The owner is really great and so is the staff! I order from here so often and never disappointed. The order can take a while but that’s the sacrifice because they don’t compromise on quality!

horrible place. chicken was raw and and beef burger was undercooked which has now lead to me having food poisoning and throwing up. £45 for two burgers, two fries, two drinks and 4 chicken wings which is a ridiculous price overall. staff are rude and talk very quietly, menu is not accurate. this place needs to be shut down! avoid at all costs!!!

Don’t use these what so ever, put an order in they have taken my money, order should take up to 40mins for delivery. I haven’t received my order, no one is picking up the phone at the restaurant. Stay well clear, this was the first time in trying these and the last time. I’ve now got to try and get my money back.

Got an Uber eats delivery but they packed the ice cream in the same bag as the hot chicken and rice !!!! - I'm not quite sure what they were thinking when they packed it - the ice cream melted and and the chicken and rice was cold

Been going to several Amigos including one at Acton and there is a noticeable drop in the quality of burger meat used now. The quality of the meat now is on par with a very basic takeaway joint but the price is high end. For around the same price range, try Iron burgers in Uxbridge - A world of difference.

I recently indulged in the "Breakie" burger meal paired with a milkshake at this charming restaurant. Every bite was a burst of flavours, and I can't recommend it enough! The kinder bueno white milkshake was amazing. I'll definitely be back to try their other flavours. They have so many to choose from, including oreo, m&ms, and mango, among others. The shake was not only tasty but was also quite thick and generously served, making it a perfect accompaniment to my burger. While the bill came out to be around £16, some might find it a bit steep. However, I must note that this is not your average fast food joint. It's a trendy establishment with an appealingly colourful ambience that reflects in the pricing of their menu. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, but there was a minor setback as the tables weren't properly cleaned, leaving some stains from the previous customer. Yet, I understand that the restaurant was bustling with only two staff members working. In summary, despite the minor cleanliness issue, I would still highly recommend this restaurant for its delightful burgers, delicious milkshakes, and vibrant ambience. Keep in mind, though, that this isn't your typical fast-food spot, so expect to pay a bit more for the experience.

5 stars no doubt. Never fails me. I order over Uber and based in Twickenham. Food is always done well, packed well, cooked well. Spend easily £300 a month here simply because the family, the kids, visitors everyone enjoy it. Mohamed over the phone also took my feedback as the delivery is a distance, and made the milkshake more ice cream based so that it would not melt by the time it gets to me. Really appreciate the positivity and quality. Fully recommend this place. Easily my favourite burger spot in the UK. What to order? > 6oz Jacob + Skittles milkshake. You cannot go wrong.

AVOID, unless you are willing to spend a fiver on a milkshake. Staff are rude, very unarticulated will all due respect, and lack common sense to some degree. Work documents may need to be checked lol. They also used McCain chips which you buy in Tesco or ASDA, as I saw a member of staff walk in with them. Was told at first order will take 15 mins, but took 30. Purchased 2 meals and only after they said wings wasn't available, they said the next wait will take an additional 30 mins and didn't offer any concession for their poor customer service, they just said we had to wait longer for that part of the meal. They also gave us beef burgers instead of chicken which we had to correct the order, they came back giving our food to the wrong customer. Requested for a refund for some of the uneaten food and they refused. They tried to justify saying I was not being understanding to negate the fact they gave poor overall customer service. When I went to requests a refund the 'manager' didn't have a backbone to talk and called over a worker, and in the first instance she blatantly lied to her colleague saying Im complaining and wanted a full refund, which I had to rectify. They were able to only refund the wings which were part of the meal but they said they couldn't for chips as they were part of the meal ?! either a lie or a 0 common sense ,either way poor handling of a situation there were at fault for.

