McDonald's in Hounslow

The food was not very hot and one of the items we asked for no cheese although the carton had a no cheese sticker on it their was still cheese on the item

The food has arrived all wet due to a coke leakage and I want a refund

the courier dropped all the drinks and icecream on the garden path you now tell me 48 hrs later you need photographic proof I've since then washed down my path as I never wanted the spilt items walked through my house and the rubbish went into the recycling which has since been collected. Also there appears that the there's something wrong with my order question is missing from your list which when you work down it CONSTANTLY refers you back to the non existent option

I'm really disappointed, my food was cold even the hot apple pie..

ordered a burger meal plain and it turned with loads of cheese on it

the order was marked as delivered but i didnt got any food. the driver kept my food for him. he called me saying he was on station road. i told him that was not the address and confirmed the address to him. he was nearby and marked the order as delivered. we have codes to give the drivers for nothing as they can just mark the orders as delivered without thwm. have no money and no food!!!

I am an OAP. I am charged £3.50 for a delivery, yet when I order for my grandchildren and family I am only charged 49p. Why do you discriminate against OAPs in this way ? Thanks, John

Well the bag with my drinks in came all damaged and the lid was of one of my drink's a bit so I am not happy with this.

Whole hot chocolate spilt inside bag. was dripped all over flat carpet on way up. no apology. just handed over drippingabd drenched bag.

Every bit of food stone cold and soggy buns. Ice cream melted. Drinks cold. Only just able to complain as I was waiting for20 min after food delivered and app wouldn’t say delivered. An i couldn’t wait around. So shocked. Money back min on card! ++??

The driver even apologised about the time it took as he had been given 2 orders to deliver, about 15 miles apart, the poor driver was so apologetic, it wasn't his fault. So I have requested a refund, but without any opportunity to leave a note

I ordered 2 large fries and probably got the amount I would get in a small it’s never filled up

Food quality isn’t what it used to be, used to be great place to order parathas but now less stuffing and size of paratha doesn’t justify the premium price. Probably new chef in kitchen.

Everything was cold as driver had picked up another delivery aswell.

Delivery came after 1 hour when was ordered. The food is all cold and not good.

Not impressed that someone else’s food was delivered before mine and then mine was cold. I think you should have to agree to that before it’s done, if I’m paying a fee for food to be delivered it should be brought straight to my house not go on travels to somewhere else first. I’m not impressed and would appreciate my money back because I couldn’t eat my food as it was cold, i had to try and heat it up and it doesn’t taste the same after this is done, so all ended up in the bin

having ordered from hounslow branch and having my order cancelled i went to hanworth branch order fast and on time would recommend

Don’t know if McDonald’s is busy or the delivery people are but to pick up the delivery and take 30 minutes to deliver it. Of course the food will be cold and horrible

Delivery driver spilt all my drink the bag is wet and straws are wet and food cold.

Hanworth McDonald’s is better then Feltham Feltham one always have items missing and they also charge for Sources.

Fries were reheated and McFlurry was frozen it’s obvious they are cooking ahead of orders

I called up the restaurant they said they can’t do nothing about this, I’ve been given the oasis from my order and I’ve also been given a coke from someone else’s order , no food , mixed up 2 orders and I’ve been given just drinks

When I placed the order it said delivery time would be 10-20mins. I ordered with a delivery estimate of 22:30-22:50. This then kept getting pushed back and back and eventually our food was delivered around 23:15. Wish I had cancelled as we were all exhausted. If I’d known it would be over an hour, I would never have placed the order.

No problems with Just Eats delivery, however McD’s got the order wrong.

The drink spilled on our Mcflurry. Not sure eif it was during delivery and handling or the way mcdonald’s packed the item.

The McFlurry has no lid on it and was half empty into the bag not a great way to be delivered. If this can't be put in the carton there should be taken off the delivery options

didn't receive any of the drinks i ordered ,the driver said he spilt them all and another driver would deliver the replacements , obviously nobody delivered them. I reported this and was denied a refund for the missing items , but clearly I'm emailed to a refund as I did not receive items I'd paid for. please look into this.

most of the order was missing coke zero spilt across what little we did receive courier was only being instructed to mark our order as delivered and it was up to us to sort out the error he marked it as delivered but clearly anything resembling food including dips was retained by McDonalds

Delivery time changed twice and when it came my drink was half empty due to the lid coming off, driver wouldn’t take it back just told me to make a claim for refund.

Placed an order that was due to arrive at 9:45pm. Food did not arrive until after 10:30pm. Driver took a much longer route that necessary and the food was absolutely freezing and inedible when it arrived. Ordered medium fries that came as half a box of cold and soggy sticks.

Received a completely different order so we suffered and someone has lost their meal. The duty mgr was completely unhelpful and said we had to reorder and wait all over again. JustEat won’t give the full refund. Disgusting on the part of McDonalds and JustEat.
