order a hickey nugget happy meal with a extra cheese burger only was given a cheese burger this is not the first time but they over 7 pounds from my card

This place is a complete pain to the surrounding area. When it gets busy, traffic trying to get in blocks the exit road from the adjacent busy roundabout which then blocks the exit from McD's to the roundabout resulting in complete gridlock, and McDonalds staff do absolutely nothing to control it. Why they were ever allowed to put this drive through right next to a very busy roundabout is a mystery.

The hot apple pie ,wasn’t. The milkshake was not very cold. The burger was ok.

Manger was rude and unaccommodating. No customer service skills

mcdonald’s walton.. i’m disappointed. when i arrived i was bewildered by the images of rusty tin cans on the wall? very unappealing. we got delivery from my home. (0.209, 0.509, 2.412) we were appalled by the lack of speed by the mcdonald’s delivery driver. watching him on the map was quite stressful. half way through the journey i recieve a message from the driver saying “i crashed”. i was outraged with mcdonald’s for giving their delivery drivers unsafe equipment. he still decided to bring the food due to my request and when it arrived it was in a state. i ordered a coke but the cup was empty with no lid and straw but i later found the substance leaking from my rucksack. how did mcdonald’s do that?? my chips were too hot flat with a tire strip imprinted on them. they burnt my tounge and i had to remove a piece of tarmac in a fry. i have an airborne allergy to road and this could’ve killed me. i decided to take a minute outside when it started raining. mcdonald’s timed this delivery awfully! my nuggets didn’t contain any meat but just the batter. my mc flurry arrived melted and a bite mark in it! who takes a bite out a mcflurry! my happy meal wasn’t so happy and had a frown! it came with a squashed up toy which traumatised by young son! i had to take a minute as i’m airborne allergic to frowns. my sauce tasted like colours and had another bite mark in it - along with saliva. it tasted great! the salad didn’t come although i didnt order one. the apple pie tasted more like a pair! the pair sauce fell out leaving just the shell when it was picked up. it stunk! my cat ate it and had a seizure? i’m allergic to seizures so had to go outside in the rain. i’m allergic to rain so had to go inside where i found my cat in purrfect condition! 😂🥰 anyways don’t recommend deliveroo! (ps walton not feltham)

I got four drinks in my bags. The food I ordered was missing! Now I spend my money and have to wait for a refund and have to get something else to eat.

unfortunately the hash browns tasted of fish so they must have used oil that had cooked a fish product. Completely inedible threw everything in the bin can't use Macdonalds again

Food was delivered ontime even though he got taken to the flats instead of my house but he called to get directions which was a good thing he was very polite so well done , food was hot and tasty but chips could’ve done with a little more cooking .

Constantly gets orders wrong. Said to the lady 5 times no sauce in bacon roll. Well what a surprise did she listen. Its like she done the total opposite and drowned it in ketchup. Also ordered the marshmallow latte which was a standard coffee. Been here a few times in last few months but everything its either rude staff or order wrong!

stop by for a quick meal, the food was exceptionally warmer this time. The staff members were courteous and pleasant. The restaurant was spotlessly clean.

I felt uncomfortable with delivery.. felt very comfortable.. he was asking for my number.. very aggressive.. I had to force my door closed on him .. plus food was late and cold

well I paid for a large meal and I got a small one but they took the money for a large one and the food was cold

The experience was generally good but why does the system keep defaulting to the wrong address I manually changed the door number to 28 but the system changed it back to 26 why???

The cheeseburger isn’t safe to eat - it is way too salty. I think it was the cheese. This food was not safe, for consumption and I’ve referred to food standards agency. Have also reported to Just eat who said it’s not their problem and closed the chat. Please check the cheese as there is a serious problem. Rest of order was ok apart from cold chips. PLEASE CHECK THE CHEESE YOURE USING.

courier couldn't speak English, so couldn't understand instructions to find my property, spoke to him on the phone and he was unable to tell me where he was. I had to go out looking for him.

Took over 15 mins from arriving to our address to actually receive it because he went to wrong place. Tried to contact and messages to try and get him to come to our house but in the end my husband had to go out and find him. Can’t they read the signs???

they put the one thing i said not to put on my burger (tarter sauce) and instead of giving the option to deliver it again it just gave me account credit or a rerund

Driver's delivery app consistently directs to wrong address resulting in a delay that means that food is cold by the time the driver finds my house.

I scheduled the delivery to come at 10 which was 1.5 hours from the time I purchased- it came at around 1025. It was also cold but the restaurant is around a 5 minute drive away.

McMuffin sausage and egg meal. The muffin had dried out presumably because it had been cooked for a while. It was hard and chewy. The egg was overcooked. Probably for the same reason. Disappointing