When I first came to this place on 2023, it was pretty good, they obviously carried on with the success of other branches (franchises) and did a good job of replicating the success. But I. 2024, they seem to have lost the edge. the new beef burger was tasteless and bland. Not worth the money. I know this branch, and it's rjn by a friendly family of Pakistani immigrants. Nice people, but unfortunately like so many other food outlets, don't know about food, the British way. A burger involves more than just placing a patty in a bun, squirting some sauce in it, adding chopped tomato and sealing it with paper. Done! No, not by a long shot. The patty requires some taste. This branch will argue that these burgers come pre-made from the manufacturer. Change your supplier! They're doing you a disservice!

I'm reviewing Amigos Feltham based on my online orders. I haven't eaten there so re service and atmosphere I can't comment. Re food, I love Amigos. It's my go to Halal burger joint. I order from Amigos regulary and feel the food is perfect, no complaints. I agree with some of the statements, it's a little too expensive and eventually people could decide to go elsewhere. That's an owners decision.

I won't be visiting the Feltham restaurant again. That's a shame because Amigos has established itself well in the burger market. Recent visit for a family takeaway order didn't go well. After 20 mins of waiting I was told that they had run out of chicken wings and it would take another 30 mins. Anyway that's not the main reason for me not going back. The double cheese burger I ordered contained a very long hair and unfortunately I discovered it in my mouthful 🤮. I've complained to Amigos and the Feltham branch directly. Received an apology and token gesture 20% off my next order! That's not going to make me go back, even if they offered a full refund. Advice: Check your food before you take a mouthful.

Amigos Burgers & Shakes has a fantastic selection of burgers, with the buttermilk one being a standout in terms of taste. However, the prices are on the higher side. We ordered two burgers with a meal, and the total cost came to almost £23. To be honest, it’s not the most affordable option.

I’ve bought food from Amigos Feltham about 4-5 times and it has always tasted decent but unfortunately I won’t be going back there as I witnessed staff handling food without gloves (one staff member was scratching their face)

have got takeaway from here three times and every time is great. always get the chicken wings which are always saucy and the chicken is soft with the skin crispy, it’s cooked so well. The fries are so nicely crispy and fluffy, with a nice flavoured salt. would reccomend. is a little expensive but I would say it’s worth the price as quality is better than other cheap burger places in feltham.

Had Hawaii beef burger, pretty average! In fact less than average, burger patty was very dry and sauce etc had no flavour, overall very disappointed with the first time experience. However, my daughter liked her buttermilk chicken burger. Also had full peri peri chicken which was again very dry and seemed it was pre-cooked. Milkshakes are also OK.

I ordered to take away i went to the shop ti pick it up but they packed it so poorly that all the drinks spilled and ruined all the food and even my car. Whoever is packing the order needs to pack it properly. I am utterly disappointed 😣

Out of all the amigos this is probably the poorest I have been too . Milkshake poorly blended , burger was low on sauce , wings needed to be grilled more . I would say Shephards Bush and Kilburn are the benchmark .

There is a woman with a baby in her hand flipping burgers. The cashier is clearly an under-aged boy. Very expensive place - at least don’t employ underaged children to work. Hygiene at this place is poor as I’ve got food poisoning afterwards. Avoid this place at all costs.

This place has somewhat of great burgers however the prices are too high. The Amigos burger is great, however I have had better DOUBLE burgers for £13.49. The milkshakes and chips are heavily overpriced at around £5.49 for individual item. I ordered from this place three times in the same week before writing this review. So my experiences are based on consistent patterns. Given the price range, you would expect either higher quality of food or better customer service. Unfortunately the customer service here is very poor. For example, there was a woman working in the kitchen with a baby in her hand. The tables are not cleaned to the highest standards. It takes ages for someone to take your order. The working environment here is very relaxed. The store is somewhat dirty. Hence given the price range and the quality of service, I would recommend other local competitors such as Nando’s whom have better food & service and relatively cheaper prices.

Too noisy, you just hear the blender and the online order sound every 2 seconds. The toilet wasnt clean. The burger is nice but not nice enough for a price value of £10/11. There are groups of teens just chilling and standing as a chill spot. Im not trying to put a negative picture on this but I expected better. Wouldnt recommended unless you want a quick bite.

Ordered the same burger and got 3 variations, took nearly half an hour for the food to be done. Nice atmosphere.
