Breakfast order to combat a Sunday morning hangover: Mission successful.

Food was scattered everywhere disappointed

Order was incomplete, not a happy customer!!

Delivery time changed twice and when it came my drink was half empty due to the lid coming off, driver wouldn’t take it back just told me to make a claim for refund.

most of the order was missing coke zero spilt across what little we did receive courier was only being instructed to mark our order as delivered and it was up to us to sort out the error he marked it as delivered but clearly anything resembling food including dips was retained by McDonalds

Chips and chicken nuggets where cold and the wraps had no bacon in

Placed an order that was due to arrive at 9:45pm. Food did not arrive until after 10:30pm. Driver took a much longer route that necessary and the food was absolutely freezing and inedible when it arrived. Ordered medium fries that came as half a box of cold and soggy sticks.

Delivered the wrong order to my house. rang them and they told me there's nothing they can do. So now left with a delivery that I don't want

i want my money back the food was cold and the wrong thing came so i want my money back or a free meal or £10 off

was not delivered to correct place children are with our food now

Received a completely different order so we suffered and someone has lost their meal. The duty mgr was completely unhelpful and said we had to reorder and wait all over again. JustEat won’t give the full refund. Disgusting on the part of McDonalds and JustEat.

Ordered a Chicken Nugget Happy Meal, the meal was delivered, but in the chicken nugget packet there were 4 halloumi balls. I called the store to complain and the manager couldn't give a toss. Never mind the fact my son is allergic to cheese.

I ordered 1 large and 1 medium fries but the order came with 2 medium fries only. And what’s the point of the instruction when I placed there to send ketchup, no ketchup came. I don’t know if it’s the courier or the fast food from where I ordered is the problem.

Hanworth used to be the good local McDonald's. This meal was awful. The chips weren't cooked!

Once again McDonald's have shown how incompetent their staff can be! There always seems to be some sort of problem with orders whether it be missing items or incorrect items. This morning order which should have included porridge with golden syrup was missing the golden syrup, I truly do not know how the staff can be consistently so incompetent. :(
