The Bridge Inn in Hounslow

Nice place to come for a quiet meal. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced. The service at the restaurant is good and attentive. We asked the gentleman who served us for his recommendations and they were all spot on. Unfortunately this attentiveness could not be said of the bar, where I was left waiting for almost 10 minutes whilst the bar staff talked to their friends. When the young lady who was serving at the bar had finished talking to her friends, she calmly walked past and glanced at me without even asking if I needed anything. The owners of the bar should know that after the meal I went down to the rising sun to have a few pints with my friends where I was greeted warmly served immediately.

Nice lovely Thai food. Only one chef and one waiter so food came slow. Taste was great and the waiter was very friendly. Small and cozy place in a pub. Highly recommend for a Thai lunch with friends or family.

Delicious food (definitely order from the thai menu). Really efficient service too!

Rooms are loud from traffic and a railway, one room is hot due to a broken radiator, need eye mask and ear plugs, rooms don't look clean enough and sheets are not ironed, bathrooms are communal and toilets don't always work, very noisy late at night as it appears to be a hotel run for the owners' friends to party. The people who run it are nice and try their best to help. If you want a room just for a place to stay for a night, this is the place for you. If you know the owners, you'll have a blast I'm sure. They stay open after hours and have a pool table in their bar with lots of socializing, but that's not what I was looking for. The pub is very close to corner shops, small supermarkets, coffee shop, a couple of train stations, and there's free street parking available over night on their road, when there's very little parking generally elsewhere. There's also paid for parking on the road across the main road from the pub (when paid for parking is required). There are positives and negatives, but cleanliness and sleeping were my prerogatives and the place was worn, lacking in a feeling of comfort.

Not very good place. Basic room. Unclean. Noisy. Toilet filthy no Toilet roll. Don't bother.

A single pint just after opening time on a quiet Thursday is not the best time to assess a pub.The beer selection suited my taste and the barman was friendly and efficient.The Thai menu looks very tasty and I look forward to sampling it in the future.

I ordered more dishes most of them was completely burnt and not eatable and is gone in trash, other ones was not tasty and a noodle was completely sticking in one dry piece .. I contacted with them and ask at least refund me the amount off burned food but they don’t want to and they said they never burn the food so actually they said with that i am lying even i said i have proof… anyway i paid that price I never order from them anymore and not recommended for any one!

An old inn, in need of renovation, but with clean bedding, TV, tea and coffee making, a pub, an attached Thai restaurant, and lovely, friendly staff. Also, very close to Isleworth station, shops, and plenty of bus routes.

Favourite Thai takeaway place in Isleworth. This time, we dined in, and it was a great experience too! The food was served in about 10 - 15 min. Full of flavour as always! The Thai Pancake for dessert was heavenly. Staff - all smiles :)

bunch of hairs in a "fresh bed" including rest of coffee on the blanket. 10 am checkout time is not convenient. Noisy rooms, need a maintenance. At lest it's just 1 minute away from the train station.

The Bridge Inn has become my second home since the first pint I've had here.Petals, Sarah and Magda always made me feel so welcome here . I love this pub and I highly recommend anyone coming over for a drink or staying over. It is a lovely and inclusive place and I feel safe here and I always have a great time here with me sistas!X's see you soon my darlings

The Thai is the best in London amazing

Have ordered a few times now take away. The green veggy curry with tofu and pad thai are delicious.

Ordered Pad Thai and it was unbelievably dry. Called the restaurant and their excuse was 'it gets dry on route' and because I ordered through uber eats there was nothing they could do. Never had a dry pad thai takeaway so it's not a good excuse.

Ok listen, I stayed very briefly and my expectations were very basic. In such situations there are only two things that I prioritise: basic levels of cleanliness and safety. The room was alright, had my own bathroom, basic amenities. But there was a weird smell on the beds and it's so easy to fix. Just put the linen in the washing machine. On my last night, someone from the pub jokingly (?) pretended to start following me to my room which made me feel unsafe since I'm weak and was travelling on my own. I would recommend not allowing people from the pub access to the rooms. Just lock a door or sth, make it physically impossible. On the other hand, the staff were friendly and genuine and I felt welcome. Also the location is comfortable.

My rating is the average of my ratings for the pub (5*), the Thai restaurant (4*), and the room (2.5 or 3*). The staff was great at all three; we enjoyed our drinks and the atmosphere in the pub; the Thai food was fine; the location was convenient; however, the room itself was directly above the pub and the music was not only loud, but got significantly louder around 11:30pm both nights we were there and stayed that loud until around 1am. I wouldn't stay again, but that might not be a deal breaker if you plan to stay up past 1:30ish in the morning.

The red Thai curry is one of a kind

Basic pub with great no frills Thai restaurant attached. Food is basic, but great tasting. Would recommend, reasonably priced and good service.

Bit of a strange experience and not at all authentic. Went for the thai food, having been a regular in my younger days but moved away from the area. took my family for a meal and it came up to £51which is fair.. Having said that, what used to be an authentic thai experience is now a bland one. Thai food normally has a kick but this was very mild. Asked for some red chillis and was told i’d be charged. charged for red chillies?? Ordered Penang with pork and chicken and it was served with just pork. Flagged this and the chicken turned up 10mins later. That kinda meant i had to stagger my food which meant the half that came out first was cold by the time the other half came. The penang curry and red thai curry for my wife arrived first, rice came 5minutes later so luke warm by the time we could eat and we had to prompt for the rice. Why on earth wouldn't that combo be served together? This next bit confused me.. spend £35 on takeaway and you get prawn crackers free. Spend £51 and you have to pay for them. I understand overhead but that, coupled with the ‘we’ll charge you for red chillies’ (which should be standard) is a very stingy way of doing business. The experience was disappointing. Have to say the pub staff were lovely as were the locals. Banjob (who served us our food) was a nice guy but the people running the operation operated in such a way that we won't be going back.

Absolutely awful and this is the second time we have been disappointed with our order Ordered on Deliveroo and we had the Kanom jeeb and the Pad Thai Kanom jeeb was delicious but the Pad Thai was disgusting, all the noodles were clumped together and claggy, there was no flavour or heat to the dish and there was definitely no peanuts in it, they have the cheek to charge £1.50 extra to add the chicken to it and then give you minimal amount, we had about 4 pieces of chicken This is the second time we our food was awful, last time was the chow mien noodles, again the noodles were clumped together and claggy and no flavour at all We thought that they were having an off day the first time when we had the chow mien noodles and accepted that everyone has an off day in the kitchen But today showed us that it wasn’t an off day the first time but in fact this place just serves awful noodles We literally live 5/6 minutes walk from here so clumped and claggy noodles are not from time in the tub or travel We definitely won’t be ordering from here again, thats for sure

This once was an outstanding pub! Since tony the manger for many many years left the place behind to a new manger and staff the place has gone down hill.. it’s now became a youth club, kids in here everyday. Running up and down knocking things over and just putting everyone one off to come here. Some control needs to be taken ASAP or I’ll be taking myself, my money and my mates to the rising sun! The bar staff have their kids in here running around out of control. I’ve spoke to all my mate, local customer and they are all sick of it , I come here to get away from my own kids to relax with my mates and chill but constantly it’s kids up and down.

Proper boozer and very friendly

Staff are very polite and helpful the room was warm and clean shower tea coffee making facilities will definitely be back next time I'm working down here.

It's ok very cosy and simple no frills does the job!!
