters behind the hotel is very convenient. The NH special Dosa is outstanding. The service is good and the food is truly authentic…. I have not had a Dosa without a coconut chutney for a long time. It was the peanut chutney here which was yummy!

Order was placed at 11:13 it took too long ..now its 12:25 plus 1 item Gobi manchurian is missing

Terrible day yesterday! £140 was useless! Over rated and over hyped. My friends ordered Chicken Biriyani and it was White Jeera chicken rice. No flavor whatsoever. The Mirchi ka Salan was undercooked and could smell Raw. The Chilli Bhajji is fine and Atmosphere is fine. I had great hopes but disappointed and 3 of the 6 who were there yesterday are having stomach upset! First and last time and a Big Namaste to you Namaste Honslow!!!!!

I recently visited Namasthe Hounslow, and I had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, with the staff being attentive and professional. We asked for recommendations from one of the staff and had a beautiful meal. Lovely atmosphere and the food was exquisite.

I don’t know what is wrong with nameste Hounslow on 16th November we ordered gobi 65 the quantity was very very less no even to the half of the box. Before we ordered lots of time we used to get full sizer ….and on 17th November we ordered Mysore bonda which was too oily and not even fired properly in the oil …!!! Y the quality and quantity is reduced and decreased???

One of the best South Indian restaurant I have been in London. Food is amazing, It tastes authentic South Indian and great ambience to enjoy it. Customer service is great. Especially Customer Host Harivender who works on the floor is amazing host, she is very friendly. Overall my experience in this restaurant is top notch. Highly recommended.

I called to say about the undercooked dosa. He didn't even say a sorry. Or take my review on the food . My friend had diarrhea cause he didn't know it was undercooked,I tasted it and i could taste the floury taste. Do better cause once we order online we can't change it or send back. Management left an answer saying I didn't order anything, surprisingly deliveroo has receipts. So please by end of day a bad review is when you need Todo betta.

Went there on Sunday 20/10 morning the staff was not friendly and welcoming and didn't get a chance to try their menu. I suggest the management employs someone more professional in the sense of customer service.

Parking was an issue it was not straight forward as stimulated in online. The food was horrible , I ordered Mitton and chicken briyani was full of bones. The customer service was extremely poor, I was eating and in the middle of eating I and my daughter were told to move from the table and go seat somewhere else. They needed the table for other guest. I said no because we are eating a spicy food and in the middle of eating. lastly the food was bland and all I can taste was pepper and bones. Even my 9 years daughter said mum I don't want to come back again because we were been rushed put of the place.

Amazing experience at Namasthe Hounslow, we tried Punugulu, Chicken spring roll, masala chai and chicken biryani. Everything was good and we enjoyed the food. Although chicken spring roll was okaish and very oily.

It was my 5th time, the food tasted good. Service needs improvement.

Gone for breakfast at 9.05, waiting long as dosa didn't came at end,third class ambient,chip tables,dirty ,dusted chairs and tables,poster outside lying from year,wrong information to customers, server was pressured from kitchen staff, not provide food to serve,all the end third class.you need poster picture on glass window,I had clicked picture of that? please send request for picture for your foolish information and saying there is no false information.

Nothing exclusive. Fairly average fare. Feels slightly amateur-ish when it comes to service and ambience. Menu prices of a few items on The Fork App are less. The restaurant charges more. There is a service charge of 12.5% so effective discount is less than 10%. The Fork MUST clarify the service charge. Btw one Kingfisher pint is £7! (No discount on Drinks). Best to avoid it.

We ordered an egg noodles, when they served the noodles turned out to be raw and was smelling and tasting like rotten food. When tried to explain to staff, instead of understanding the situation and giving fresh food they said we just made it fresh how can it smell raw. Clearly blaming customers for complaining what is being given. Worst service, ever came across.

The food was exquisite, the service impeccable, and a great ambiance. The waitress Sugandhi provided exceptional service, attending to every detail with professionalism and a friendly demeanour. Her attentiveness truly enhanced our dining experience!!

One of the worst restaurants I have been to, the dishes were so spicy and salty and of different taste, we had just started with starters but were very unhappy with the order, we even informed the staff but they were like we have told the chef, they did not even bother to change our dish but charged us a huge amount for such salty food, literally whole of my family including 3 kids suffered from upset stomach for 2 days, Sorry to say i would never ever recommend this restaurant.

The food was very spicy and when asked we were told that we should have asked for less spicy. Generally at all places, the person taking orders asks for the spice level. Dosa was not crispy at all and didn't taste good.

