DO NOT ORDER on deliveroo or any other place as their layout is stupid! It says ‘25 spring rolls’ and they only gave 10. Their layout is not in chronological order so why are they charging £7.80 for 10 spring rolls which cost £1 from iceland!! DO NOT ORDER AT ALL!

Fantastic! We ordered takeaway Chinese and it was delicious. Have really struggled to find good Chinese food in the area and this was great. Food arrived quickly, was piping hot, large portions and extremely tasty. Will definitely order again.

Awful,just awful. I waited 1 hour,my order didn't arrive. I called them for a refund and they hung up on me.

We had a issue with 2 of they dishes Chicken chow main and I called them, they pretend that they don't understand what I mean by telling them the food was off,spoiled. They offered to send me again the same food, no thank you. I did the complain trough the app and they didn't do anything. I ordered the food at 18:30 at 18:38 I had the food delivered to our house. Way too quick.

My daughter made an order from the Swan. Unbeknown to me she had not used our regular Chinese takeaway. She ordered me salt and pepper squid (my favourite) when the food arrived I tried it and thought they had made a mistake and given me chicken. I called and they instantly offered to correct to mistake. They called me back after 5 mins to say that she checked with the chef and it was squid. She proceed to tell me the size of the battered squid were larger than the chicken which there were. I could not believe what they had given me was squid as it was desiccated, overcook and mainly batter. When told the lady this was inedible she told me that they had never had any complaints and that this is the way the preparers salt and pepper squid. It went straight in the bin and I told the lady she would not get any repeat orders from me. Avoid as the food is awful.

Not impressed. Spare ribs had no flavour at all and meat was dried out. Chow meiji tasteless. Just poor cheap food thrown into oil. One to avoid.

One of the worst takeaways I have had. Food cooked in old oil, no flavoring and mass produced at as low a cost as possible. You are better off getting a ready meal from Tescos at a 10th of the price.

This Chinese takeaway has changed hands/management a few times but has always maintained a good quality of food and service. The food is great whatever you order. I have not had any bad experiences before ordering from here. They are very friendly. Service is spot on. Food is tasty and always piping hot. Keep it up!

These guys have taken over. Hei hing used to be our thing, but the food here is much better (at time of writing ) Shame they don't have a restaurant as I'd be a regular.

Great Chinese highly recommended only issue was they do not take card over the phone other than that quick service

Very fast delivery and I ordered on a Saturday night. Tasty and very filling food. We had the sweet and sour chicken & sweet and sour prawn with chips with salt and chilli and would rate everything a 4.3 out of 5! Please put egg fried rice on the menu.

I don't know if we got a bad day, but the food was so overwhelmed with diffuse extremely hot chilli and garlic that it negated the flavour of the ingredients. I like hot food but this was very heavy handed in terms of heat and garlic. If you look at it, there is no sign of fresh chili, just lots of chilli seeds thrown in.

I ordered dry spare ribs and it arrived covered in sauce. A redelivery was offered and I accepted, but after waiting almost two hours, I asked for a refund. The take away agreed to a refund, but because I ordered through Just Eat, I had to go through them. JE ignored my request for a refund and so I have deleted my JE account and won't be ordering again.

They are very rude Not giving respect No hygiene

This is my absolute favourite Chinese takeaway in the area. Heavenly curry and perfectly crispy, doughy chicken balls. The chow mein has tons of flavour. Recommend!

I've ordered a couple of times from here now and thought before reviewing let's see if they're consistent and they have been. The food couldn't be faulted and the service was great also. Definitely worth a try if you fancy a good Chinese takeaway give Swan a Call today.

First time trying this place as my regular chinese takeaway was closed, and I have to say I was really impressed by the quality of this food and the flavours. The delivery was ridiculously fast to the point I thought they might have made a mistake with the order, but it was all there and perfectly hot. Authentic chinese flavours and nice portion sizes. I highly recommend it, and I look forward to trying other stuff off the menu :-) 5*

I contacted the restaurant to order a delivery and I live one road up from their delivery grounds therefore I was told to order through Uber Eats. Uber Eats is hard to navigate for me so I ordered the Chicken Curry with the frequently order together ‘fried rice’ and only the fried rice was added to my ordered. I contacted the restaurant again and asked tried to explain to them what happened and as I suffer with ADHD it is difficult for me to explain things in a straight forward way and I was treated really rudely asking ‘I don’t get what you mean, tell me what you want’ and after I said I wanted to add an extra curry to the order and pay by phone they refused to take my payment and told me to order on the app again (and pay small order fee, admin fee and delivery fee again), PS- my order was over £50. Food is okay but not worth being treated like this this, like you are a nuisance to me them.

Ridiculously expensive!! £6 for egg fried rice!! Plus every dish on deliveroo is marked up even more expensive. However their own delivery area is pathetically small so the choice is get ripped off on deliveroo or go elsewhere. I'm obviously going for the latter so no idea if the food is edible or not. By a £6 portion of rice needs to be something very special!!

