Every time I order the drink is always leaking

The coke was flat and not drinkable. Nothing to do with the delivery driver.

food was good but drink was spilt every where

Eat hash brown before McMuffin or after?

Poor design of Drive thru causes utter chaos at the car park and surrounding roads during peak hours. Also they NEVER get takeaway orders correct.its like they deliberately give you the wrong food, ask for extra onion/pickles they don’t put any in, ask for no sauce they put double sauce. Such poor service should be ashamed.

One hour I was waiting for my food and then when finally got the food it was cold

Asking for my lost order several times, after 20 minutes, they just ignored me about 10 minutes. The order was prepared next to them but one guy just ignored me and hand order after order💀🚧❔️❔️❔️

Drink half empty and spilt all over the place including in food. Not to mention the wait was ridiculous. The delivery time changed 5 times and showed up freezing cold

1.5 hours of waiting for the food to arrive stone cold. Delivery driver said he had to wait 30 minutes for order as they had too many orders.

NO ORDER RECEIVED ….This order was shown delivered at 2001hrs BUT Nothing received!!! I waited 1 hour for this order to be delivered and got nothing!! As per the app order delivery is conditional on code or last digits of phone confirmation so no idea how this one got delivered and to whom!

Good turned up over an hour and a half after I ordered and was stone cold

Food was cold and the Philly stack was a total mess with all the cheese cold stuck to the container.

food was stone cold when delivered. also surprisingly the milkshake was melted. how they managed that I'm not sure. Food delivery times have been getting worse. when you order says 15-25 mins which quickly goes up to 30mins + and actually takes 45-50mins. not hood

Wrong order received, had to reorder and pay delivery twice!

Found a egg shell in one of sausage egg mac muffins. Had a bite and got surprise . Others were great .

Everything got put in the bin and ordered something else freezing cold. Un eatable and only got £6 credit back absolute joke

Beefking in Addlestone or woking for a proper burger

When the order arrived it was not what we had ordered. The courier explained he had been given the wrong meal by the restaurant and would have to return it to the store. The order was therefore cancelled by me.

Also the driver called me and I had to go out to collect my order from the street I thought driver was supposed to deliver to your door if I wanted to go and pick my food up from the street I would of just gone to a drive thru

The food wanst as well prepapred as it usually is.

Always busy. Parking is better and they are consistently getting the orders right.

Standing around for 15 minutes whilst being ignored in the restaurant.. Whilst people just walked past. I had to be sharp and say excuse me.. even though these people saw me. Wasn’t worth the wait as it’s just coffee.. terrible service.

A nice clean Mc Donald’s. Friendly staff and tasty food.

Visited with my kids on a busy Saturday. Had a fairly good time, went to the counter three times to get extra fries and an ice cream. The service was a bit slow, but we thought we were OK with it. That is, until I got a parking ticket two weeks later! Turns out their car park has a max 60 minute stay, and us staying for 77 minutes was too long. Way to go, McDonald's, we've learnt our lesson, won't ever visit again.

delivery driver drove 20 minutes away from my house to turn around and come back leaving my food cold and destroyed.

Extremely disappointed with @McDonaldsUK Customer Service. I placed an order at McDonald's Twickenham (Hanworth) for 6 people, but fries were missing, forcing me to return to the store. When I got home, the entire meal was cold and ruined. I reached out to McDonald’s Customer Services for a fair resolution, but they refused to provide full compensation and ignored my concerns about poor service and order accuracy issues at the store. Instead of taking responsibility, they offered only 4 meal vouchers (not even covering all affected people) and refused to outline any actions being taken to prevent this from happening again. Is this how McDonald’s treats customers when they make mistakes? Do better! @McDonaldsUK #McDonaldsComplaint #PoorCustomerService

Don't do Ma Donald's as a rule. Honestly, it doesn't appeal to me. But, when there's a blue moon, nothing else will do! Had a breakfast meal, and yes, it hit the spot!

This particular store seems to have a very high staff turnover so service varies greatly! Due to that, food quality and accuracy also varied greatly. Eg. Today I ordered amongst other items, a galaxy latte. I received a galaxy hot chocolate instead. Didn't know it till I left as it was a takeaway. Previous encounters .. -Soggy chips. -Uncooked chips. -My fish was completely out of the burger bun. -Hot drink lid fell off as soon as I tried drinking but this time I was in the car and hadn't left yet so had to go back in to change the lid. So good luck!

Fast, open late. I wouldn't go at busy times, it is not massive so it can get rammed easily.

Just the quality on the heat of the food when it arrives that let's it down nice crispy fries this time instead of the soggy greasy one's you get...crispy but still cold fries hit and miss with the fries....sorry to moan it's only cos we love em looool.....Burgers again lovely but just about warm.....TEMPERATURE of the Meal is like i was Second on the Delivery order that was being Delivered.......Keep your chins up aspire to improve....

The coke spilt into the ice-cream so he couldn’t eat it and the chips were cold. Only allowed to submit that the chips were cold so can’t get a refund on the ice-cream which he was really upset about not getting.

i asked for no cheese on my big mac and low and behold it arrives with cheese. this happens frequently. staff should read orders correctly. Will not rush to use mcdonalds again.

hour and 10 minutes for a breakfast to be delivered...was delivered at lunch time...then the food was freezing cold . Then spoke to manager at restaurant to be told they don't do deliveries when I just ordered from them .

food was Luke warm not hot at all but the preparation was tidy maybe next time cook at same time or leave under heater till the rest is done apart from that preparation was good