The food took forever to reach our table and the restaurant wasn't even busy. Ours was the only table. Do not recommend this place if you are very hungry and except the food to be served in 15 to 20 minutes. The taste of the food didn't matter because of the delay experienced and we lost the appetite.

If I could give a 10 star rating, I certainly would. My husband and I always seek out Indian restaurants in our travels around Africa, Europe and the UK. This restaurant is our new number ONE without a doubt. Beautiful delicate flavours, freshly cooked and premium ingredients. We're in transit and only here for 2 days. We will most certainly return this evening. I imagine our travels will now have to include an obligatory stop in Hounslow in the future. Namasthe 🙏

Ordered the mutton biryani take away, the rice and meat was so hard and the dish was dry. Very disappointed.

I invited a colleague for lunch and we both liked the restaurant. We were allowed to choose our seats and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The mango lasse was delicious and so was the food. We would recommend the Namasthe to our friends

Went to eat breakfast at Namasthe Hounslow today, but had a very bad experience. There was a waitress named Sheerisha who served us breakfast. The puri she served us with breakfast was all flat and uncooked. When I asked her this puri is uncooked, she said no that's how it's made and refused to change it even though I asked her twice. She kept on giving reasons not to change. As a customer when we are paying money, we expect the quality food as well. We are not eating there for free. Very bad customer service. Never going there again.

Food is average good but not outstanding. Service is cold yet still acceptable. Atmosphere is okay but not conducive to enjoyment of the meal.

We given vegetarian food order with traditional menu on the occasion of Varalakshmi puja at our home on Friday (Varalakshmi puja at our home ) for 35 people .all items are tasty and also we got enough quantity for our requirement .specially mango Pulihora , brinjal curry, bendakayi jeedipappu fry , coconut chutney and Vada perfect combination ..tomato dal ,sambar all items was perfect ..all our guests told good and tasty food ,everyone happy... Thanks to Koram Suresh anna (owner of restaurant) and also thanks to Vijay for giving our food on time and perfect ...

For the items we ordered food is not fresh. Some items felt like not made fresh and carry forwarded from few days back and reheated.

I recently visited this restaurant and was thoroughly disappointed. After waiting 30 minutes for a mini breakfast, which was supposedly ‘freshly prepared,’ the quality and taste were far from satisfactory—zero value for money. The main course of rice with fish was even worse, lacking freshness and flavor. If this is the standard of food they serve, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Incredible food! So many different delicious flavors. Truly some of the best food I had in London. The staff was so friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. I absolutely loved the mutton biryani, gobi manchurian, and Tandoori.

We recently went to visit London. We went to this restaurant, all the items we ordered is just like home made food. Very freshly prepared. We stayed in london for 3 days we tasted almost all the items from this restaurant. If you love Indian food both South Indian and North Indian. This is the must place to visit. Loved the food 😋. I recommend to taste all the items from here. Each item has its own unique taste. Thanks to the service in the restaurant , after talking to customers they recommend food items depending upon our taste . I will surly visit again in near future

All the way come from Cardiff Wales, had Breakfast and Indian Tea, Tea It was a very Good Finally i find real Indian Tea.

Very delicious food, but Mutton ganguru was too salty, so we asked them to change then they served naan first and curry they served after 10 min and naan got cold, lamb chops very nice but has masala of chicken 65 and again it's too salty, vegetarian food so delicious comparatively other hounslow restaurant, staff trying to gave good service but they said suddenly got busy as we not aspects

This restaurant is the most fraudulent I've ever encountered. On a previous visit, we went for a lunch deal 20% OFF, We made bill arount £170 but after eating, they claimed it wasn't applicable because our group was too large. Today, I went for the mini breakfast advertised at £6.99, but they charged £7.99, saying the prices had changed and that there was nothing they could do about it. Not recommended at all.

There’s some health and safety issue associated with their food. Me and three of my friends had serious stomach issues after ordering food from here. Same thing happened two times before as well. They’re packing old and spoiled food for takeaway orders. The packaging wasn’t good either. I’m attaching the photo. Seems like their positive reviews aren’t genuine. Please avoid ordering takeaway from here. While having the food itself I had a doubt that the chicken is old and spoiled. Few months back I ordered thali from here and some of items had a rotten smell. I thought that was just a one time thing. But this time me and my friends got takeaway from here and all of us had our stomach upset. Maybe they serve better food for dine in customers, I don’t know. But please avoid ordering takeaway or delivery from here.
