Warning! Tonight I ordered a pizza for delivery, they appear to have taken my money and the pizza didn’t arrive. I tried calling but it went to voicemail.

I am very saddened to have to give such a review. I was a regular customer both in the restaurant and ordering takeaway. Always the pizza was fast and it was fantastic made of real Italian products, you could feel that Italy! Unfortunately, today, as it is sometimes on weekends, I ordered pizza again and first it's probably a new driver who was circling around the neighborhood looking for my building, which is easy to find, the pizza was cold. After exchanging sentences with someone from the customer service (?), we got a new one and here a huge disappointment because there is no more Italian products, they delivery very heavy pizza with tasteless cheese and the cheapest flour and salami. I don't know if the pizza guy has changed or the owner has changed but the pizza is now VERY BAD, HEAVY and tastes like the cheapest for £5 from another chain store and I will add that it was not cheap! Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place in Brentford due to the very poor quality of pizza and service. I will never say anything about this PLACE again and I will also advise others against it.

Pizza was absolutely delicious. Every bit of it!!! Very friendly staff great atmosphere. I would highly recommend. Looking forward to going back

Thought we'd try their pizza, with a nice bottle of wine (can't have pizza without wine!). Caught the eye of a member of staff and sat at a table. 10mins later still no service despite only us and another couple in there! Thus we left and went down the road to Santa Maria. Their pizzas might be good (not that we found out), but a non- existent and ignorant dine-in service means no point in dining in.

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. Arrived within 10 mins - almost a mile away! - could they possibly be freshly made - I don't think so, Very dry, not enough sauce or toppings. One pizza burnt round edges. Lumps of strange tasting goats cheese not melted. No flavour in any pizza. Hardly warm. Very disappointed. Total waste of money. Emailed firm but received no answer. Never again.

We always order pizza from Pizzaiolo. It is the BEST! Most delicious pizza, pasta and salad dishes. Had to write a review because it is honestly the nicest food. My daughter (age 5) is really fussy with food but this is her favourite place to order her margarita pizza from. She always asks to order from ‘pizza yo-yo’, her favourite food.

I had pre-booked dinner at Travelodge, but unfortunately the chef was unwell. These things happen. Picked this place as it had reasonable reviews and was not too far to walk. Well, 100% worth a much longer walk! Good menu and I had a fab ham, olive and cheese pizza, along with a small bottle of beer. Price entirely reasonable, service friendly and fast.

Good Italian food with a nice environment. Really a proper Italian with good service and I would be happy to visit again

Very good margarita pizza, they use fior di late mozzarella cheese, best pizza by far. Highly recommended

We visited Pizzaiolo with my friends and we all loves it its a great place to dine and have fun with your friends. The customer service is great. There is also a great place to sit relax and watch the football games.

The pizzas from here are so lovely!! I had the burrata and it was just to die for!! 10/10 recommend, can’t wait to get another!!

Pizzaiolo is our absolute family favourite. They never disappoint! Their secret is in the dough(me thinks)! Oh so good! They also do pasta dishes and desserts. Packed with flavour with simplicity! Just the best. I urge you to try it yourself and don’t be put off by negative reviews.. I can’t wait to try their Salmon pasta next. Definitely 5 stars!

Ordered 4 pizzas for collection. Very dry pizzas not enough sauce or toppings. One pizza burnt round edges. Cheese Garlic bread very dry same pizza base topped with cheddar cheese. Cheap cubed mozzarella that didn’t melt. No flavour in any pizza. Very disappointed. Never again even if they are giving pizzas away for free.

Tried here as was recommended but wished I never. Ordered delivery on line which was due 20:23, by 20:43 hadn’t turned up so called 6 times with no answer so went to shop. No explanation no apology and on top of it all was given wrong order. Wouldn’t go back

The pizzas are to die for. Good quality products and base. Beats the cardboard bases and toppings you get from the chain restaurants . The people are really friendly. Give them a go!

This place is so small you wouldn't even notice it... But I have to say it's some of the best Pizza I have had in England! Fresh, Crispy and always the best Ingredients! Why anyone would Order Dominos or Pizza Hut is beyond me with this place around.

Hi, last Saturday I came here for the first time and I really liked your pizza. The quality is amazing and the atmosphere was great. Franc is really friendly! I will definitely be back soon:).

For the price I think the pizzas here are good value, but then you aren't getting a lot of toppings like a chain pizza place, so you are actually getting what you pay for. I don't mind limited toppings when the pizza dough is spectacular and this one is pretty good. Other reviewers talk about this being authentic Italian style but honestly, anyone that has had pizza in Italy wouldn't really say this is comparable. It's not bad but it's not something you'd get in Italy - you'd get much better there. My complaint is that on a pizza that was made up of mostly rocket (a salad lettuce), there was supposed to be goat's cheese and the amount on it was pitiful (see pic). The pizza shop's picture of this shows much more cheese. If I wanted a salad pizza I would have ordered something else, so I was expecting a fair amout of goat's cheese. The other pizza which was chicken (see pic) was really good with lots of chicken and I would highly recommed this one. The girl that answered my phone call to order pizzas was terrible - let's politely say she is very "simple". I found it frustrating to repeat myself over and over, even when talking slowly.

I have been ordering my Pizzas from here for over a year. Even though we don’t often eat Pizzas but when we do it’s always here as they are genuinely delicious and so Italian Authentic. I suggest you give it a go you won’t regret.

We have been ordering pizzas at the Pizzaiolo LTD Since they have opened the shop and never looking back to change it. There is a variety of pizzas with mouth watering taste even better then the other big brand high street competitors. Love the dough, tomato sauce and fresh topping added to it. I would highly recommend Pizzailo ltd if you are planning to have a takeaway in the comfort of your own home. Keep up the fantastic work guys, 5 star and above.

Frankly I am happy with this pizza shop. Everything looks homemade. Pizzas taste great (usually i order online as i get discount on collection).

If you're looking for genuine Italian-style pizza, this is the place to go. I've been there three times already and I really enjoyed Caprese pizza, Chefs pizza and Pizzaiolo pizza. Very reccomend, it's my favourite pizza in London! I'll definitely come here again for eat Calzone.

Had this delivered, so commenting on the food only (this is a take-away place anyway).Ordered a pepperoni pizza as it was good value compared to the major chains and local to me so keen to give them my support.In fairness, the pizza had lots of cheese. This sounds good, but the pizza had basically welded itself to the box, so it tasted mostly like cardboard. Very salty cardboard. So salty that I think I'd better book a doctor's appointment as I think my blood pressure has surpassed that of my boiler.Maybe one of the cooks played a prank on the other by unscrewing the salt lid so that its entire contents landed on my food, It's all I could taste. If that is the case, they need firing.The dough has potential (above-average UK-style 'Italian pizza'), the tomato sauce a good consistency and cooked about right, but unfortunately all I could (and still can) taste is salt.Cut out the salt guys, add some basil, reduce the cheese content (or use better cheese, was it salty cheddar, is that the problem here?), take a trip to Rome to find out what a Pizza should taste like, and then maybe you will be able to produce something acceptable. I do not normally write reviews, but this was bad enough to merit one. Has the potential of being decent with a few modifications (maybe consider some grease-proof paper to line the box with so I cannot taste the cardboard?). I had heard good reviews about this place, so maybe this was a one-off disaster? Either way I won't be ordering again.

Lots of menu choices. The guys who work there are sound. Quick. Authentic. Good value. We just live over the road so we collect. Couldn't comment on the delivery service but they're great pizzas.