It was my first order and I am happy I did it, the food is fresh, it came on time, pipping hot and very, very tasty 👍🏻 For sure I will order again from The Swan Chinese Takeaway

Always order on Uber Eats. Food always comes fresh and hot sometimes little extra food comes in that the boxes barely close 😃 Definitely my favourite restaurant and I will fight to keep it open ❤️

Great Chinese restaurant in Isleworth with a wide selection of choice and friendly staff. I believe it was taken over a year ago and they updated the decor so it looks so much better when waiting - which isn’t long if you do the smart thing and order before you get there. Would have for five stars if they took card payments but there are two cash machines a few stores down.

Worst Chinese place on earth. Gave us all the worst food poisoning! Never ever again, stay away from this awful takeaway!!!!

Deliveroo failed to follow instructions and failed to deliver. Phoned the restaurant and got told tough luck nothing to do with us. So let see if this review is worth the £15 it would have cost to replace the meal

This place USED to be the best place for chinese however last few times their chicken chowmein has been dry and tasteless! Its like they've been sitting there for a while! Very dissatisfied last few times ordering from here!

Guys after they renovated the shop the food went down hill. Prices went up but the quality went DOWNNN , this was my favourite place in my area and now I sadly say i will never order here again. They improved the building but changed their recipes ? Doesnt make sense!

In my opinion this is the best Chinese takeaway in Isleworth , the food is consistently excellent. Kind you we always order the same thing on a Sunday night Singapore vermicelli pancake rolls chicken and Thai Green curry! Chips which are the best chips and it is always delicious! The phone lines are always busy but one you order is placed it takes no more than 10-15 till ready. This place is run like clockwork I would love to see what goes on in the kitchen and see how they produce such tasty food! They must have several chefs back there going like the clappers, if you like Chinese meals,you must order it from here!

Really, really poor chinese meal. Soups were watery and flavourless. The special rice dish was just terrible. Claggy, stuck overcooked rice with a strange gooey flavourless sauce through the meat. Just odd. Best thing about the meal was the prawn crackers!!

Sweet-and-sour sauce was too acidic and Chinese duck was flavourless and watery.

Lovely Chinese takeaway place in Isleworth and the place is very well presented inside. I ordered a Mushroom Chow Mein noodle dish for only £4.80 - it was enough on its own with a few Prawn Crackers also. It is the best of the Chinese takeaway outlets in the area and I will definitely come back and order something different next time.

Got Chinese chicken curry and it was slightly sweet and had a kick which was really nice, egg fried rice went well with it. Chicken was very tender and super nice. My partner had the roast duck chow mein, very nice flavours. Won ton soup had really nice dumplings in them which balanced flavours. Prawn crackers very good too. All round very good take away. They have recently refurbished too which makes the restaurant more welcoming.

It’s 1/3 of the Chinese restaurants I love so much. I started eating there 6years ago till present. They know exactly how to conjure up my order to the point that they know my usual now. The food is nice and filling and very very reasonably priced too. Great quality, Great Value and Great Quantity. I am saddened that they’ll be moving soon but wherever they go I’ll be more than happy to continue ordering from them at least twice a month 😇 but for now, I’ll continue to enjoy them while I can

Old fashion Chinese takeaway, food is excellent, but too small portion. e.g. A mushroom chow mein is £4. Its a small portion, so you need to buy 2 portion for £8., to eat full belly. While others offer a reasonable portion for £5.50 and enough for one person. Female staff are friendly, but male staff is arrogant. Language barrier doesn't have to make you arrogant. Doesn't give fork or tissues, you have to ask.. Need to modernise their mentality a bit...

My to go place in Isleworth for Chinese cuisine. They only do takeaway.The food is good.And there is a great variety of dishes from noodles to fried rice to curries. So far I've only tried the king prawn noodles,the Singapore fried rice and the mushroom fried rice. All the dishes were good. I also love their prawn crackers which comes free with any dish. It is reasonably priced as well. Definitely going again

I have been staying in Isleworth doing a project at the new Green School for Boys. Chinese food is my preferred food and The Swan Chinese Food is the best I've tasted and fantastic value for money.

This place has always been great when we have visited. Lovely food served by kind and polite staff! Usually have crispy shredded chilli beef, sweet and sour chicken, chowmein, fried rice and sometimes prawn toast. Would definitely recommend.

Sweet and sour chicken was sauceless and the onions and peppers werent cooked properly - just put it in there. Ordered plain rice with it which was so hard, could tell they heated it up from being made a few days ago! However, I also ordered the salt and pepper chicken which was actually quite tasty but everything else ruined the meal for me

Not good at all very fatty meat poor quality food. They are using cheap quality meat. I couldn't eat the food.

Not sure what has happened to this place but i can now quite easily say this is the worst Chinese meal I've had in a very very long time. I asked if they did proper chips, not the frozen type, she said she did. Also ordered lamb with ginger and plain chow mein. Got home and to my disappointment the chips were the thick cut frozen type. Plain chow mein was plain (tasteless) and very oily. The noodle felt over cooked and too soft. The lamb was the worst, riddled with gristle and fat and just inedible. The amount of lamb was ridiculous. The quality was soo poor I wouldn't feed it to my dog. I am so disappointed that i had to throw the lot in the bin. Genuinely, eating nothing would have been better than eating this meal.

Very nice local takeaway. Our favourite Chinese in the area. Smokey chicken and salt and pepper prawns are our go to dishes.
